go to file>new and select size (350-120) turn the colours to default by clicking "d" go to filter>render>clouds...the clouds will be the base of ur sig make a new layer now with the layer seleted take out a cool brush and brush on the layer in black then new layer then white now open a pic u want to use cut out the image then paste it in ur pic ur working on now once u have that in place hit duplicate image on the new image selete the single coloum marquee tool and place it over the image where u like and hot ctrl/c/t at smae time and drag it from left to right and bam there u have it! if u need help i can show u

Pizza Fondue....kids Love This
Pizza Fondue 2 T. butter 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 2 (10 1/2 oz., ea.) or 3 (8 oz. ea.) cans pizza sauce 1 T. cornstarch 1 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 10 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese Cubed French bread In large heavy skillet or fondue pot, melt butter; add beef and onions and cook until browned. Pour off excess fat and discard. Reduce heat and add pizza sauce, cornstarch, fennel seeds, oregano and garlic powder; stir until thickened. Add cheeses and simmer, stirring frequently, 10 minutes. Serve with French bread cubes. Makes about 1 Quart fondue.

Ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce 1/4 cup mozzarella, part skim 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup minced onion Instructions: 1. Lightly grease 9 inch pie plate with vegetable oil. Pat turkey into pie plate. 2. Cover turkey with waxed paper. Cook in microwave on high; rotate plate 1/4 turn after 3 minutes. Cook until turkey no longer remains pink, about 5 more minutes. Drain. OR Place turkey in 350 degree oven; bake until turkey no longer remains pink, about 30-35 minutes. 3. Top cooked turkey with vegetables, spaghetti sauce and cheese. 4. Return turkey to either the microwave or oven and heat until cheese is melted, about 1-2 minutes. Nutritional Information: Per Serving: 220 calories; 12g total fat; 95mg cholesterol; 350mg sodium; 6g total carbohydrate; 22g protein; 1g fiber.

INGREDIENTS 1/2 pound ground beef 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls DIRECTIONS In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Remove from the heat. Add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and oregano; mix well. Separate crescent dough into eight rectangles, pinching seams together. Place about 3 tablespoons of meat mixture along one long side of each rectangle. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a long side. Cut each roll into three pieces. Pizza Potatoes 1 package scalloped potatoes (boxed-like General Mills) 1 can (16 oz) tomatoes 1 1/2 cups water 1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves 1 package (4 oz) sliced pepperoni 1 package (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese Heat oven to 400. Empty potato slices and seasoning mix into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Heat water, tomato, and oregano until boiling; stir into potatoes. Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with cheese. Pizza Meat Balls
Pizza Meatballs 2 pounds ground beef 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs 1 cup milk 1/4 cup dried minced onion 2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 block ( 8 ounces ) mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup cooking oil 2 jars (28 ounces each) pizza sauce In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients just until mixed. Shape into 48 small meatballs. Cut mozzarella into 48 cubes, 1/2 inch inch. Push a cube into the center of each meatball, covering the cheese completely with meat. Roll lightly in flour. In a large skillet, cook meathballs in oil until browned. Drain. Add pizza sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink. Serve over rice. (You might be able to use cheese cubes that you can buy already cubed to make these too. They are usually like cheddar and Monterey Jack. (Or with Jalapeno cheese could be called surprise meatballs!)

