It has been a very long nite. My youngest son's wife went into the hospital in Munster, Indiana, at around 7:00pm. Ok this has been a very exciting past 2 weeks. Me and my hubby have been house shopping and we finally found a house that we liked so we made a offer on it and just today we got word that we got the house and a good loan rate @6.25% which is excellent in my book that makes our payments really low yay for us. My Nephews Wreck

My Dad had me a B'day party yesterday and Jake got on the Ranger for a ride...he was almost at the back of the property and wrecked....he had to walk up hill over half a mile to get to the house. My New Job
Well, its been forever since I've last written in here so I'll dust off the keys and bring you guys up to speed on what been going on with me. Firstly I am sick of health care. I've had 9 clients since the beginning of summer and 4 of them have passed away due to cancer and other unforeseen circumstances. I'm getting tired of it. The only snag was that I had to take a college level course first which cost me 400 buck,s then a provincial license exam which was 110, times 2 cause it was so effing hard, and tomorrow I'll pay another 150 to get my Life and Accident and Sickness license to sell Insurance I'm going to be selling supplemental life insurance. My New Baby
As most of you know i am pregnant I found out on November 24th that i am having a little boy Dotlan-Ray Nathaniel Jewett. In the ultrasound on the 24th it was found out the he could have possible Congenital hydrocephalus (congenital meaning developed before birth) I have included some information about it becasue i know most of you will wonder what it is. My New Years Resolution
Its getting to be that time of year yet again where so many of us make a New Years resolution. Sometimes we stick to them and acheive them and sometimes we give up after a period of time. This year has has its ups and downs for me. And its not ending on a good note with having to be forced to take off from work and that at the beginning of 2009 for at least 3 months myself and my co owrkers will be working a 32 hour work week instead of a 40 hour work week. Im single, so I have no one to depend on but myself when it comes to getting bills paid. So my New Years Resolution for 2009 is to make it through these hard times. And to also get back into the gym and drop about 25-30 pounds and get myself into the best shape I have ever been in.!!!!!

Due to complications that made my formula pretty much irrelevant... Surgery=job=$$$$ and resulting in.... $$$$ spent+ $0 earned=Uh oh! I've decided that my hobby of painting is going to have to perform double duty, so I'm selling my art. My New Guitar
After a backorder and a cancellation and a reorder from another site (and paying $50 more for a different paint job), my new guitar (an Ibanez Artcore AS73) came in today. It's a bit heavier than I thought it would be (apparently maple is a very heavy wood), but aside from that I love it. So, my nephew who is one of my best friends in the world is in from West Palm Beach. We have had a lovely evening watching a movie, talking for hours, just spending time together. My Neice - 1
Okay, my neice is only 9 years old and ever since she was born we noticed she had brown spots on her skin. They got it tested when she was 1 and it turned out to be Neurofibromatosis. It didn't really become too much of a problem until a few years ago. She started having attention issues which they said was ADHD from the disease. Then the spots started growing and spreading out. Her eyes got worse and now she has like 70/40 vision; which her dad already has eye problems which run in the family... so she got it double on that account. The other day (Friday the 13th) she went and had an MRI done. A spot on her brain changed shape from the last tme they did one. They did another test and it came back postive that this is a 1 cm sized brain tumor. We now have to wait 3 months to do another MRI and see what has happened and then she will go to a brain surgeon and have to have brain surgery. I am very upset about all of this and simply ask for support from my friends. Thanks for reading.

