FOND DU LAC, Wis. -- Police responding to a complaint of loud noise have cited a Fond du Lac man for "rocking out" to the music of John Denver. A police who responded to the man's apartment last week could hear Denver's music through the door. The officer pounded on the door but the man didn't answer. Finally the officer found out the man's name from a neighbor and called to him, bringing the man to the door. When asked why he had the music so loud, the man said he was "rocking out." The Reporter newspaper in Fond du Lac reported that the 42-year-old was cited for unnecessary loud noise. The ticket could result in a fine of about $210. Losing A "friend"

As we grow up we go into and out of groups of friends. Some diverge because of different interests when we reach maturity. Some never reach maturity and are left behind. We had a group of about 15 that managed to stay together and only drifted apart because of marriage and children. With the children beginning to go on their own we began to come back together again about 5 or 6 years ago and it was just like we had only separated the night before. Sandy was our cheer leader, our surrogate mom and our shoulder to cry on. Sadly, I received a shock this week when I found out sandy had died of a brain anuerism on Tuesday of this week. She passed quickly the doctors said because she was on blood thinner meds and they could not stop the bleeding in time. Just like always sandy is the leader of our group. Giving Back
Well, a couple weeks ago my wife and I got some sad news, our good friend, (of many years) Kat, was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia. She is currently undergoing chemo therapy and has a really great attitude about it. Immediately after receiving this news my wife and I decided to see how we could help. We found that we could help by fundraising with Team in Training. They even set us up with our very own website (mainly my wife as she signed up since I will be going on deployment soon) so we can see who has donated and how much. Im sick my son gave me his cold and I could strangle him.. he also informed me that i will be the basketball moms taxi tonight... FUCK ME! Seems hard to believe but 25 years ago today, as a senior in high school, 4 of my friends and I left for our big spring break trip to Florida. First time doing anything like that on our own. We didnt have any wild & crazy plans and we didnt have a lot of money to spend. We had been saving all school year and planned on camping at a campground near Daytona. We planned on leaving about noon but one of the guys who was driving decided to get his car repaired that day and didnt show up until much later. We did finally get on the road about 3 oclock with plans on driving straight through to Florida without stopping. The trip was a blast. Hanging out in a car for that long doesnt seem so bad when you're with your best friends. As we drove down I-75 through Knoxville TN at about 3am still laughing and making fun of our friends in the other car over the cb radio, my friend, Bob, who was driving noticed a bunch of police cars coming up behind us all with the flashers and sirens going.

After all these years, Im finally going to get some relief for the pain Ive been having in my knees for 30 years. Praise God. When I was about 15 years old, I went tooling out on my 10-speed, craving a slurpee. Along comes a drainage grate ( I didnt see it because it was overgrown with grass) and my front tire collided and Janice went oopsie over the handle bars. A Day In The Life.
Okay, to start with, I'm in a SHIT mood. Work pretty much got me there. Let's make a long story short-ish...
