I've got my yard sale this weekend and have been really trying to finish getting everything ready been washing almost 20 normal size boxes of tupperware plus i still have a HUGE box as well to wash. Monday things will return to normal. Have to get spare bedroom ready for JustShizzle and his lady because they are moving in with us. Iam sorry if i offended anyone this past weekend. It seems i took my sister out to the bar for her first time. What's In My Blog.
With nothing new worth seeing this weekend I took the chance to see a movie that came out a couple weeks ago: The Brave One. This was a very good film that looks into what someone would do when their lives are taken from their preseption of the world and can never look at it the same way agian. Jodie Foster plays a radio talk show host that looks for the the hidden bueaty of New York by walking around town and taping the sounds of the city. Her live is changed when she and her boyfriend are attacked by street thugs and she is almost beaten to death while her boyfriend died and the thugs took their dog. After a couple months of rehab she tries differnt way to put her life back together from going back to work buying a gun to feel safe to helping people she sees in trouble. What I really like is the film is unapologetic in its veiw and Foster's charater does back down. So may films would take this theme to the end and the main charaters will have a change of heart and the movie

College
Well I have finally decided to go back to college. I have not been in school since 1994, back then my children were 3 and 4 and I was going through a nasty separation(Not divorce, just together 10 years and splitting up)and I was attending Clinton Community College with a major in Criminal Justice. I wanted to be a Probation Officer. Well needless to say he made it impossible for me to attend with dragging me to court every other day and doing anything he possibly could to take custody from me, which by the way never happened. I have had full custody of my children since the beginning of all this mess and they are now 16 and 17. Anyway I had straight A's but missed so much time they were not able to credit me for the courses, so I lost the A's, and was academically dismissed. I also lost all federal funding and student loans. So it has been forever since I have blogged. Not much has changed really, as always I am just working and going to school...getting out to have fun here and there. On the relationship front I have decided that is a waste of my time. I know I'm smart, not hard to look at and am a normal sweet down to earth kinda girl. Something will happen eventually. Today my mother would have been 60 years young had she not passed away from a massive stroke last year brought on by her diabetes. Along with Mother's Day and the date of her death, her birthday is one of the hardest days for me to handle. The closer Christmas gets the harder things hit me. Its been a while since i've talked about certain things. Maybe this isn't the place to say some things but its definately the time. Why I Haven't Been On

I had a total hysterectomy on November 20th - Not to much to say but right now I am in a lot of pain and hopefully soon all the pain will be over and done with. I haven't got much to say except OUCH! Are You Kidding Me?
Last night, while watching TV with friends, a commercial came on for KFC (I assume everyone knows who they are), and I found something to be quite a bit disturbing. The family being portrayed was a black family (that's one thing), but what was disturbing to me was that KFC has seemingly bought into a stereotype of this crazy nation of ours. Ya see; there was an older (by older I mean 30's-ish, and as compared to the children) black woman and 3 children, nicely seated around a small table enjoying their dinner. The fact of the matter and reason for this post is that the father or the 'baby daddy' was no where to be found. Laid Off As Of Thursday Night!
I've been told and asked if I planned on coming on permanent at this shit hole. I'm moving this weekend to be closer to work. The foreman that kept telling me that I wouldn't be laid off was sent to Washington State for the week, and last night I was given the option of finishing the week or to just take off. Missing Child
I'm not sure who all sees this blog, but just in case it goes to the whole site, especially people in michigan and indiana. A amber alert was put out this morning for a missing boy from muskegon. He is seven years old with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen around 4 p.m. walking home from school wearing a black shirt and tan shorts, with gray nike shoes. This really hits close to home for me as i have two girls that go to the same school, and we live only 2 blocks from where this happened. Now i will be walking them to and from school everyday. The police believe he has been kidnapped and could be in extreme danger. Why do we have to live in such a sick world? Our prayers go out to the family, and hope that this child is found safe.

My son died today. Many of you that will read this will never understand the impact that a pet can have on you, but, I had a cat named Spike that I loved very much. Today started like any other day. Spike got up with me, had a play fight with his brother Butch, decided to attack a roll of paper towels and even begged for table food as I prepared to leave for work. Just as I was about to leave for work, I heard him cry out in a way I never heard before. When I found him he was listless and gasping for air.