My New Years Eve...
So I just got home driving from my friends house. (I didn't kill myself or any small furry animals!) For those that are interested let me tell you about my night... Drove to Friends house...did make-up got ready and got picked up. Went to shops to buy alcohol...drunk it in the car (Classy...inorite?). REALLY needed to PEE whilst going down the motorway (destination was about 2hrs). So we stopped off at some industrial estate and we went into some woods to do a tinkle (I think I nearly sat on a bush because something prickled my bum). It was awful...I felt so exposed! But desperate times calls for desperate measures. We eventually got to our destination (Brighton-BEAUTIFUL city) and we entered the house...it was a STUDENT HOUSE! That night I think there were lots of us all squished into one teeny living room. Anyways...I SUCK at drinking. My Nephew Pablo
So my nephew's three, and he don't talk to so good. We thought maybe he had something wrong with his ears, and indeed it turns out he had a case of glue ear, which he had an operation for yesterday (which went well, although the little fella was so resistant to EVERYTHING that they had to gas him in the end, even to put his id bracelet on). But anyways, he's also seeing a speech therapist, and the latest theory is that actually the problem is not his ear stuff, but that he's MAKING UP HIS OWN LANGUAGE. Obviously, we're hoping that we can get him speaking proper English, like what the other kids speak, so that when he goes to school he doesn't fall behind, and that. So, you know, there's a cause for concern there. But on the other hand, he's MAKING UP HIS OWN LANGUAGE!! I can't help but think that's kinda cool.

Where to start? When i started on this site, i had no clue about how it worked or whether i even liked it. Yea,I FINALLY found the kind of rig I wanted,in my price range,below that actually,lol. I now have a 1996,(I know,but if you saw this rig,age wouldn't matter to ya),GMC blazer w/ 4 wheel drive. My Next Trip To The Ukraine
Hello out there in Fubar land. I just thought I would start sharing my life with you guys, even if it's boring which it isn't. This summer I am taking my third trip to The Ukraine, which you all know is part of Russia. Since they let down the whole communist thing it is much easier to travel there, although you still have to plan accordingly and ahead of the time you plan on your trip. Once again this year, I’ve had requests for my Vodka Christmas Cake recipe so here goes. Please keep in your files as I am beginning to get tired of typing this up every year! (Made mine this morning!!!!) 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 cup water, 1 tsp. salt , 1 cup brown sugar, Lemon juice, 4 large eggs, Nuts, 1......bottle Vodka, 2 cups dried fruit.Sample a cup of Vodka to check quality. Take a large bowl, check the Vodka again to be sure it is of the highest quality then Repeat.Turn on the electric mixer. Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Beat again.At this point, it is best to make sure the Vodka is still OK. Try another cup just in case. Turn off the mixerer thingy. My Nightmares
The last few weeks I have been having terrible nightmares which is nothing new to me, yet these are different in many ways. A normal nightmare for me I usually will wake screaming or hyper ventilating in cold sweats and mussel spasms. Sometimes I can remember what I dreamed others I don’t, I have awoken from some nightmares and things I dreamed were so troubling to me that its like my brain will just shut down and it will take me hours to get myself together. My Niece
Holidays are suppose to be a happy time. We all imagine sitting around the table,feeling cozy and warm at mom's house. And my holidays was happy. Until today, the phone rang. I felt the bad vibe in my gut. I didn't want to answer this phone call. "Tonya", my mom said on the other end. Immediately, I knew something was wrong and that is exactly what I asked. My two year old niece went home yesterday. My brother dropped her off at her mother's house. Her mother put her in the bathtub and went to attend other business. Other business with a two year old in the bathtub?? What sense does that make? Why would anyone leave their child in the bathtub, alone. My niece drown. She is alive due to CPR but is now on life support. They are not sure whether she will make it or not. All I can do is feel the pain my brother is feeling. My mother just called. We really won't know anything for 10 days but things are looking up. She is still on life support. Her older sister Mac thought she was dead and was drawing pictures of her that way.She is four. The nurses decided to show her that her sister Maddie was not dead. My Niece...
Well I just talked to my sister and found out that my niece who isn't even four months old yet has seizures. They're still at the hospital and will be doing a MRI in the morning to hopefully find out why she's having seizures. I swear sometimes I really don't understand God's will and wish I could ask him why? Why Kylie? Why does she have to have seizures? My sister has been through so much in her life already and now he first child is having seizures? Why?? Well I'm back home now. For those who didn't know, I just spent the last three days up in St. Paul at the hospital because my niece is up there. She is doing a little better and I just really couldn't afford to continue staying up there now that the seizures have let up, they haven't stopped completely yet but they are down to around 10 seconds long instead of 1-3 minutes long. I know I haven't updated in a while and this won't include all that's been going on just the past couple days because I am really tired. They are still up in the hospital they were hoping to go home this past Monday but because Kylie has been having so much trouble eating they decided to keep her longer. They ran a test today to try to find out why she wasn't eating on her own and found out that when she was sucking it out of the bottle it was getting into her lungs so she wasn't sucking. They added rice to her formula and ate like a champ this afternoon. They had to give her a loading dose of medicine Tuesday evening. Also there is now some sort of bacteria in her blood that seems to be coming from the picc line they had to put in her arm (goes in her upper arm just above her elbow into her vein and up inside to an area above her heart) to give her medicine and fluids because they have such a hard time getting an IV in her. I got a call this morning from my younger sister, knowing the time of day and her calling on her cell...I knew it wasn't good news. Her 17 year old daughter was in a 3 car accident on the interstate... A semi had cut off the car in front of them...which then turned into a chain reaction,,,my niece was a passenger in her friend's car...which hit the car that was cut off then they were rear ended... airbags went off...yet she suffered a bad bump on the head and a concussion. We won't go into her fat lip...She is alive and all are ok....well the semi driver kept on going...the lady from the first car got his license plate number...hope they catch that B*stard! My Niece Morgan
My niece Morgan had a softball game and I couldn't make the one earlier in the week. My brother was out of town and couldn't make it so I went. I am quiting smoking and it was good to get out of the house to begin with. It was sooo nice out today. So I got there and her mom had left for a bit and it was right after she got hurt so I had to go see her and she was still upset a little (she's fine just a bruised wrist - minor swelling on a slide). I never really thought I had a big effect on her but being there and seeing if she needed anything (they had ice and water), I got to be there for her and she thanked me. Sometimes I wonder if they know how much I love her. It is the encouraging words or the mere presence over and over that does it. Either I got a hug after the game too ;)

