I Guess I Am Back :)
Told ya I wouldn't be gone long. Just needed a few days to think.. to spend away from CT.. to regain some sort of sanity, or maybe to lose more of my sanity. :) Honestly it did me a lot of good. My Angel that God has sent to me I found 4 years ago on September 23th. We have been together since. He was takin out of my life on Friday Febuary 27th do to a court hearing. He did no wrong he had a job to start that same day making $12.00 and hour. They could not get the proof so they thought that he was lying. Don't Lose Sleep Over The Time Change
This is the first year that the switch to Daylight Savings Time is occurring early. For years, we adjusted our clocks on the first Sunday in April but now we'll be making the switch on the second Sunday in March (March 11). The change is expected to have an economic benefit, since it's hoped that the longer daylight hours will lessen energy consumption. Losing one hour of sleep may not seem like much, but most people aren't getting enough sleep anyway. (A National Sleep Foundation poll in 2002 showed that the nation's adults averaged just under seven hours of sleep nightly.) Therefore, the coming time change this weekend could make a bad situation worse. The only upside is that some people may be able to sleep in on Sunday morning, when the change will occur. To reiterate, having strayed from the path I find that I am actually happier than having stayed. Looking back at what I left only makes that fact even more clear in my mind. Battlestar Galactica Season 3 Finale (spoilers!!)
Ok, when the retooled Galactica premired back in December of 2003, I wasn't too thrilled with it. Growing up in the 70's and 80's, there was only one Battlestar Galactica. The one with a male Starbuck and Boomer, a black Colonel Tigh and Cylons that were actually robots... As time went on, the new series actually started to grow on me...and this season was action-packed from beginning to end. Tonight's season 3 finale lived up to the hype. Four of the five final Cylon models were revealed (Tigh, Sam, Tyrol and President Roslyn's assistant) and Starbuck returned in the final minute. I just wanted to appologize to all who read my last blog entry... it wasnt very well written or easy to understand for that matter, so let me start at the beginning. Last Thursday afternoon I went to the local Emergency Room at Licking Memorial Hospital with massive pain and abdominal cramps, to the point of not being able to walk. After Hanging out in the E.R. for what seemed like hours and they determined the problem to be my gall bladder... it was too late to operate on me, I guess. The surgery was Friday morning / afternoon, I am not sure which cause of all the drugs I had pumping thru me. So Friday was a blur ..same for Saturday, Except I remember my Ex bringing my kids to see me for about a half hour or so, they were so tore up .. I could see it in their faces.... A Sad Day
This morning I was notified that my uncle was taken off the ventilator he had been on for the last few days. They said he may not make it through the night so Im upset. He was my dad's oldest brother and best friend. When my dad died from cancer my uncle was there the whole time. He called my dad every day to check on him and just to talk. I' hoping if he does pass on he will just fall asleep and go peacefully. He was diagnosed last fall with colon cancer. He had so many problems that the last two months they could not do his chemo and then he got sicker and it just got worse. I won't be going home to the wake or funeral due to since him being in the hospital a lot of my dad's time has been brought up and my family is doing a lot of comparing notes on his past few days along with my dad's last few days. The freaky part is that the room my dad died in the hospital is the room that my uncle has been in. Its like losing my dad all over again. Hopefully he will be strong and make it throug

There are days I just want to throw the phone out the window. Some clients are just not worth the trouble..lol The all time worst is not a client anymore. She would call at midnight and want me to work. She found my home number on the internet. ughhhhhhhhhh. To sum up how nuts she was... she wanted us to find an Amish farmer around here willing to ship his manure to her in Florida. Wanted to grow her veggies in it. The woman was a pain. Enough bitching right? It's a beautiful day.. sunny and warm. My allergies are clearing up. We got another client today. So all is good. :) Trying not to sit here on CT all day. Mini Noodle Kugels With Raspberry Filling
Ingredients 4 ounce(s) egg noodles, medium 1/2 cup(s) egg substitute 3 tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground dash(es) nutmeg, ground 1/2 cup(s) cottage cheese, low-fat 1/3 cup(s) applesauce, unsweetened 1/4 cup(s) apples, dried 18 teaspoon jam, raspberry Preparation Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. While the noodles are cooking, beat the egg substitute, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is foamy. Fold in the cottage cheese, applesauce and chopped dried apple or raisins. Lightly spray a muffin tin (preferably non-stick) with the vegetable oil cooking spray. (Do not use baking cups.) Drain the noodles in a colander and immediately add them to the egg mixture. Fill each muffin tin 1/2 full. Add 2 teaspoons raspberry jam to each cup, then fill the muffin cups to full. Bake until firm and the tops are golden brown, about 45 minutes. Serve warm.

Recently a routine RCMP patrol parked outside a bar just off the main Highway at Goobies , Newfoundland . After last call the officer noticed a man leaving the bar so intoxicated that he could barely walk. The man stumbled around the parking lot for a few minutes, with the officer quietly observing. After what seemed an eternity and trying his keys on five different vehicles, the man managed to find his car, which he fell into. He sat there for a few minutes and then threw a hook and line out the window and seemed to be trying to catch a fish. A number of other patrons failed to observe this crazy drunk as they left the bar and drove off.
