I can be a very contradicting person. I love to cook but rather others cook for me. I love the beach, but I don't like going if it's hot or if there will be tons of people there. Baby Having Surgery
Okay guys my 8 month old baby is going in for surgery tommorrow morning. This wil be surgery number 6 for him. Those of you close to me know the deal with everything. Those of you who arnt he has a detached retina and glaucoma in the left eye which has made him blind. And he has a heart murmer and seizure disorder. He has a hard time with surgerys and being put to sleep. This is the last of the surgerys and the most intense and important. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. It's Just Me Rambling On

Dear Diary... ahhhhhh life on Fubar...lol...i am going to try to post a short blog on Fubar each night to comment some of the daily happenings on Fubar...hope some of them will make you laugh..some might make you sad...some might make you think. Just my opinions mind you :) To bring you up to speed...in case you missed something..lol..Fubar is a hotbed of activity! Never boring here LOL A few of our friends tragically lost children recently...my heart goes out to them. On the plus side a killer of one was caught. Pieces Of Me
Two nights ago I got sideswiped and dragged by a car. It was a complete and total accident (I don't want to go into the details just yet). Anyhow... I have huge bruises on me, my whole body's sore, and the worst of it: I have cuts and road rash on my feet. The combination of those two is the most painful and worst feeling I have ever felt. I was screaming and crying for God knows how long. It felt like someone lit my feet on fire and I couldn't put it out (I was wearing flip-flops btw when it happened). I can't walk well now because of it. Might Be Mia
As of the Dr appointment today the baby still seems to be growing even though my daughter lost some weight from her last visit. Hopefully this is just a sign she is getting ready for the delivery. No signs of labor pains yet. The baby however now appears not to be turned all the way around. He is head first just face up rather then down. Depending on how things go this week the Dr may schedule a 3rd sonogram. Thanks again to all who have had my daughter and her unborn son in their prayers. What I Think...
I know a lot of you have opinions on rating pics, and that the tradition is that a picture either gets a rating of "10" or doesn't get rated at all. However, if that is so, then why have numbers 1-9 available for ratings? Wouldn't it simply be easier to have a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" rating system? Frankly, I think that if a particular picture is rated at less than "10" then the person who did the rating is well within his or her right to rate it as such. That said, it doesn't necessarily mean that the person being rated is unattractive, or even unattractive to the person doing the rating. It may well be that the photo is simply not 10-worthy, and for reasons other than the person IN the photo. I, personally, tend to see the tradition of "rate it a 10 or don't rate it" as, somehow, Political Correctness run amok in the world of Fubar. At any rate, I say, "be nice, but be truthful, also." Enjoy the day!

Hey Everyone... Yesterday and today, most of you saw that my status was sick and doctors... as most of you know, I don't get sick often. I get migraines, but not sick. Well, on Wednesday, I had a siezure on Wednesday. I am scheduled for a CT Scan Friday afternoon and off to see a Neurologist next week. I may not be at the computer much over the next few days. Staring at the monitor hurts my head and I have been sleeping a lot. So today was day two in carrying out the lesson plan I made for Geometry (which I'm teaching to the fourth grade class I'm assigned to. Basically I'm having the students make short skits using the geometry terms in groups of three or four. One of the groups was having trouble deciding what to do so I started spouting off possible scenarious they could try. They decided they liked the idea of a game show. They quickly set to work on creating what they thought would be a good cross between funny and informational. I was relieved since these three students did not originally want to work together. Well, they began thinking that two of them would be contestants on the show and one of them would be the host. Only Part Of The Story...
The reason I lamented my own experience was to let you know that it will eventually become a sweet reminiscence. For me, it's been ongoing, and I started seriously dating again about 2 years after my love passed. There is alot of drama going around about who did what and who should be charged with what. There is also alot of finger pointing and accusing going on as well. Then there are those who just wish everyone would just drop the whole thing and are posting blogs and bulletins about personal experiences explaining why they feel the way they do. I have read story after story, and felt grief for each and every person that has some thing terrible happen to them. In theory we have all encountered some sort of loss in our life, either loss by death or loss due to other reasons. It's Been A Year Dad......
Its been a year......and still the pain and tears have not gone away.....it seems like just yesterday i was taking my first steps with you there behind me watching me in awe as i walked across the living room.....seems like just yesterday you were watching me graduate high school....the look of undeniable pride on your face as i recieved my diploma......and it seems like just yesterday i was holding your hand as you passed away before my eyes. Getting Started
So I did a Mumm on Vista weather I should try to change (revert) back to XP. Athlon (AMD) X2 dual core 64 TK 55 1.80 ghz 1918 ram 32 bit operating system So I got alot of responses most in favor of XP which is turning out to be extremely difficult. It is running XP awful and I have to maually configure the Wireless which is very complicated for me so far. Just to give you an Idea of my background, I have been building and putting together system since 1997, and I have learned how to get the most out of almost nothing. To most novices I am a total whiz and to the real smart techs I am a rookie so somewhere in between but this new computer ia alot stuff way over my head and networking stuff has never been my forte even as far back as windows 3.11.02135 (!) So i guess I am gonna do some MORE MUMM on this subject. It was not only imformative but real fun. My Crazy Life
Well, the first thing that I have to say in this blog is that I'm sorry. I have been keeping this a secret since we found out, so I have not been fine, having nice days, good weeks or anything like it. It's more like I'm depressed, aggravated, angry, depressed, wanting to kick all those doctors butts, and like my heart has been ripped out and danced on. I knew that Dad was sick before Thanksgiving but I never told anyone until now. He is one day out from surgey and now I tell you guys, well as they say denial is not a river in Egypt. I also did not want to put anymore on your plates than you already had to handle. Dad had his first bout last year and had radiation treatments. He was very sensitive to the radiation and got burns several times. His mouth and his neck. Sometimes these would put off his treatments for a week or once for three weeks and they had to start giving him a lower dosage. On Janurary 26th,2008 I went to the Monster Jam in Indianapolis, Indiana. My family, my best friend, my boyfriend, and I all went. I was watching my son's 2006 graduation DVD and couldn't believe how much my kids have grown and changed in a little over a year and a half. They've grown like crazy lol. They look totally different, they look like young men now instead of little boys. One day you look at your kids and they are in diapers and the next they are getting their diplomas. Current Thoughts
college life of a lost and lonley man...Its funny how I have always been a day late and a dollar short. I some how pulled out being an RA this semester. I barley got my app in on time and didnt get called as the first pic. However I got called the day tranning started to be an RA but couldnt make because im in the reserves and had drill. Ive talked to a few people lately, and of course everybody is asking, how I am. Well the truth is not very well, I feel as if I am a little rowing boat in the middle of the largest ocean, just sailing around aimlisly, without any direction. I have been spending more time with my children and family as well, which is natural. Puter Going Into Shop
This morning we had not one but two power outages the second woke me up because puter was beeping. We have tried resitting the processor and fan as well as taking cmos battery out waiting and putting it back in so far just a set of beeps and no boot. Unfortunately this means some fubar but not much as this puter is 1/3 the speed and 1/2 the memory of mine. This also means no djing until I can get it fixed :(. My Health
For the past month and a 1/2 i have not been my self health wise... i have been working way to many hours and my body is telling me it is time to slow down with everything.. so i am not on as much as i used to be.. so i hope everyone is not missing me to much, but when i am on every now and then i will try and rate at least 100 pics for everyone or catch up on stashes.. so please keep me in your prayers and thoughts and i will do the same as much as i can..
