Puppy Found! Shes Cute!
A guy I work with found a puppy in the Scottdale Pennsylvania area, and I ended up with her. SHe's a cutie and friendly. Pics are available on my profile. I'd like to get her back to her owner, if they still want her. SHe looks to be 3 to 6 months old, and is bi-eyed. She looks like she is half Husky and half Lab. Puppy On Her Way To Canada
Today is the day... My new little girl will be leaving nevada tonight at 11:55pm. Since its soo hot she is taking a night flight. Her and her sister are going to canada, where my girl will be staying for a few weeks. Then she will be brought to me around the first wk of august. She will be staying with a trainer, who is gonna work on hand signals with her cause she is deaf. The trainer is keeping her sister. So she will have her there with her to make all the adjustments.. Im sooooo excited. That means in about 2 wks my baby girl will be coming home! Their flight will not arrive in Canada until tomorrow at 11:15pm. They have to stop in TX where they will be taken to a doggy day care for the day because of some stupid airport policy. I now have four new puppies to deal with. Someone dumped them on the side of the road. I now have to bottle feed them and get them winged. I am glad that this is a reminder for why I did not want anymore children. I have a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it in. I have to take the kids to the dr then in a few days I am going to have surgery. It is no big thing just the fact that I am not sure how everything is going to turn out. I think that all will be ok and I am glad that my mom is going to be taking care of all 6 of my babies. 4 puppies and 2 children. NOT a good idea ppl. Not safe for anyone. THEY CAN FALL OUT OF THE WINDOW. Then you've killed your pup. Or the poor thing lives, but then has a broken back or something and dies shortly after. And yes, this is something I witnessed last night. Luckily I noticed it on the ground right after it happend and that it was still breathing. Stopped car because I was sure as hell not going to let the baby get run over. Whether it lived long after or not, that's horrible. Bad enough jackasses don't think about these things so it won't happen. That's an image I don't think will go away any time soon. I'm just glad that I didn't witness it getting run over. Well folks, the dream is now over and reality is once more restored to our lives... ...In other words, we're back from sunny Spain to the cold and draughty Scotland. Calella (pronounced, as we found out, Ca-lay-a and not cal-ell-la as we had pronounced it) was fantastic. We stayed at the 4 star Calella Palace but this place should have been a 5 star because the place was top quality. As it was all inclusive, this meant the bar and restaurant was ours for the plundering (and boy did we plunder it!). By the end of our holiday, i think i had put on a few pounds and my liver tried to move out at least twice. The hotel was spotless and highly maintained and we couldnt find a fault anywhere. I have driven home with pure exhaustion this morning after an 8 hr shift where I was working in tandem with another employee. Maybe it's because I went in to this movie knowing that hey the entire movie is based off of a cartoon/toy. It's like people expected the storyline for this to be like what you'd find in Braveheart or Angels and Demons or something like that. I thought it was a good movie. Awesome action scenes. I loved that this one did a lot more with letting the Transformers fight. In the first movie they had some fight scenes but at times it was too hard to tell who was who and what. It was like 8 A.M. when I heard the scanner squawking about a pursuit in the valley. The officer in the lead asked if he had permission to P.I.T. the suspect and stated that he was trained and certified in it, and was denied. The chase went on, the suspet lost the poLICE once and then was spotted again headed for the city. The chase kept going for I want to say an hour and finally ended in the city when the suspect hit another driver after losing the fuzz again. Then they ditched the vehicle a few blocks away. I went to the second show (Sunday, April 5th, 2009) at Club Nokia in LA, directly across the street from the Staples Center. There were 5 of us: me, Jesse, Dana, Erin, and Anthony. We got there early and had a beer at the bar downstairs then went in. I totally forgot I had my knife on me and had to ditch it (like a dumbass). We hung out for an hour til the show started, opening with Troy Van Leeuwan's new project, Sweethead, with him on guitar of course, and a hot blonde singing. When Puscifer started, it was preceded with a funny video of Major Douche (Maynard in a military outfit) saying how much he doesn't want flash photography used....in so many words (there were other funny videos with comedians throughout the show, "What is a Puscifer?" haha). Sometimes when I'm all alone, when I have time to think about everything, I realize that I have nothing to offer this world.
