So as most of you know i left my old job and started a new one on Nov 3rd.. love it best move i ever made. but of course my luck is the big black cloud follows me around so there had to be something that happened lol. when i left ewing they didnt pay me for the last week i worked something about the way the pay and when it all was figured out they owed me 2 days pay and i had 6 days vacation i didnt use and they refused to pay me the accrued time. well the union got involved and according to the NJAC u must be paid for your accured time. also they owed me 12 hours in overtime that they didnt paid me for also. totaling close to about 1200 dollars that is due to me. well today the cut me a check for 114 dollars and im clueless how they came up with the figure but that isnt the best part of this as of oct 31 i was no longer and employee and they cancelled my health insurance on Oct 1st and all the bill from Oct are coming back rejected and that i owe them..hello i was still an employee

I guess this really isn't considered 'new' stuff but it seems every so often I have to go into long explanations...okay they're longer because I like to embellish! My lil brother is in the Army and while he was on his second tour of Iraq his wife came up with the idea for me to interview rock bands for his base's FRG website. Interfuron
So we went to Hillman Cancer Center today and the doctors say Jess will need to be on interfuron,a different type of chemo,for a year. With the interfuron there are less side effects.She wont lose her hair but she will have flu-like symptoms for a year.The symptoms will be at there worst for the first month. They will be surgically inserting a port sometime this week so they can start treaments on monday the 8th.I then have to take her to Hillman mon-fri to have the interfuron injected through the port. However after 30 days of this they remove the port and she will be able to have the injections 3 times a week at home for the next 11 months.This is actually the best way to go and Hillman is the best from what I have heard! Her doctor did also say that so far she is already 60% cured and that the interfuron will take that up to 85% cured Thanks again to all my friends who have kept her in their thoughts and prayers!!

On May 1st my mom went to get an MRI of her chest because Dr. Mallon (her ortho) wanted to try to figure out why she has been in so much pain and stuff. It even looks like her rib cage is all twisted or something. Iunno, anyways...Since we missed the 2 phone calls that day an hour after she had gone for the scan we didn't receove the results until yesterday.Unfortunately the radiologist believes the tumor she now has is coming from the lung and causing destruction of the bones in the area.Today we're going to go see a thoraxic surgeon at about 3:00 so I guess there will be more updates then.Either way we are both staying positive that this isnt going to be too serious of a problem one way or another.Until then I plan to spend more time with her and do everything around the house, in the yard, etc. so that she doesn't have to. An Interesting Weekend
this past weekend i was helping out with the music at the canadian national gymnastics championships in hamilton. it was alot of work for 4 days and tiring since they were long days.. there was alot of good competitors and only a few of them made the canadian team. but the one thing that stuck out the most was when they had 2 rhythmic gymnasts that were special olympians.. one was a 5 time gold medalist at the 2008 beijing olympics and the other one won 4 silver medals and a bronze at those games. now seeing them do a demonstration in front of everyone brought a smile to whoever watched them perform. now just because they have a special need doesnt mean they cant do something. they could probably do it as well as some of us could given the chance. and the training. so for me seeing them perform made me realize how lucky we all are and how special they really are in peoples eyes. we should not be judging them because they are different. we should be treating them like normal people. so

As most of you know I have been on fu now over 5yrs and for most of those 5yrs I have always used a regular picture of myself as a default picture.
