I say "might" because there are no guarantees in this business. Things change everyday. Yesterday was a big day for this album. I'll start from the small, and work up... First things first, I had a wonderful session with my vocal coach. It was really interesting for me probably more than anyone else because she spent a long time basically analyzing my particular voice. I didn't know it, but from my first word "hello", she was listening to the sound of my voice. We discussed a ton of things including what I felt were my strengths and weaknesses, and she gave me all kinds of info on of how a voice works, why mine sounds like it does, and how I can make it even stronger. She was very clear about not wanting to change my "style", but more worried about showing me how to sing the correct way so that I do not cause any damage

Bad News
So yesterday the doctor called me. So much for having a normal test. I went into the office and she sat me down and told me that when they sent my results out, they came back abnormal. They found cells that shouldn't be there. Displasia (sp) is what it is I guess. I told her already told her my cervix was not normal and was covered in spots and a weird lining and the gyno didn't even know what it is when they looked at it a few years ago. She then told me that I was in the middle of healthy and hitting cancer stages. So now I have to go back and get another piece of my cervix clipped to see if they can stop the cells from spreading...and to see if my cervix needs frozen. She told me depending on this...I may still be able to have kids one day but have to go through all this first to find out. What a way to start my week huh?

Had to wake up at 4 this morning... We had to be on Fort Hood by 6 to get ready for the short bus ride to the field... Once at the field I was a little in awwe at the Secruity check points and seeing, for the first time in my life, Secret Service members. I read a really cool Blog entry posted by Daughter of Hell. It was about the history of Scotland. One part really got me thinking. It talked about modernity, believing in modern thinking, ie; science so to speak. Even carried over into religion. So thats where it gets interesting to me. A Good Day
I went to a haunted house tonight, my first one this month, and it was awesome. It was a ton of fun. It also made me really miss my friends. My Ghost Keeps Coming Back

Well things aren't great but things are terrible. I woke up today with a horrible headache and Dana had to work so I had to do the Grandpa thing wether I wanted to or not. Which I didn't!! Steak And Kidney Pie
1 Kidney, beef 4 tablespoons Shortening 2 Onion; chopped 2 pounds Round steak; cubed 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcester sauce 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Pepper 2 tablespoons Butter; softened 2 tablespoons Flour 2 tablespoons Parsley; minced 1 teaspoon Rosemary 1 teaspoon Oregano Pastry: 1 cup Flour; + 2 teaspoons 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/3 cup Shortening 2 tablespoons water, cold Wash the kidney, remove membranes and fat, and cut kidney in 1" cubes. Cube the steak into 1" cubes. Melt the shortening in a heavy pot. Add the onions and cook, stirring often, until well browned. Add the steak and kidneys. When the meat is browned on all sides, pour on 2 cups of boiling water, Worcester, salt, and pepper. Cove and cook over a very low heat for 1 1/2 hours, or until the steak is tender. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Blend the butter with the flour to make a beurre manie. Drop small pellets of this paste into the sauce and stir to thicken it. Put meat and sauce into a deep pie plate

I am not sure how many times I have heard a man say, "Women are so confusing" or "I don't understand women!" The person who downrated my blog told me why he did it. He thought I had blocked him. I guess for some reason I had accidently had that setting on that anyone in my family blocks someone than that person is blocked. It was accidental. Reminiscing
I grew up in a decade when, values and a sense of community and family were deep-rooted. A time when everyone helped each other and where everyone knew each other. Back doors were never locked and every-man and his dog were welcome to grab a deck chair and sit and drink tea in the garden, whilst discussing how well the roses were doing or how work was going. An era where, friends were just that and kids grew up in a wider social network than just their own parents, and; if you did wrong you got a thick ear off whichever elder was nearest! and god forbid they told your parents, because you'd get another when you went home! Where people valued each other and relied on those that could afford the luxuries of TV or a telephone, it was never held against people. Growing up I lived on the corner of a little cul-de-sa, in one of the old prefabs that had been built after the war as temporary housing, they had been there for over 30 years when mum, dad and myself as an infant moved in.

Annemarie Jorritsma, a politician for the centre-right People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) and the mayor of the town of Almere, went on national Dutch TV to demand the 'extra benefits' for soldiers. She added: "The army must think about how their soldiers can let off some steam." The ideas has been backed by the Dutch sex workers union which said it thought the idea had some merit. My Kids Really Watch Me
Today I asked my oldest son, Little Ronnie, to clean up the toys he had thrown all over the living room. As the normal 3 year old would do; he ignored me and went about whatever he thought would be more fun. Since he chose to do other than what was asked I told him that I was going to get my spoon and bust his behind. I got my spoon, slapped it on the counter a few times and he began cleaning up the mess. Out of nowhere in comes my middle son, Logan. He had gone into the kitchen and grabbed a spatula of his own. He walks behind Little Ronnie and starts spanking him. Then in baby talk he scolds him I guess for not cleaning up the mess. Next he backs up and puts his hand on his hip in a supervisory manner. I couldn't stop laughing at him. I guess he has paid attention to me so much that he has learned my entire demeanor. That and I assume he is tired of always being the one to clean up the toys when he hasn't made the mess. Each day comes something more hilarious than the last.
