That was one hell of a movie! I went last night with Chris & Cass. I should've known better than to sit in the middle, with as much as they were both jumping I thought the movie was just jumping on the screen. Resistance: Fall Of Man
so... I blame halo 3 for getting me back into shooter games haha but! shortly after the halo ... I got sucked into Resistance: Fall of Man. The story is based in the 1940s and is basically kind of like a world war...but with aliens. CRAZY aliens that infect humans and turn them into some kinda freaky hybrid lol There's a co-op feature (yay ^_^) but overall it was pretty cool! Their grenade selections are awesome (air fuels rawk) there's even one called the hedgehog that pops up and shoots out these massive spiney needles everywhere. There are stages where driving both human and alien tanks are needed .... so if you're like me and can't operate vehicles in video games if you're life depended on it.. just a heads up haha >_< lol that's where co-op comes in handy...i always jump on the gunner seat =P It's a cool game I would recommend it (after halo of course!) but the AI in the game is pretty smart too...there were plenty of times where we had to strategize before going into t

I've recently sent out a bulletin asking what everyone had decided to make for New Years Resolutions. Afterall, even when you choose NOT to make one, you make one ;) So I figured it's only fair for me to jot down a few of my own. I have made a change in my life. Not a huge change, although it seems like it some times. I have decided to lose some weight and get into better shape. This is not really a new years resolution. We all have our phobias. Mine are worms and responsibility. Since I was born, I was terrified of responsibilities of any kind. I wrote this in response to a person who wanted bullys to stop and be nice I have lived my whole life trying to stop bullies from hurting people. I was bullied as a very young child and as soon as I was able to defend myself I did, I have been blessed with size and strength. Well David is home with his mom now, so once again it is a night that is far too quiet. The only good thing is he will be back again either Thursday night or Friday. The movie last night was very good.. Night at the Museum. Loved it. So did David. Today was church, and then lunch with the family. Was a typical group there, about 35 of us. My stepfamily is pretty good to me which I am thankful for. Other than that did not do much today. The drive to take David home is about 75 miles each way. The way out is not too bad. He never stops talking, unless we are singing songs. We usual sing about half of the drive. The drive home is always quiet and long. I know for the first 3 or 4 years the drive home was one I never made without lots of tears on my part. Yeah, men can cry too. Especially when it comes to their kids. Guess I will get a movie out to try to occupy the time tonight.

When you have to visit a public bathroom, you usually find a line of women, so you smile politely and take your place. Once it's your turn, you check for feet under the stall doors. Every stall is occupied. Finally, a door opens and you dash in, nearly knocking down the woman leaving the stall. You get in to find the door won't latch. It doesn't matter, the wait has been so long you are about to wet your pants! The dispenser for the modern "seat covers" (invented by someone's Mom, no doubt) is handy, but empty. You would hang your purse on the door hook, if there was one, but there isn't - so you carefully, but quickly drape it around your neck, (Mom would turn over in her grave if you put it on the FLOOR!), yank down your pants, and assume " The Stance."
