Fried Cinnamon Strips
Original recipe yield: 20 servings PREP TIME 10 Min COOK TIME 15 Min READY IN 25 Min INGREDIENTS * 1 cup sugar * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg * 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas * vegetable oil DIRECTIONS 1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside. 2. Cut tortillas into 3-in. x 2-in. strips. Heat 1 in. of oil in a skillet or electric fry pan to 375 degrees F; fry 4-5 strips at a time for 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. 3. While still warm, place strips in bag with sugar mixture; shake gently to coat. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Doesn't it annoy you when a couple will go out for a period of time, have differences, break up, and both decide to JUST BE FRIENDS. I mean, do people really think that they can ever go back to the movies, have play fights and hang out on a buddy level? When deep down, all they can think about is whether the other has a new boyfriend/girlfriend, and wonder if they will get back together again. I don't really think that ex-couples will ever get over an inside awkwardness and think of each other as a mate. This is the letter I wrote to my former commander upon hearing of my friend's death. Sometimes, less is more. Sir: It was a heavy blow to my morale upon hearing of SSG XXXX passing. So, I kinda freaked out on a new friend about a week ago, maybe a little longer than that. I was and am stressed out about some things that have been going on that involve us both. I want to say that I am sorry for how I handled things. I am still not ok with what has been going on but I do realize that it is not all her fault.
