I was looking for yet another job, and thought something like online transcription or data entry sounded like just the ticket. I searched monster.com and found an ad for transamassociates.com, and their medical transcriptionist program. I took the initial test, and they suggested I chat with their online live chat person, and that I could submit my application online, as well. All this sounded great, like just what I was seeking, until we got to the point where you have to buy their software (to the tune of about $450) and I began to wonder if this company is just a scam? I don't know how to determine this for certain, so I'm reluctant to try to scrape up even the down payment to purchase this stupid software. Next Summer's Bike Trip
Hello Folks.. Thought we would write this blog and see if there are those that might like to lend a hand next summer. Heres the deal, We plan on going for a long ride heading for the Florida Keys in the early summer. But we plan on making the trip down and back as much of the fun as hitting the beach for a few days snorkeling and the like. Now those friends we have grown close to on here know Paul is a disable vet and we are on a fixed income so we are planning on camping along the way as much as possible and avoiding hotels and the like as much as possible. Taking all back roads all the way down and back and hitting all the Native Rez’s along the way to refuel our Sprits. Because of the limited carry capacity of our scoot we would like to plan to meet folks off here along the way that might like to lead us a shower and maybe a cup of coffee ( and if were really quite, a warm spot on the floor if we need a few winks out of a rain). A cold loney night I rocked and cried myself to sleep so many times in a darkend loney room Asking God so many times ... WHY??? WHY cant no one love me when I have so much love to give? WHY... Vanity And The Curse It Entails
growing up i always lacked confidence with vanity with my looks. i had confidence in other areas. sports and intelligence. i could outthink and outplay most ppl. but when it came to my looks i always lacked confidence. alot of that came from being poor and having an alcoholic parent i was ashamed of. i was ever a chubby boy and that created issues with my wardrobe. i had to wear sweats or shorts most of the time because we couldnt afford the price of the jeans that would fit me. my thighs and calves have always been jynormus. Why is that people never stop and look around anymore. Everyone seems to always on the go! You'd be surprised what you might see if you just stop and look around sometimes. You might see your next true love or smell something new that you just have to find out what it is. I sugest at somepoint you sit in a crowded area for just fifteen minutes and just look around. My Nyc Christmas Letter To Friends
Many of you saw the pics of Bryan and I at the Bronx Zoo last night, and in NYC at Rockefeller Center, as well as my email of all the beautiful Christmas window displays. I just got back from shopping. It wasn't too busy yet. I got everyone done! Yippeee. I still have one more store to get my son one more thing but all the hard people are out of the way! I love having a new shopping center in my city. It is so nice and has a good selection of stores. Easy to just run over there and pick up something. They aren't even done building it yet and it is going to be really nice when they are done. The other day someone I used to call friend broke into my home and took something I need to servive a day at work and to over come the pains I endure from everyday life.. Junkies.. Cant stand them..Any way, you know who you are, and you also know it takes a lot to piss me off, but you have accomplished that.. And now your done, finished, I will do nothing for you again.. My soon to be step-daughter had a very rough day today and it is goin to be hard for her for awhile. We had taken her to the doctors this morning because she had been havin headaches lately. They took a blood sugar count and a urine count too. Her urine had glucose in it and her sugar level was high. So they told us to go down to the nearest Childrens Hospital. They were waiting for us to get there. They took another sugar level count and even after over two hours her level was at 430 which is very high. She has to stay in the hospital for the next few days I came home long enough to take our pet out then I am heading back up there. They told us she will have to have 4 shots a day of insulin for the rest of her life. She is only 10yrs old. I don't mind rearranging how we prepare food but it has been very hard on her. I can now laugh at this so I thought why not share. About a week ago, my fiance' and I were lying in bed asleep. So 5 months 2 days, it's going to be a boy, or so they say. Been Off For Awhile

Puppies
Today I brought home 3 4-week old puppies with the intention of keeping 1 and fostering 2. Why am I doing this???? Because of heartless, careless and irresponsible piece of shit dog owners. On Sunday night the private no kill animal shelter I volunteer at picked up 17 puppies from an animal control shelter, that kills the animals that are in need, in another county so save thier lives. 8 were 3 1/2 weeks, 2 were 7 weeks and 7 were 7 DAYS old. Here is my biggest grip. The 7 day old pups were born outside because the mom wasn't kept inside. Animal control found them and took them to the shelter. The owners of the mother came to claim her. When they asked if either they would take the puppies or leave the mom for weaning and they said no. When animal control told them that all the pups would be destroyed if they didn't do that they said they didn't care and took the mom home. Drug Tests
Like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test with which I have no problem. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their butts, doing drugs, while I work. . . . Can you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check ?
