Blind People
You know I think that there are more blind people in this world....that need to go visit a doctor!!!...Some people don't know sexy or beauty even when it is staring at them right in the face!!! So I must say that I am thankful for the comments you guys give because some times a girl needs to hear that every now and then....because sometimes they don't get told that at home!!!

The Blind Horse
Just up the road from my home is a field, with two horses in it. From a distance, each looks like every other horse. But if you stop your car, or are walking by, you will notice something quite amazing. Looking into the eyes of one horse will disclose that he is blind. His owner has chosen not to have him put down, but has made a good home for him. This alone is amazing. If nearby and listening, you will hear the sound of a bell. Looking around for the source of the sound, you will see that it comes from the smaller horse in the field. Attached to her halter is a small bell. It lets her blind friend know where she is, so he can follow her. As you stand and watch these two friends, you'll see how she is always checking on him, and that he will listen for her bell and then slowly walk to where she is, trusting that she will not lead him astray. When she returns to the shelter of the barn each evening, she stops occasionally and looks back, making sure her friend

A virtually blind New Zealand man has been banned from driving after taking the wheel from a drink driver. Te Aute Matuakore Collier, 29, from Hamilton, was guided by a drunk passenger but crashed into a wall, reports Stuff.co.nz. Collier, who has just five per cent sight, admitted a charge of reckless driving when he appeared in the Hamilton District Court. He had been in the back of the car when he told the driver to pull over so he could drive because both the driver and front-seat passenger were drunk. The front-seat passenger helped steer the car and both passengers told Collier to turn into a supermarket carpark. Collier told police he just wanted to park the vehicle and get it off the road - but he missed the entrance and hit a wall. He was disqualified from driving for two years and ordered to pay court costs.

There once was a blind man who decided to visit Texas. When he arrived on the plane, he felt the seats and said, "Wow, these seats are big!" Im sitting here thinking about all the things we were taught as children about blind faith. We were taught that we need to have faith in God, Jesus, and the holy spirit. Were taught to have faith in our parents, and believe everything they teach us is correct, and the truth. Blind Bull Mastiff Girl In San Diego Deserves Second Chance
This dog doesn't have a name, she came into the shelter as a stray after being hit by a car, miraculously surviving serious trauma to her head. She didn't escape unharmed though, as her eyes have been injured to the point of causing blindness and are bulged and bloody. Despite this she's got an amazing temperament with people, is a staff and volunteer favorite, and has even learned quite a few commands during brief training sessions while out on walks around the shelter. She only has a few more days before she runs out of time -- she can't be directly adopted in her condition, and no rescues have stepped forward. The shelter is at a loss to help beyond their means. I wish I knew what it was with the sudden influx of blind friend requests. I know that CT isn't to me what it is to many of you - I use it to talk to the few people who talk back, find out how others are doing... and figure I'll occasionally meet someone. Blind Guitarist Jeff Healey Dies At 41
TORONTO - Blind rock and jazz musician Jeff Healey has died after a lifelong battle against cancer. He was 41. Healey died Sunday evening in a Toronto hospital, said bandmate Colin Bray, who was in the room with Healey's family when the guitarist died. The Grammy-nominated Healey rose to stardom as the leader of the Jeff Healey Band, a rock-oriented trio that gained international acclaim and platinum record sales with the 1988 album "See the Light." The album included the hit single "Angel Eyes." Healey had battled cancer since age 1, when a rare form of retinal cancer known as Retinoblastoma claimed his eyesight.