Last night after work I say Mary, Sarah, and Jeffrey on the patio and we had no idea what we would do for dinner. Martha was at work and the other three were wet from spraying with the hose. We opted to order in from Pizza Hut (which we’d apparently never done before from the restaurant closest to us; when we lived in an apartment, it was on the south end of Minot, where there’s another Pizza Hut) and I wasn’t entirely surprised by the new packaging that just calls the place “The Hut”. I’d read an item online about it that day; apparently the corporation that owns Pizza Hut is “listening” to customers and repackaging to appear and offer more nutritious offerings. A Place For Everything?
Now my move is done, the labor of loading and unloading a truck is completed. My new neighbors pitched in along with an Ex GF to help with my fishtanks. (What a chore!) Moving fishtanks is NOT what I call FUN. But they weathered the 30 mile trip from Nashville to Lebanon just fine and are busy now rearranging the tank decor to suit their needs. So much for the "Fish are Stupid" saying, they seem to know they are in a new place! go figure. Anyway, now the real chore begins, puting things away in places I would need them in. Things like dishes, pots and pans are no biggie, I am talking about how to lay out a room and whatnot and then emptying the boxes out of that rooms contents. All in all, I am now tanned from being in the sun all day. My muscles have been worked out to the extreme so though I am tired as hell, I feel good and I have energy. The Moral of the story! I am writing this blog to inform everyone about my trip to Arkansas. I spent three painful days there in Little Rock with a really good friend. If it wasn’t for him I would of went crazy. Have you noticed that certain places just "feel" better than others and that others make you "feel" uncomfortable? I came back in January of this year after bieng in Japan for a period of approximately 6 months. I was privilieged enough to visit a small island out in the middle of nowhere in Japan called Iwo Jima. I say that I am privileged because of the fact that only military personell are allowed on that island and very few actually make it to schedule sucha a visit. We did not want any transportation, even though it was available, because it would deminish the value of the visit to such a sacred place for us Marines. We hiked through the bushes and avoided the easy trail we wanted to experience a little of the hardip that the Marines back then experienced. Today was the first exam. I had to retake this class due to missing the final by 1 point last term. You have to have both a 70% or higher on total Exam grade along with a 70% or higher for the class. Well a 80 for class and 69 on Exam just don't cut it. Well any ways the 2 past quizes I got A's on, today first exam I got a 88% which is a B+. Last term I barely got a 60% on it. I know theres reasons behind why things work out the way they do,With trying to deal with all the stress of school, home and tryen to work as much as possible last term really got to me harder then I was letting it show. Now with only having to deal with 1 class I can look at the other stressors that was effecting me and work on coping and trying to deal with how to deal with the money issues that we are facing. Planes, Trains And Never Automobiles!
When you are travelling, especially on trains. There's always one fucking nutter that sits opposite you, and tries to engage you in a conversation. You politely; make some form of gesture to acknowledge them, and they take it; as an open invitation to launch into some tirade of verbal detritus. While traveling to Chicago on business, I noticed a Marine sergeant traveling with a folded flag, but did not put two and two together. After we boarded our flight, I turned to the sergeant, who'd been invited to sit in First Class (across from me), and inquired if he was heading home. No, he responded. Heading out I asked? No. I'm escorting a soldier home. Going to pick him up? No. He is with me right now. He was killed in Iraq , I'm taking him home to his family. The realization of what he had been asked to do hit me like a punch to the gut. It was an honor for him. The Plan
The plan is: Lower body fat Increase lean muscle mass To do this I have started doing cardio in the mornings (before breakfast) along with an abdominal workout. The "cardio" is really a 40 minute interval workout on the eliptical trainer where i keep my heart rate at 140 for three minutes, then at 126 for three minutes. Then I'll do some abdominals: situps, leg raises, side lateral raises, cable crunches, ab machine now and then (the ab machine is more a begining level exercise I think, but I'll add it sometimes when I get the urge :) ), and side planks. I'll do one or 2 sets of each exercise. This morning I added weight added step exercises, I held 25 pounds in each hand and did 2 sets of ten on each side. This is new and I'm not sure If I will keep it, expand on it, or dump it. I'll probably leave it the same for awhile just to see what the results are. Plane Flights-funny Shit!
Dump the male flight attendants. No one wanted them in the first place. Replace all the female flight attendants with good-looking strippers! What the hell - the attendants have gotten old and haggard-looking. They don't even serve food anymore, so what's the loss? The strippers would at least triple the alcohol sales and get a "party atmosphere" going in the cabin. And, of course, every businessman in this country would start flying again, hoping to see naked women. Because of the tips, female flight attendants wouldn't need a salary, thus saving even more money. I suspect tips would be so good that we could charge the women for working and have them kick back 20% of the tips. Muslims would be afraid to get on the planes for fear of seeing naked women. Hijackings would come to a screeching halt, and the airline industry would see record revenues. This is definitely a win-win situation if we handle it right - a golden opportunity to turn a liability into an asset. W