My Niece Needs Your Prayers
OK so those of you who read my blogs on my old profile already know some but to keep everyone up to speed. She just turned 7 months old today she was diagnosed with epilepsy the beginning of Jan. She was in the hospital for a couple days then they sent her home on medicine then it stopped working for her and she was in the hospital for almost two months they finally let her come home and she was home a little less than a month she is back in the hospital and things are not going well at all. They are almost completely out of options medication wise to try to control the seizures they do not know what caused her to all of a sudden start having seizures but she needs a miracle right now! I am sure not everyone cares but... I have been off of here for quite sometime. My Mom was diagnosed on Thanksgiving day with end stage colon and liver cancer. I have been back home off and on taking care of her (mostly there just coming home to take care of things). Why the numbers? I was told by SUPPORT that after three years on Fubar and after being on the scroll and in blasts and seen by everyone practically that my nickname was considered NSFW. Hubby and I have discovered a new place called Balkans Cafe. The place looked like an 80s Serbian underpaid mafia hang out, with smoke filled room, and annoying little runts playing pool in the middle. First off I want to say sorry to all my friends that I have been short with over the last couple weeks. The last couple weeks I haven't felt like myself. I am taking my nieces leaving pretty hard. Nicole has been my niece since before she was born. We had a special bond because she's the same age as my youngest daughter. When I got an annulment from her uncle, most of her family stopped communicating with me. I understand it to a degree because his family is different from mine. My Not So Good Evening
My day didn't get bad until after work. I get to the subway station and the subway is crowded. Already, I'm thinking bad things. If it's that crowded at the first station, the train must have taken a long time to get there, or in this case, been there for a long time. No one knew for sure why.
