Rethinking Competing
Current mood: calm I on one occasion did a blog regarding competing (look it up), in it I spook about it being tough to say goodbye to someone that you know that was unhealthy for you. Some might know what was going on at that time, some might not, but for those who don't know, it wasn't pleasant. I always wanted to know why some fight to stay unhappy together with that someone, when being happy alone is best and safer for some for various reasons???(feel free to answer this). Sometimes in life things might seem to go right one min and so terribly wrong the next (that goes for relationships too) . It is excellent having friends that are actually there for you in your darkest hours. To try to either help you, in any way that can or keep you mind off of doing something you might regret at a later time. I once had someone that tried to open my eyes to what they thought was or should be important to me but I'm not sure if it is, after the fact that we wasn't good together. In the

Rethinking Some Things
I really love being on this site but I sit back and look at the change in dynamics. Not only with the rules but with the people. What's going on in people's heads when they cause more of a stir about people cheating for profile rates and points than those who are cheating on their husbands and wives? I am not being judgmental or trying to encourage or discourage anyone from anything by my next statement but it's just been something I've thought about. Trying to figure out what is real and what is not is always the hardest thing to do. Always asking yes or no or why. Then you come to a point where you just stop. First off, I've been a tad busy this week, hence my rare sightings here (yes I know you didn't notice, crush my ego you bastards). Secondly, some of you responded to my last blog as if I was meaning 'you'...when I say 'you' I am talking to a generic 'you', not anybody specific. I don't like people putting themselves down; I sure as fuck don't like it when they're doing so to try and make me 'feel better'. It bugs me that people I care about would think that I would want that. For the record, then, pedantically as possible... I don't deal well with stupid. Retirement Sucks
Well after thinkin about it for a while, I have finally decided to "come out of retirement" so to speak. I haven't lifted weights in close to 3 years now. I think it's time I went back at it for as long as my back can stand it. When I quit I was benchpressing 430 lbs. I was also incline & decline benching over 300 lbs. I'm gonna try my best to get back to where I was and then some. This is gonna sound really weird to some of you that read this but, I actually MISS getting in my friend's gym & working my a** off on Mon and then by Wed not hardly being able to move because I am so sore. When I quit lifting I told myself I would NEVER miss that feeling but I do. I can remember wanting to lift so bad that Will & I would go out to that old tin shed in the middle of winter with it 30 degrees or colder outside & NO HEATER. We could stay in there for hours and hours because we loved workingout. It didn't matter to us how hot or cold it was.

Just to let all of my friends, fans, and loved ones know that I returned home from the hospital about an hour and a half ago....I had two surgeries for colon cancer with the first being on 6 November and the second being on the 13th of November...I have a gazillion staples in the stomach and have this pressure band that they have put around my stomach that makes it a real "thrill" to breathe sometimes....I'm very happy to be home again and very happy to have the chance to get back a talkin' with everyone again...Hope to talk with you real soon..."The Road Dogg"

decided to ride with some biker brothers from pattaya on the way back...then things started going wrong...they were travelling real slow since most of them are on custom bikes they called "springer"...so called maybe because their fronts tyres are always bouncing off the road lol...i don't know...never asked...they had to stopped every 40miles or so for refuel since they have such small tanks!! and i travelled only about 300miles for the whole afternoon...one thing you have to understand about thai bikers...they like to take it slow and easy...stopping everynow and then to eat...rest and chat!! as for me i'd rather go fast and relax after i reach my destination lol...maybe i should slow down and breathe in the scenary... someone's riding an intruder like mine and he seemed to have alot of problem ...and he asked if i have problem with my clutch and i said no...guess what??? next thing i knew??? the clutch gave me trouble!!! talking about being contageous!! if it's possible!!! anyway..