Plans For Today:
Baking an apple pie. Almost completely from scratch. Store bought crust, but only because of lack of time. (did you buy line? Nah me neither) I had to call my Grammy to find out how many apples go in a pie... She gave me a bunch of tips too. Mom needs the oven so I'm not sure exactly what time I'll get to make my pie... but I can't wait. :) I also got stuff for apple and cherry crisps. That's going to wait until another day. And I got to work tonight. Of course. But not until 7, so I have plenty of time to bake, shower, change and any other various stuff around the house. Plan For This Weekend
First thing this morning I am helping my husband replace an old faucet in our kitchen... hate the old one and it leaks. Then he and I will be cleaning the house... with both of us working so much over the past several months there is just entirely way too much clutter in the house and we will tossing things out and cleaning things up too. And then we will be renting a video tonight and lay in bed and watch it till we fall asleep. Tomorrow we will be gathered around our TV with chips, dip, drinks to watch the Seahawks play the Bengals at Qwest Field at 1 PM on FOX. I sure hope we win since we lost to the Cardinals last week in a heart breaker game. OK... let's crawl under the sink and replace that old faucet.

Well... first of all, I am watching the SF 49ers vs NY Giants football game in a few minutes ... and then immediately after that I will be watching my Seattle Seahawks play against the Rams.... another 6 hours of football for this Sunday afternoon. Plantation Ham Pie
Plantation Ham Pie 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine 3 cups cubed cooked ham 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1 medium onion, sliced. 2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup 1 cup milk Parsley pin wheels (recipe below) Heat oven to 425. Melt butter in large skillet. Cook and stir ham, pepper, and onion in butter until ham is browned and onion is clear and tender. Stir in soup and mix. Heat just to boiling, stirring frequently. Pour into ungreased baking dish, 8x8x2 inches and place in oven. Prepare parsley pinwheels; arrange on hot ham mixture. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes. Parsley Pinwheels 2 cups baking mix (like bisquick) 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 cup snipped parsley Stir baking mix and water to make soft dough. Shape dough into a ball; knead lightly 5 times on flour covered board. Roll into rectangle 12x7 inches. Sprinkle parsley over dough, roll up tightly, beginning along the long side. Plant Food Diet?????
Especially with direct attention to Vegan/Vegetarian Divas :D Recently I have been to the doctors and they have done the works of medical tests on me during the past couple of weeks. What they have found is that I am in perfect health, but my thyroid is very low. As such, he has recommended that I go on an all plant diet, which also means that I can have a lot of nuts as well. I teased him a bit and told him that I have had plenty of nuts in my lifetime, thank you very much! Lol... ;) All joking aside, I am to have soy milk and plant food for a while, along with some stuff that he is special ordering for me. Vegetable soups I can hang with; I know how to do that very well. I just need some ideas for a little creativity without getting too vegetarian, if you know what I mean (tofu, barley, etc. -- I am just not ready for all that!). Soups day in and out might get old after a while. If you have any creative ideas, please send me some links...or resources....persona

Plant Diet Yielding Great Results
I have been on a plant food diet for the past couple of weeks. The first week yielded some weight loss, but this past week yielded a loss of 6 pounds as per my doctor's visit today! I am psyched!!! Went to the grocery store to buy more plant food, as well as some meats to cook in the mix of the vegetable soups for flavor and some taste of meat (mostly fish and some bits of ham). Came home briefly to put up the really cold stuff, eat some yogurt and heading off to the clubhouse for a workshop on Feng Shui. I'll let you know if it yields any terrific, earth shattering ideas.... In the meantime, I hope everyone is having a great day and on to a wonderful evening. I know I will... I should be one of two places this weekend partying my ass off for St. Patrick's Day. The plan is to head down to New Orleans, but things aren't looking so bright for it. Either way I'm getting out of this damn town for the weekend. So plan #2 a good friend I haven't seen in nearly a year has invited me to come party in DFW, so I might just end up there. Either way, It's going to be awesome, even though I've had my heart set on New Orleans. But my friends have made a plan to road trip to New Orleans in July for the 4th. So I might not be too heartbroken.

Plans For Sunday
Today we are going to the theater to see Iron Man to conclude my son's birthday party weekend. That should be pretty good from all that I have been hearing about the movie.
