I've decided to work on my family tree. For now, it's easier than I thought. I'm back to the late 1800's. It's not really that far back now that I look at it, lol. DAMN....what is it that is so complicated about dating? I have this one friend that has been after me for almost a year to go out with him. I haven't. Just a quick note........the other night my husband came home from work.....after about half hour he went into the kitchen....I was in the living room watching TV......the Shelf above the fishtank has 3 candles on it and some knick knacks.....all of a sudden one candle moved ...took about 40 secs for it too fall off the shelf......but it sounded as tho it was being dug into the wood......My husband said WTF is that......I said its the candle being moved....ok now knocked off the shelf....lol........So yeah it was drug long and heavy enough to be heard in the next room.......and yet its a little "glade" candle in a glass cup......kinda cool......So they are still here with me

Creative title, eh? Oh well, deal with it. So what to say... I burned my hand today. Pretty bad, too. I took some codine, and it feels better. I always remember how much anxiety I would have in school when I wasn't fully prepared. Well, it's the same deal with work. Last week I felt fairly unprepared for class and not only were the days stressful, but I dreaded going into work in the first place. It surprises me how much one student can alter the dynamics in my class. Today one of my little "trouble makers" was in In-School Suspension all day for a fight he had on Friday. His absence combined with my detailed preparations resulted in a beautifully productive day and a blatant lack of instability. These are the days I imagined when I had decided to become a teacher. I would have to say my family is normal...As normal as they come. My mother and father have been togehter for over 38 years. That is really good. But it is the last few years that have been getting tougher and tougher on my parents. My sister and I have been out of the house for quite awhile. I have owned my own house for 7yrs now and my sister has been married for 11 yrs now. So it is just them, a dog and a cat. Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 4 veal top round cutlets, about 4 oz. each 1/2 cup all purpose flour 2 Tbsps. olive oil 2 Tbsps. unsalted butter 1/2 cup dry Marsala wine Instructions Place veal cutlets between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound lightly with a mallet or other heavy flat object to flatten to about 1/4 inch thickness. Remembering My Dad
It occured to me a few days ago while speaking with someone very important and dear to me in my life, that there are so many great memories I have of my father that I decided to take a few moments and jot them down. I know I'll be shedding some tears while doing it, but that is just a part of life. Remove from heat and let mixture cool to 120 to 130 degrees F (49 to 54 degrees C). 3. Gradually add milk to flour mixture and beat at low speed of an electric mixer for 30 seconds. Then beat for 2 minutes at high speed. Gradually stir in the remaining flour to make a soft dough.

Pour the dip into the final serving container and allow to sit several hours if not overnight.
