Mexican Pizza Quick, easy and tasty. The serving sizes are large. Reduce calories and fat by reducing serving size, and using low fat cheese. Serving: 8 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes INGREDIENTS: 2 lb ground turkey or ground chicken 1 1.25 oz package low sodium taco seasoning 1 shredded lb mexican style cheese 2 package pizza dough mix DIRECTIONS: 1. Cook ground meat until all pinkness is gone. Drain and squeeze out all of the excess juice. (Too much juice makes a mushy pizza.) Then return meat to pan and add taco mix and a little more water than directed per the mix packet. Let this simmer for 10 minutes. Make sure that the meat is evenly coated with the seasonings. 2. Prepare pizza dough according to package directions and shape into a large rectangle on a baking sheet. Spread meat mixture onto dough and top with Mexican cheese. 3. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce; simmer 5 minutes. Melt Velveeta cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes over low heat, stirring often. While cheese is melting, spoon 1/10 of meat into each tortilla, roll up, and place in casserole dish. After cheese has smooth consistency, pour over top of filled tortillas. MEXICAN GREEN ENCHILADAS 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1/2 lb. American cheese 1 sm. can green chili peppers 1 pkg. green onion dip mix 1 lb. ground meat 1 doz. tortillas 1/2 c. cooking oil 1 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. minced garlic 1/4 lb. longhorn cheese, grated Heat soup, milk and cheese until cheese melts; add chopped chili peppers and green onion dip mix. Brown meat, garlic and salt, drain. Add longhorn cheese and onion to meat. Warm tortillas in oil and fill with meat mixture. Roll and place in baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over top of tortillas. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

1 lb Ground meat Salt & pepper to taste 1 c Chopped onion 1/2 lb Grated American cheese 3 Jalapeno peppers finely chop 1 c Cornmeal 3 Large eggs 1/2 ts Soda 3 tb Bacon drippings 1 c Sweet milk 1 ts Salt Make batter by mixing together the cornmeal, eggs, soda, drippings, milk, and salt. Mix well. Brown meat and drain off grease. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Add 1/2 batter then sprinkle on the meat, onions, peppers, and last add cheese. Cover with remaining batter. Cook at 350 degrees F. for about 45 minutes. Serve hot.

So we went to the pet store to get a feeder rat and a white mouse for AJ to have as a pet. I have a little plastic cage that I use for the rats and the mouse was in a little cardboard carrying box. We had to stop at the grocery store for a few things, but I left the windows down and I figured the little guys would be fine. No, they didn't die. The mouse chewed a hole in the box and got loose in my car. We spent a good 20 minutes playing keystone cops trying to catch the mouse as he ran back and forth under the seats of my car. Now that we've caught the little fucker I swear he has elephantitis of the balls - really - it's quite disturbing. Maybe it's just massive hemroids from having the shit scared out of him - I dunno... freaky. Let me see if I can get a pic of that mouse's balls.

sorry I havent been around much steven started his second part of his chemo treatment, so Ive been spending a lot of time up at the hospital. He is progressing well, and the problem he had with a blockage in his leg is now all sorted. The hair loss has started, he has only a few strands left now, even less by the time the second session has finished. I have relay the good wishes people have left for him. And agian i would like everybody for their kinds words and prayers during this difficult time

Well its monday at about 12:30 pm and ware am I at work and ware was I spose to be fishing, then hanging with my frend. So any way I was up most of last night talking with a frend. Then we went out for brakfast and when I went to get out of my truck and the phone rings it my grandmother saying my work call asking ware am I. So I call to find out whats going on well my boss did not do his job and forgot I requested off for today last monday as requested by him. Any who the place ware i'm stationd at had people looking for me broke down on the road and call hospitals and police stations trying to find me and all the time I was off for the day. I'm Glad thay care so much but it was all in vain couse I was still sleeping lol.

Not sure if anyone even noticed I was pretty much MIA this past week or not. I was major sick, obviously, if it kept me off the Fu right? Thursday I finally went to the doctor because I just couldn't deal anymore. She gave me a breathing treatment in the office then gave me a script for prednisone, antibiotics, and a nebulizer. Yesterday I still felt like total hell. But today I'm finally feeling a bit better. Today is my 3rd day of totally no smoking.

Well, I found out early Saturday morning that a good buddy of mine's father has cancer, and it's like a shitload of diff kinds throughout his body, affecting damn near every organ from the chest down. I went to school with this guy's son, minor hockey as well as softball, along with hanging out with him for years now. He's one of my best friends on or offline, and he's one of the funniest fuckers you could imagine, at least until he gets that one shot too many of rum into him. His dad was one of those guys who thought nothing of driving to hocket practice or ball games, always employed young guys from the area to work on his Xmas trees during the fall and early winter, and is just one of the best guys all around you're ever going to meet. Hey everyone--just thought I'd post a blog explaining why friends have only been able to catch me on here or other places (phone, yahoo, etc.) every now and then. For starters, I am almost done (fingers crossed) of one of the worst chest colds I have ever had (several different antibiotics, inhalers, etc.). That just knocked me off my feet. Well as of Dec. 26, 2007...we got the worst possible new of my dads health...We found out that he has stomach cancer and along with him going to Dialysis since his kidneys failed back in july and havin open heart surgery in Aug...and him going in and out of the hospital since then finally we got that worst new...they did take 3/4 of his stomach out....but again my dad begins to suffer after radiation and yesterday we found out the he might have prostate or bladder cancer...WE wont know for another week...My dad has been so strong threw all this...he will be 75 and he is fighting. I cried my way through the final quarter of this book. But I still wholeheartedly recommend it! Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City books were originally a serial in a San Francisco newspaper and centre around a group of housemates, friends and co-workers in San Francisco starting in the 70s and continuing through to the 1980s. When it comes to remakes, I no longer ask "why?" but merely accept it. The reason always has more to do with greed and a lack of originality than a desire to re-create something out of love for the original or as an homage. To a certain extent, a remake of Halloween was just bound to happen I'm just glad it was Zombie that did it.. Over the years, bad sequels have bled the concept so dry that it has become almost impossible to remember what it was about the first movie that made it such a cornerstone of modern horror. The 2007 version of the film, while vastly inferior to John Carpenter's 1978 original, takes us back thirty years. Watching the new edition, we re-connect to the brilliance of the old one, seeing how far ahead of it's time it was. I'm not going to get into the style of acting or anything like that. Michael Clayton
This is not a movie genre that I ordinarily go to but it looked really good and it was also nominated for several awards so I thought I'd check it out. The way the movie is done can be a bit confusing but it all works out. It's almost like the movie keeps moving forward and then it goes back a couple of steps so this way you have a better understanding of the story. This is done at the beginning of the film and at other points as well. All in all I thought the movie was very well done. The cast was incredible. As far as George is concerned a lot of his roles have really played up on his good looks but this one certainly did not. His character is tired, frustrated, and just wants out of what he does. See it...I think you'll really enjoy it.
