I may or may not need to have my gallbladder removed but until then I'm supposed to be eating no fat or low fat foods. I've never eaten very well, although I had gotten better while I was pregnant. I'm not sure what would be good things to try. Obviously I've been checking labels like a fiend but there aren't always labels on everything. Plus.. chicken and rice is kinda getting old. Any suggestions? Oh and I've been advised to stay away from spicey foods as well.

You know when I was younger I had no problem working long hours, or many days in a row, but as we get older, it tends to be monotonous to do so, and really for the most part undesirable. Found this out the hard way after having four weeks trying to make a deadline that was pushed forward from months to weeks, not fun, some of my friends can vouch for that. And this past weekend, after putting in all this time, a weekend off, what to do, where to go. So tired I sat at home, watched TV, read my book and roamed here on the Fu. All weekend long lol. The Zoo
I went to the zoo one hot SUMMER day with a bunch of friends. It was me, CHEF JAY, JENUHPHUR, HELLYION, ROBIN, SCHAD, JOHN SMITH JR and KRISSY. We ate lunch at a barbeque joint called GOD BLESS TEXAS and since we were drinking RUMDUMB we were feeling a little FIESTY. (except JENUHPHUR, she drank SPRITE) By the time we got to the zoo HELLYION had smeared her LIPSTICK all over CHEF JAY's 2BALL and his DRILL. But thats another story. As we filed out of SCHAD's volkswagon SCARABUS I fell down and hit my MCBOING BOING. I also spilled my JUICE on KRISSY's TA TA's. (if you could see her (RAGE) We saw lots of animals including DONKEYPIGS, FLUFFY THE RHINO's, CUBBY's, SEAMUSBUFFALO's and a IDAHO CATDOG named MISFIT. Was Told I Need An Update...
So I was sitting in the truck at work the other day and I got a TXT message from the EX saying that she was bored and wanted to snoop in my blog but it was soooooooooooooooooooo out of date and I needed to do some updating.... WTH???? I haven't written in a while because I have been busy with other stuff. Work has been unreal. I guess that the boss only trusts two of us to get any of the assignments done in the unit which is irritating to say the least. There are 6 forensic investigators, 2 forensic technicians, 2 Office Assistants (OA's)and the manager.... The Techs and OA's bust their asses in the office. I wouldn't want their job because they are always running and I am a lazy ass. But there are 4 other investigators there that pawn calls off because they don't want to do them, the don't go to priority calls because they are off in 10 minutes, they find reasons for this and reasons for that and the manager just buckles and say "o ok... well then here Adam... here Steve.... you tw

I opened my eyes to find myself covered up warm in a bed that wasn’t mine. I roll over and see him, and suddenly the memories of what had happened the previous night started rolling back. Just thinking about it made my whole body quiver with excitement. It all started when I came over to his house after his girlfriend left because they had had an argument. My Kids And The Condoms
Alright,I gave in and bought the condoms,coke and mentos. Yeah,I am that kinda mom. My 10yr old complained so much about it I finally just took him to the gas station and bought them. I am like my mother haha! I thought he was going to die! I walked right up to the lady at the counter and said"give me the cheapest condoms you have,you know the no frills kinda ones. My son needs them" I thought she was gonna drop dead right next to my son! My son is beat red and about to hit the door. I told him "hmmm,get back here! Long Drive Home!
I am flying out to Austin TX tomorrow 09-18-08 to help my friend of 31 years move home to Orlando. I am between jobs and things are getting tight but friendship means a lot to me, and I believe in karma. Karma really does work, I interview for a job on the 15th of September and got an offer the next day. Its a damn good job, pays me more than i have ever made and they pay 100% of my health care premium and 85% of my dependents care premium and the other benefits are are icing on the cake. on top of everything else its less than 6 miles from the house, things are looking up.

I am a 3D amimation major and I am almost finished with my classes for it. I have a knack for photography and am furthing that hobby and am taking a B&W photography class. I worked at a bar/restruant, Mother's Tavern, for about 5 months then had to get back to school. I play WoW under several screen names on several severs, (ichigomanji, ichigomanjii, manjiichigo, ((and a few rather unoriginal names)) manjiichigol and manjiichigok). I also play BF 2142 under the name ichigo-manji in the clan of Team-L and the clan LF. Those are the main MMOs I play when not in class or doing work or some other random thing. Well here we are again i'm in one of those moods I am thankful for so many things in my life and I am very touched by certain people in my life. Lately a good friend of mine has re-entered my life and has been there for me in ways you couldnt imagine. It's that simple hug the way they make me feel like everything will be ok. My Stroke
Today is the 10th day since I had a stroke and the 5th day since I knew it. I never knew what signs to really look for, always thought that if it happened I would either know it or I would be dead. Now that I think back, I know what the first sign with my stroke was, it was not seeing 'right , I told a friend that I wasn't seeing right and was gonna go lay down. My vision was blurry and I could barely read anything. That only happened for about two days and stopped. Then I felt fine. A few days later I started feeling like I was ill , started craving soup everyday, was weird. And then all of a sudden, one morning , I got up, was feeling fine and did my usual coffee & get online thing. And I noticed right away that my fingers and brain weren't connecting things right. I was making tons of typo's , I thought it was just me not being awake yet though. This went on for three days. I told my ex that something isn't firing right in my brain. He didn't understand what I meant.

