Awesome Friday Evening
I went shopping with my mom, aunt, and grandma. My grandma gave me 120 to spend on clothes and i had an extra 20 from allowance. I bought the most coolest old school looking pants!!! sept they weren't bell bottoms or anything.. just straight legged but the design on them is awesome.. Im in love with my new pants :D and bought the two nicest shirts :D I was in such a good mood after i came home that i cleaned my room lmao.

I went to see Social Distortion this evening.For those of you that do not know Mike Ness is the only Rocker that I am totally insane over. Well I have completed my quest to meet this man. Finally over ten years have gone by and I can finally say He is that good looking up close. So now I just have to find a tattoo shop that is open before I go to work tomorrow and have his signature inked before it fades. He signed underneath of my sick girl tattoo on my chest. Awesome Crock Pot Lasagna
Ingredients: * 1/2 lb Italian sausage * 1/2 lb ground beef * 1 small onion, chopped * 1 clove garlic, minced * 1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/2 cup dry red wine * 3 cups spaghetti sauce * 1 6 ounce can tomato paste * 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce * 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked * 1 egg, slightly beaten * 2 cups ricotta cheese or cottage cheese * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese * 2 tablespoons parsley flakes * 1 dash fresh ground black pepper 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded Method Brown meat and onion in large skillet and drain off excess fat. Add garlic, mushrooms, salt, wine, spaghetti sauce, paste, and tomato sauce to meat mixture, mix well and set aside. In a medium bowl combine egg, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes, and set aside. Spray crock pot with cooking oil. Layer in a 5 to 6 quart crock pot 4 noodles, broken into pieces to fit. Spread hal

I'll be in London & then going to Amsterdam.. =) & in August I go to Europe again .. I'm so excited because now more & more things make sence.. & pretty soon I can make my decision.. also I kinda met someone who makes me go WOW!!! so I will miss him when I go but their is always other guys.. SO I had to stay at work at my hotel all day, turns out that we are SOLD OUT< so I had to sleep 4 hrs on a buncha chairs put together in a meeting room, waking up every hour. Then I moped around for 7 hrs before it was my turn to start work at 11pm, but not til I fell asleep in the back office (coworker put a blankie over me, how sweet) at 9pm for 2 hrs. ANd then felt like SHIT for the next 8 hrs just to meet n greet the douches in the morning. Like I GAF about their petty problems, bwah. Just venting, i dont care that u dont care. Well I go into work today and got the famous pink slip. Yes...OMG...Crap. So now the great task of looking inside myself to see if i want to stay in the line of work i was in or follow a different dream. I have been in the Trucking world since 1999. Life has its moments but damm. My lease truck was in the shop for 6 days. So no revenue earned but you know the 380 @ week payment is due. I have the hotel bill i paid out of my own pocket...Grrrrrr. Oh well I am ready to make and sell lots of lemonaid.

So here I am, hating the fact I gotta stay late at work when I get a call on the radio. It's a building manager asking my location. I was like "downstairs". She came down and told me the awesomest thing. There's two guys out in the plaza putting 4-packs of my FAVORITE RED BULL COLA all around the fountain for a promotion. Okay I'm at it again. Recently I bought a wireless headset from freetalk. Oh my god this thing is awesome! I can't believe how well this thing works. There's just nothing in the world like it. Not only is the sound quality superior, but it is such a lifesaver for the fact that it is so easy to use and did exactly what I expected. If you ever wanted or needed a reason to be able to use your computer without using your hands this is exactly what you need! Today while reading the news I noticed Apple's IPAD was all over the headlines. I even watched a video of a gentleman demonstrating the IPAD. Basically the IPAD is just a large iPod. doing a little research on opera apprenticeship programs for college students. i've wanted, nay dreamed of singing opera for as long as i can remember...but now, i'm strangled and silenced by my self doubt. i don't even know if i'm even good enough to pursue this as my career. to do this, i have to get my bachelor of arts in perfomance...but i cannot do music theory. in the same way i can't do much math beyond intermediate algebra and elementary geometry. i'm taking a break this semester, trying to stave off burn out. but right now, i'm so messed up, i don't even want to sing! it's so hard to even just sing alone in the fucking car. all through high school i was working toward one goal: to be a professional opera singer, even if it's just bit parts. can i do it? lately my head is so broken, just reading about auditions and applications is making me cry. it's like my heart is crying...im miserable. i have to stop now, i can't see the keyboard through the tears...goddammit

One thing I hate about my job is when people as introverted and shy as I am come up to the front desk to chit chat. It leads to massive amount of awkwardness. I said hi back, and commented on a sucky Chicago weather. He said he is used to it, since he is from Canada. Awkward Silence In A Car.
I was driving home today on the freeway, looking around at the various people coming and going to their destinations where ever they may be. Typically, I don't people watch while driving, but SoCal traffic blows around 3-6 so I had plenty of time to look at their faces and see the horror. What caught my attention was the looks on the faces of couples. The first pair was probably in their late forties. Both were looking straight ahead with sun glasses on, not talking. Awkward Chit Chat.
I live in a duplex, the front unit is for lease currently and this afternoon an elderly man with his two bischons showed up to view the home. I was outside in the patio, decided to offer him some water while he waits for the landlord to arrive. We start chatting, turns out he is a WWII German Army veteran whom fought in the Ukraine. It was was weird moment realizing this is a very cool elderly man with a life well lived, even if he contributed to the death of many...and possibly my children's great grandfather who never returned from the war against Germany. I had a wonderful conversation a lovely man Gunther is, he would make a nice neighbor...I am sure my children and myself could learn a few things. I don't know that he is/was a Nazi, but the conversation didn't pause when I let him know about the Ukraine Jew family history. In closing, I think that given the opportunity we all really could get along and thrive by diversity and understanding and or acceptance.
