Good Morning! UK time that is. I'm noticing alot of you are from the US. So, think of this message...as one...from THE FUTURE! ahhh. 5 hours in the future that is. I have a conundrum. Apparently I have uploaded too many pictures. I've maxed it out, and can't upload anymore until I reach level 11? This is a a problem, as I took these really sexy pictures the other day, and I'm dying to post them. My question to you, my friends, and fans, on fubar...which set should I take down? The bathtub? My 10 mile bike ride is tomorrow. This year I was able to raise over $1,900 dollars for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Many of the people I talk to on here either donated or reposted my bulletins for me so I cannot thank you enough. I picked up my racing packet today and next to the sign in sheets were racing placards that you wear. I found out if you put an ad in the paper for buying anything...you never know what the hell will show up to your door. I put an ad in the paper for buying old model cars. I have had alot of calls all week long. This one guy calls tells me he has models to sell. He rides several miles on a bicycle to get here. Am I to be happy? I dwell so deep within myself that I have never seen the light of day. The past never happened, the future will never come, and the present isn't real. My Situation

Current Event(9-11) Its the 5th anniversary of the September 11th, terrorist attacks, and tonight at 9:00 Mr.George Bush the President of the United States will be giving a speech about how this attack on the United States changed us all. The one thing everybody is asking "Where were you on 9/11"? Well i was not at school like people were i was actually at a wedding in New York City like 25 blocks down from the World Trade Center(Twin Towers),but the horrible this is that i had family members in the North and South tower. I just wish that most of the kids in the United States would understand what all of the Victims families are going through. I know that some of you are already aware of this, it would seem that I am a little slow. There is a way to mass delete your Cmail...or is it FuMail now? lol Hit the shift button and hold it down...scroll down to the bottom message...click on the bottom message in your list..the other messages in there will highlight. Then hit delete. *Poof* 20 messages gone. I just cleared almost 500 messages from my inbox. :) Took me a couple minutes. So..there ya go. Time saving tip.

Wednesday I finally went blonde again. When I got home, I put on a white sundress. My daughter told me I look like The Girls Next Door. I know I don't, but it was the sweetest compliment I've ever gotten. I almost cried. I'm so excited!! I just talked to my friend today who has just opened a new dance studio. This fall she will be offering all kinds of dance classes. I've known for a while that she will be offering pole dancing lessons. I'd been wanting to take those, but before now they have not been offered in this area. Today she told me that she will also be offering belly dancing lessons!!!! I was made for belly dancing. I have a pretty small waist. It's not tiny after two kids and being lazy and enjoying food so much, but it's pretty small. I do have giant hips that will look great belly dancing. I'll be able to wear costumes that will show off my tattoos. My butt is going to look so good!

There is more than one way to have greatlive entertainment. I am in a band and I love nothing more than to go play live or hear a live band jamm!! But mostly when I am there listening...I wanna be up on stage too. SO, knowing that about myself, I started hosting karaoke shows. Recently my husband (Tony), my 2 daughters (Sierra & Peyton), and I were involved in a auto accident which occurred on 1/8/08. The other driver was at fault & was cited for "failure to yield on left turn". The accident happened so fast that we could not avoid it. Due to the accident our vechile has took a total loss in value. It is only driveable during the day as it has took damage to the front end affecting the...headlights, has no heat, the frame (bent), and it is missing the front passenger side fender. The accident has really hurt us not only physically, but emotionally as well. It has also been draining on us w/ money. well on the 31st of july it will be 4 years since my mom has passed. i was almost 19 when she died. another 5 days and she would have been 40. every day i miss my mom more and more. time gets further away from when i saw her last. her voice fades from my memory, as the tears begin to fall. her and i had our problems. she was an active alcoholic. i believe that is what ultimately killed her. her drinking too much made her not care about anything. her kids, her bills, her mental health and her physical health. she was such a good person but alcoholism won. COPD won. not only was there me but my 4 younger siblings. when she died her youngest was only 9. now in school she gets picked on because she doesnt have a mother. i try to be a good role model for them but they are all growing up so differently. i guess for now im going to leave this here...thank you if you have read this far nicole work sucks! my feet hurt. i went tanning in a tanning bed for the first time

Make sure you sterilize your jars and all your tools. Because these are home made recipes that don't make use of preservatives it's important that you use small jars and refrigerate the portions you're not currently using. Place dried or fresh but gently bruised herbs in a sterile jar,fill the jar with a slightly warmed carrier oil such as (grapeseed, sweet almond, sunflower, sesame, canola or light olive oil) to about two inches above the level of your herbs. If the herbs aren't covered they could mold. You need to leave as little air space in the jar as possible, also to prevent mold. Seal tightly and place in a sunny warm place for about a week shaking daily. If you want a stronger aroma or more potent properties, strain the oil, and infuse it again with new herbs. Dave and Spike Spike is my service dog and significant other of 12 years. I have been a quadriplegic for 12 years and Spike was given to me right after my accident. Actually Spike was the property of a, not very reputable, breeder and was going the be raised and trained for a, not legal, activity. Then Spike became a trading commodity in an illegal substance transaction and when all was said and done Spike inherited me and I inherited Spike. Spike learned basic obedience through a couple of years of Shutzhund training and he picked up most of his service training by just growing up with me. We are still living in a nursing facility and Spike has become a part of the facility. Over the past year he has gained about 8 pounds.
