Hi all, This next week is gonna be vacation time.My hubby took his 1st week off for this year. We just got ourselves a used truck for him. It's an '89 Ford F- 150 XLT Lariat. A lady was selling it here in Guthrie for only $1950.00 and when we talked to her, she said she would take $1500.00 so yesterday i put a deposit down on it and then once hubby sees it, then we will put the rest down on it. So that is one thing we will be doing this next week. The rest of week we have to work on my husband's car and also my car, and then the rest of the time will be having fun and enjoying our time together!Sunday is Wrestlemania 23!!!! Alright due to situations and annoyances that have been going on in my life at the time..I have decided to say fuck it. I started checking out flights this morning while I was talking to my ex. The tickets have been purchased and it is final. I will not be here October 20-28 cause I will be going to Texas! The one place I can call my second home. When i'm down there spending time with him,I am at the peak of my happiness and I am content. I love it there and we haven't seen each other in a pretty long while. Yes I may still be interested in him and all but..I don't know,we'll see if anything happens. We have a connection that i've never had with anyone else. I doubt he will ever come back to me because he's a bullheaded irish man but,we atleast enjoy each other's company and never have a dull moment in hanging out together. This past weekend my best friend Nick came to see me for his vacation. I have not seen him in 5 years and it most certainly was good to see him again. I enjoyed his company. He also accomplished talking me into moving out of Louisiana, so in a year I will be moving to Iowa near him. Hello all ;-), just wanted to tell anyone that was interested in reading one of my blogs about our vacation. On Tuesday we went to Sandusky, Ohio to a place called Kalahari. Its an awsome indoor water park.We stayed there Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We took our 3 teen aged kids and we all had a blast. We met some of my boyfriends family there and all together there was about 25 to 30 family members there. If you get a chance check out some of me new pics I have added. After we left there we traveled to southern Ohio and picked up my oldest son for the rest of the summer, watch for new pics of him on my page soon. Well after a late start we finally got going. Ofcourse ther was traffice and lunch took too long, but all's good We can to Baltimore and find out I Google-Mapped the direction to the wrong address. So after a bit a drama and map reading we got the Aquarium, around 3pm. Thats about three hours after i had planned to. The Aquarium was fun, Alex love it, until his tired and hungry melt down began, while at dinner at the HardRock. And ofcourse service was slow, and ow it had begun to rain. Dinner was finally over and we actually found our hotel, somewhere in Bowie MD, i don't know. It seems we have free wireless internet access in the room, nice. But now it seems like it going to rain all week both here and at the NC shore. argh. So i've been online looking for things to do, but we might just cut this trip short if needed, One of the pluses of driving. Ed and Lori went on vacation to Orlando with their three kids and Ed's parents. At the last minute Ed had to go on a business trip the week leading up to vacation which included the first night of the vacation. His firm booked his return flight direct to Orlando so he could just meet his family on the second day and enjoy the rest of his vacation. Good day fubar friends--just taking a few moments for a blog before heading out again... Arrived here in the White Mountains with the family yesterday evening... kids were a bit of a challenge on the car trip... but that's behind us for now! Checked into our lovely hotel room and figured out who is sleeping where... then went down to the party on the hotel porch (which is very wide and wraps around 3/4 of the hotel--offering beautiful mountan views...and alas... some of the construction site out back where they obliterated the inground pool and are building a conference center which to me mars the beautiful of this grand old stone and wood struture... sighs... time marches on I suppose). First, I would like to apologize to those friends that have stopped by and left comments today. I am very sorry that I have not been able to reply to your comments yet. It started with me taking the day off from work to take my youngest daughter (17) to the Doctor to determine if she had an infectious disease. Last week she had terrible headaches and a fever and her primary Doctor could not determine what was wrong with her. Actually, by today, she was back to normal and the specialist we saw said that she did not have anything abormal and that unless she had the headaches again, she should be fine. Well sometimes you never realize the value of your life until something major happens or almost happens. I got to get a reminder today to enjoy every day as a blessing when I got to see a car heading my way going the wrong way on the highway. I guess I probably should elaborate. . . . I was on my way to work just like anyother day, but my friend had me driving today. Well as I was traveling on one of the major 4 lane highways in this area I see a car heading straight for me on the wrong side of the road. I am lucky my defensive driving payed off I was able to slam on the brakes and move safely to the left shoulder. . . And as I was regaining my composure I noticed all the cars around me stopping and pulling off. . . .I am not sure what happened to the driver or if she ever realized she was going the wrong way or the highway patrol got her. . . .I am just thankful that myself or anyone in the vehicle with me was uninjured.

Van Woes..
I own 1994 Chevy Lumina APV mini van. I love to pieces it's a great van. Than one day my belt broke on my van, so I got the part to fix it, and took into a shop for them to replace it..when they said I have bad a/c clutch. So, I pay the owner of the shop $300.00 to place it. Now my vechical was working fine for a month or so. Than one day, my van started coughing and acting like not giving enough gas. Found out now, from my mechianic friend that the shop I took it to, they cross wired my wireing harness and it would be like $2,000 to replace it.. I was like gewiz. So, now my friend going type me letter stating the company did my van fucked up. So, I can try sue them for hooking my car up wrong. By, the way also when the put the AC clutch on they never recharged my AC.

Variety Of Emotions
Wow what a Day. I went looking for pictures to uplod to my fubar site I was looking at Kindred the Embraced photos which is a short lived TV series Based on the game Masquarade. Well there is this one picture of the main character Julian Luna that I love where his eyes are blue because he is getting ready to turn wolf. I found it in 5 minutes today where the last time took me two days and I didnt even find it. So then the downward emotions i cant get the pics to load and cant find the program. but the upside i was snooping around the kitchen and found my favorite Extreme Gulp cup that glows in the dark. Va Tech Massacre
On Tuesday morning 32 kids woke up not knowing it would be the last day of their lives. Their parents woke up that morning thinking they would see their kids for summer break, have them home for Thanksgiving, and Christmas only to find out that these just past were the last ones they'd have with them. 1 teacher's family woke up thinking he would be home for dinner to sit and chat about his day. We wake up everyday and think we will have tomorrow not knowing if that will be our last. So out of the past few days experiences and sadness take it as a lesson. Live everyday as if it were your last. Don't take anything for granted in this world. Because as quick as you were brought in fate can take you out. Never go to bed mad at your loved ones. Never miss the chance to tell them you love them. For it could be the last time you get that chance. Remember all the families, faculty, and students of VA Tech. They all need our prayers. May God be with those who were lost and their families.