So I got back tonight from my little trip to California for my great aunt and uncle's service. I left Sunday. Even leaving turned into an adventure. I got up, thinking I had plenty of time. Nothing ever seems to go right. Thursday I had a blast hanging out with a couple of friends at the bar. Got to see a great band called Mason Dixon. Friday I drive back to Wisconsin to almost get into a fight throughout the night with a few different people cause I was helping bounce at the Coral bar in Abbotsford. finally!!!!! my car is home. she does look fabulous with her shiny new parts and fabulous paint job. (something about wet sanded?) anyway, I am just thrilled my baby is home safe and sound. I just lost a really close friend that passed away on August 20th. I will be writing a poem in her memory and will post it on my page when it is finished. The Return
Today is the first day in almost a year that I will have access to a real gym. For the past few months in Philly I was down in my basement literally lifting weights that I had constructed out of plywood and cinder blocks. I can't wait. Exercising is the ultimate proof of evolution. Old weak muscles are torn asunder by hard work to create something new, something stronger. The old way fades into oblivion as you grow stronger and tougher. Your body does not gain muscle mass, you just remember how to be something you used to be. I remember. The mind is the one muscle that does not fade away from lack of use. I remember being a State and National place winning wrestler. I remember knocking everyone I boxed out in the 1st or 2nd round. My mind remembers it all, now I just have to allow my body time to remember.

Returning To Work
I find that sometimes that in my life I don’t feel fulfilled. I don’t have a hard life which is a blessing, but a lot of times I wish I could do more. I’ve come to grips with the fact that esteem that I held my family in wasn’t warranted. So I need to find another body to fulfill that empty piece of my life. I’m going back to work in the youth shelter. Going to volunteer, and possibly start that art program for the kids they've been pushing me to do. Tomorrow I’ll be at the Gala event in Huntington Beach CA helping the shelter raise money for the kids. The theme is Hawaiian tropics, so I get to wear fine slacks and Hawaiian shirt, hehe. A Return To The Scene
I'm doing something in just over a week I swore I'd never do again. When my ex and I split up, and I moved back to Indiana, I vowed never to set foot in NEPA ever again.... too many ugly memories, too high a risk in running into certain people that I never wanted to see again. But, I have to go out to Pennsylvania to pick up my fiance to move him back here, and we decided to make a side trip up to NEPA to see my best friend and my godfather. This is going to be an interesting trip. My ex and I happen to have the same godfather, so there's a better than good chance that I'll run into him there, since the bachelors in my religion tend to hang out together. My ex is still trying to ruin my reputation in that area, although to what end, I have yet to determine, since I live nowhere near there and would never move back to that area. Returning Home From Ike, Recovery Time
Thanks to all of you who have sent well wishes and phone calls to see if I and my family are ok. We did survive the storm.. and came back on Sunday to see mass destruction everywhere. I will be posting photos soon in my photo gallery. Mass destruction is everywhere in my area. Whole neighborhoods are destroyed. 40 Persons known dead at the moment with more search and discovery on going. The area in which I live has suffered total losses of homes, and all belongings. FEMA is starting to come in to help to give us ice, and non perishable foods, as most of us have lost all foods that were in fridges and freezers. Needless to say that the losses of material possessions is devastating, however, I am thankful to God for keeping so many of us safe. I will post more information when I am able, my time is short at the moment as I am working on food, and water and ice for us. I hope that I will be online some more this evening. Coming back to Fubar after a year is a real shock... I was here for the LostChary, and then the CherryTap and finally Fubar and each change was a sorta seemless transferral from one to another...more stuff, more people...some changes were great and others a pain in the ass. When I finally deleted my original Nomad site I'd become too jaded and so aloof with the people that were my friends that it was pointless to stay anymore... mostly the problem was me, and the funk I allowed myself to dive into that eventually pulled me away from my friends. Hopefully, I can give this another shot and meet some new friends, as well as connect with those that I bailed on before, because they were(are) some good people... Return To The Scene Of The Attack - May 24, 2012
Rode to the used book store, 'The Book Den', at 67th ave and Greenway. (I bought 6 Stephen King novels for only $13!) On the way back, I went west on Greenway to 71st ave where the parks dept was flushing fire hydrants, then attempted to ride east on Paradise, but Glendale Police had what looked like a two block section blocked off with patrol cars and yellow tape, a couple of blocks west of 67th ave. So I turned around and got on the AZ canal to head home. Told myself that if the dog owner's truck was still at the parking lot where I was bitten, that I would keep going and exit at 47th ave. Turns out that it was empty, so I stopped and did some thinking about the attack. Then continued home on 55th ave, then east on Sweetwater. The wind slowed me down, even though I was only hit by headwinds a couple of times. I was quite tired by the time I got home, my fitness has gone down a notch and the heat didn't help much (97F/36C).

Ok, so things have taken a right angle turn since my blog entry earlier anbout moving on. I decided I'd go and try meditation. I've tried it in the past with mixed results, but today for some reason it seemed really appropriate.
