Sambuca Cake With Strawberries, Whipped Cream And Shaved Chocolate
1 prepared pound cake, from bakery section or frozen foods, defrosted 3 ounces sambuca, or other anise liqueur 1/2 pint strawberries, halved or sliced 2 teaspoons sugar plus 2 tablespoons 1 pint whipping cream Chocolate syrup, for drizzling 1 bar good quality dark bittersweet chocolate Place 2-inch-thick slices of pound cake on dessert plates. Douse cake slices with sambuca or other anise liqueur. Slice berries and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons sugar, then toss and reserve. So yeah... As an amateur DJ for Excito Diabolus, I want the listeners to experience the most clean sound I can offer with my Sams. No Gate, no much messing around with the processors available on there. I personally think the Gate function on the AGC settings are kind of a waste of space, but if you want to use it.... Be my guest :) Here are my AGC settings for a pretty clean sound with Sam Broadcaster v4.9.2... 1) Make sure you bypass the AGC settings for Deck A, B, Sound FX, Voice FX, AUX 1, 2 and 3.2) Then go to the Mixer tab. On there the Gated AGC should be turned down all the way and I do believe there is a little difference in the sound quality if you check/ uncheck the box. Give it a try. Same Movie, Different Theaters
Being in a long distance relationship is hard, but I've found that if you put the time and effort into it, it can be more than worth it. I live in WI and my man is in WA and both of us are huge movie fans so when we feel like doing something special together (despite the miles between), we'll grab our cell phones and go to a movie. Fandango.com is great because we can coordinate it so we are watching the same movie at the same time (time difference and all) and then call each other right afterwards to talk about it. Sometimes we even go to dinner together afterwards at a restaurant that exists in both our cities. So my friend was pushing me to go to another venue to qualify. He says they have hardly anyone show up. Mistress felt that i needed to do something in observance of Her biggest holiday of the year. i say Hers and not O/ours because i still fell like a non-Christian who is befriended by a Christian family. He’s exposed to it, learns a little bit about it and may even be interested in learning more about it, but he’s not a Christian yet. Just a quick reminder for those of us who will be giving a dumb supper for our deceased loved ones this Samhain... 1. The Dumb Supper must be held in Sacred Space. 2. All table service, plates, napkins, glasses and tablecloth, should be black. 3. No one may speak from the moment they enter the feast room until they leave. 4. Usually since my parents hate the cold and my niece and nephews are either trick or treating or at halloween parties I pass out candy to the goblins and ghouls and the occassional pretty princess that shows up at the door but this year I'm doing something new. Samhain is the one time of the year when the viel between this world and the others are open. When the mist between this world and the world of the fae have parted. After all the festivities have died down (all the kiddies go home cause its a school nightlol) I will set up my alter as I normally would on this night accept this year somethign new will be added...a scrying mirror. Candles will be lit, the circle will be caste and I'll recite a blessing overthe mirror and over the entire scrying session. I plan to be out of my body for a while that night. Samhain (Summer's End) is one of our four Greater Sabbats, the highest holy day of witches. It is a cross quarter day, situated between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice. Samhain is a major festival with several aspects. It is new year's eve for witches, as well as our third and final harvest festival. Samhain inaugurates Winter, is the final chance to dry herbs for winter storage, and a night when fairies supposedly afoot working mischief. The Sabbats of Wicca Because witches honor nature, they have eight festivals, or Sabbats, that mark the year as it turns through its seasons. Okay so I know my daughter's bday is November 15, just three days after mine. Well, today is my birthday, November 12 and we celebrated my bday as well as Sammy's today....woohoo. Sammy got a bunch of new clothes actually as well as some new shoes...she happens to be gettin big feet, it seems. Oh, and not to mention she went potty on the big potty too for me, for the second time. She has progressed so much more than her brother actually, when it comes to pottying on the potty. But her big brother is very smart and wise and really knows what is going on around him. I take him to the new daycare/preschool tomarrow actually. He will be there and Sammy will be with my father, but just this week though. My older sister will be watching her the next week and so forth. Sammy is of course very easy to take care of. Samantha had chemo this morning, and there's another lymph node that has become cancerous. they talked about removing the nodes, but i decided against it. we've changed the chemo that she's on to see if it will work better and are still calling it month by month. she's not in pain or discomfort and i hate to put her through another surgery. add to that the fact that she's 17 and i just couldn't rationalize it. the Vet said that even if i didn't do another thing that I've done the best for her that any cat could ever ask, and lots more than a lot of pet owners would have done. i figure, since i was planning on at least 2 more rounds of chemo, that would be the logical route.

For those of you who have read my blogs, my first blog was about my dog Sam. Back in October Sam was diagnosed with kidney disease. It is not known if this disease was congenital or caused from the tainted food, the brand he was raised on was one that was recalled. Last night, at approximately 4:30,Sam succumbed and died peacefully while he was being petted. It's hard to imagine but I am truly hertbroken.

Sanchez cookie recipe 1 cup of water 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 cup of brown sugar 1 T lemon juice 4 large eggs 1 cup nuts 2 cups of dried fruit 1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequilla Sample the Cuervo to check quality. my life is a spiral like sand in a hour glass spinning downward out of control i keep trying to pull myself up but it sucks me down farther and farther into nothing the sand is suffocating me killing me somebody break the glass set me free time is short the glass is half full nobody is coming this is what is meant to be seconds are left the sand is almost gone im trying to figure out why im dying by the sands of time