APPLE CAKE 1cup chopped pecans 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature 2-1/4 cups superfine sugar 2 large eggs 2-1/2 cups applesauce 2-3/4 cups plus 3 tablespoons flour 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg Pinch of ground cloves Pinch of salt 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons pure almond extract 2 medium apples, peeled and very thinly sliced (about 1 cup) 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brush a 10-inch spring form pan with butter. Coat with 1/4 cup sugar, lightly tapping out any excess. Set the prepared pan aside. In medium bowl, combine, 1-cup butter and remaining 2 cups superfine sugar. Beat on medium speed, until mixture is light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 1 full minute after each addition. Fold in the applesauce, being careful not to over mix. In a separate large bowl, sift together 2-3/4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 te

16 oz Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded 8 oz Green Olives; Stuffed, * 2 Green Bell Peppers; Md 12 French Rolls; Large 6 oz Tomato Sauce; * 1 Onion; Md. * These are approximate sizes. Recipe called for 1 small jar of stuffed olives and 1 can of tomato sauce. It should be to your taste. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Cut the tops off of the rolls and hollow them out leaving a thin shell. Grind all of the ingredients and bread in a meat grinder or food processor and stuff back into the rolls. Place the tops back on the rolls and secure with tooth picks. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees F. for about 45 minutes. Serve Hot

So this rant is LONG over due. I wouldn't rant about this today except I keep getting asked the same shit and its really irking me today. So brace yourselves! RANT ON! The point of having a profile picture is to show people what you look like. Locked Out!!!
What a morning. Left the house to go to work and the car is covered in a couple inches of snow. So I start the car and clear it off. Somehow the door locked on my car. I have a spare car key, in the house. The locked house that I don't have a key for. So great, I get to "push" the door in. This of course obliterates the lock, the door, and the door frame. But i got my key and the car stopped. The door will latch with the deadbolt that hadn't been locked. So at least I can still shut the door. So whatever, fuck all that. Art Appreciation
I was introduced to art appreciation in the 4th grade, where Mrs. Green was sponsoring Texas UIL competition in that area. I took 30 art pictures home and memorized them in one day according to my mother. I think her memory is bad on this point, but i definitely was entranced and enjoyed several of the pictures all classical. My artistic efforts in those years were pretty limited, mostly of ancient scooners and cars. My 1st choice of art styles is impressionistic and Van Gogh. hey everyone this is a first time i have written a blog in ages. alot has gone on since i was last on here. i moved out to the country. got dumped by the person i was seeing by a txt during the time i was helping out at a ball tournament for 2 weeks that was fun not. i am still volunteering with the Kinsmen club of Preston running service projects stuff like that. the department i was working in at work shut down and was moved to our sister plant in hungary where they still supply ncr with atm componants and me i am now in the shipping department for the elevator side. before christmas i spent a week in Columbia, SC where i had to fix about 200 atm machines that was alot of fun not but it was on company time lol. and in the next couple of weeks i will be helping out with the music for the Canadian national gymnastics championships and the provincial gymnastic championships the week after. Even More Stress
When my mom got home, she told me her husband was on his way home that he had gotten layed off today. He does the pipe fitting and cutting for sprinkler systems in new buildings. The stress is going to be high here :( I called the transitional place since she told me to call and check in with her today, she told me she is still waiting on my inpatient papers but had gotten the rest of the releases. I did inpatient in 2001. She said if she gets them today she can staff it tomorrow, if not it wont be staffed until next week, I am not quite sure what the staffing part means, I am assuming that it is where all of the staff come together and she discusses the interview that she had with me and all the releases she recieved back on me. I just hope it happens soon, because I don't want to be the target of the stress that is going to be going on here.

Just A Vent
I been talking to the transitional place that I want to be at. They staffed my case yesterday and she called me this morning telling me before I can come in that they want a psych test done. She is worried about what she seen in my doctors things about the depression and anxiety she read about in my doctors paperwork and also that I never followed up or never continued to take the medication. I never continued cuz at that time I didnt have medical so I didnt have the funds to pay for the pills and didnt want to rack up the bills going to the doctor. She is also worried about how I isolate myself, and this I do know that I do..... I am hoping this all turns out properly and I get accepted in, cuz this is very very important to me.

What Next???
Great News, NOT Hip surgery is a on. I will be put in traction and my joint pulled apart.( Sounds Horrible doesn't it? ) Although this surgery will be a walk in the park compaired to my last surgery in Pittsburg. Me on crutches is going to be interesting. I'll be an accident waiting to happen. I have been walking on a torn cartledge for almost three years. I did a half split fall about three years ago. My friend noticed a few days later that my entire thigh was black. Not black and blue just black. I should have had it checked out then. You know what they say hind sight is 20/20. ( I so miss his awsome smile ) So off to Pittsburg for surgery. I will be recuperating at my daughters house for awhile. Which means the lap top and DIAL UP Aaahhh! I hate dial up but it's better than nothing. I'll be up and dancing in no time without pain finally !!!!! YEAAAAA!!!! Say a big prayer for me PLZ...... .
