Vienna Gourmet Country Style Ribs
4 lg. pork country style ribs (or 6 sm.) Prepare mustard Salt Pepper Paprika Onion Rub each piece of meat on all sides with prepared mustard. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. ok I told you all I would keep ya posted.. so here goes.. today was my apt with the urologist/oncologist... it was at 9:45 am, I found the doctor to be outstanding and to the point he didn't beat about the bush, which I can't stand so he stood good in my book, no he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but he didn't sugar coat it either, cause I really hate the sugar coating.. today is my wedding anniversary people! 9 years, that's more than most nowadays if you think about it. We have come through a lot and I still look forward to the next 9 together. aww how sappy am I? we don't really have any plans for today. Girly has a dance recital and unfortunately Hubby has to work today. Ingredients for chicken stock: 4- to 5-lb. whole chicken, rinsed 16 cups cold water 1 onion, cut in half 1 carrot 1 celery stalk 2 green bell peppers, roasted 2 large tomatoes, roasted 1 bay leaf For the soup: 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 medium Spanish onion, chopped 20 cloves garlic, sliced 5 limes, 4 juiced and 1 thinly sliced 8 cups chicken stock Salt and pepper to taste 3 small radishes, thinly sliced 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced Preparation: To make stock, place whole chicken in large, heavy stockpot and cover with cold water. Bring water to boil, then reduce to simmer and cook 30 minutes. Skim off residue. Add onion, carrot, celery, peppers, tomatoes, and bay leaf. Continue simmering approximately 3 hours, adding water if needed to keep chicken covered. Strain stock into clean bowl. I've just discovered that I can go to work, never really do anything at all and still be paid. Generally I'm a hard working individual, I put myself into whatever it is that I'm doing. The Apartment
Ok, so I had the house sold, moved into the apartment and the room mate is gone. The first weekend that the kids were here all was well.
