New Wiper Blades
Hey Guys, I got a new set of Wiper Blades on my car. I think they might be too big because they hang over the edges a little, but I don't care, they work great and I would have to say that they are the only blades I have ever had that I actually like to watch working. Call me crazy, but lately I have been driving around non-stop with them on, I've even been pulled over and the cop asked to go for a ride so he could watch them work. They were outrageously expensive, but safety is my main concern and like I said, they work great. Let me know if you would like a pair for your car for Christmas.

Sunday sept. 23 my extended family lost a great member. Anthony Lataster 20yrs old, died from a motorcycle accident. What a wonderful person to be taken away from us, fun loving, always laughing and pranking people. He loved to play in his metal bands, to which he traveled across the United States to do. What motivates a hit-and-run driver? Somebody knocked my brother-in-law Todd Sayre off his motorcycle early yesterday morning and, in my wife's words, "left him lying in a ditch like roadkill." My Exciting Future!
I've completed all my pre-op requirements & have 18 more pounds to lose & I will have my gastric by-pass surgery & I will begin a new life to a new & healthier me! I'm now walking ALOT..I walk 3 miles most days & I pushe d it a little hard & my right knee is giving me fits but I am doing range of motion exersises & stretches so it is coming along rather quickly.. I had to stop walking for almost 2 weeks to allow it to heal...but I'm going at it again...I use a heart monitor watch that is set to a certain heart rate in which I burn the most fat & calories..this little watch has made my walking alot more valueable to me & my success in losing my weight..This time next year I'm going to be a lean ...mean...fighting machine.. As soon as I get the money saved up ..I'm going to join the kick-boxing gym here in town to further progress myself in getting in better shape..Why am I doing this??? The Weekend!
What a great weekend!! I got to relax a little bit and get my thought together. Kind of nice not having the kids for a change. The real fun started at night though. Saturday night we had the Christmas Train pull into our town. It was a 16 car train that has completely decorated with holiday lights. The first four cars they had light up saying the "Candian Pacific holiday train". The next two cars they had santa and his reindeer on and the next car was lite up and had christmas trees on. When the train stopped they opened the box car up and santa jumped out and greeted all the kids. My son went NUTS! Then they had a band (enis)in the box car that played holiday songs. Cream shortening; add sugar gradually and continue to beat until light. Stir the soda into the applesauce. Add well beaten egg; combine with the creamed mixture. Add the dry ingredients. Dealing With Seperation
For those of you that don't know this, i'm going to be perfectly candid. I seperated from my 13.5 year relationship this year. I have been finding it very hard to deal with the everyday stresses of trying to support my 13 year old daughter on my own as her father is not living up to his responsibilities. I have tooken the asvab test twice now and havent scored high enough. My son died today. Many of you that will read this will never understand the impact that a pet can have on you, but, I had a cat named Spike that I loved very much. Today started like any other day. Spike got up with me, had a play fight with his brother Butch, decided to attack a roll of paper towels and even begged for table food as I prepared to leave for work. Just as I was about to leave for work, I heard him cry out in a way I never heard before. When I found him he was listless and gasping for air. To make a long story short, he was dead within the hour. Spikey was always a comfort to me. He made me feel very important, loved and needed. I loved him very much. I've had him since he fit in the palm of my hand, and now he is gone forever. Rest in peace my baby boy.

Missing Child
I'm not sure who all sees this blog, but just in case it goes to the whole site, especially people in michigan and indiana. A amber alert was put out this morning for a missing boy from muskegon. He is seven years old with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen around 4 p.m. walking home from school wearing a black shirt and tan shorts, with gray nike shoes. This really hits close to home for me as i have two girls that go to the same school, and we live only 2 blocks from where this happened. Now i will be walking them to and from school everyday. The police believe he has been kidnapped and could be in extreme danger. Why do we have to live in such a sick world? Our prayers go out to the family, and hope that this child is found safe.

Last night, while watching TV with friends, a commercial came on for KFC (I assume everyone knows who they are), and I found something to be quite a bit disturbing. The family being portrayed was a black family (that's one thing), but what was disturbing to me was that KFC has seemingly bought into a stereotype of this crazy nation of ours. Why I Haven't Been On
I just wanted to fill everyone in on what has been going on with me since I posted the me Blog. I had a total hysterectomy on November 20th - Not to much to say but right now I am in a lot of pain and hopefully soon all the pain will be over and done with. I haven't got much to say except OUCH! HAHA just have to look at the positives of a surgery like this and not let the negatives get you down. God has blessed me with 4 beautiful children and I now know that was all I was supposed to have. A Bit Of Beauty In The Darkness
Today my mother would have been 60 years young had she not passed away from a massive stroke last year brought on by her diabetes. Along with Mother's Day and the date of her death, her birthday is one of the hardest days for me to handle. I had become very close to my mother after I got my own place, she and I had become real friends and at times partners in crime! I have been sad most of the day in my dark hole as I always am when I remember how much I miss her. I went to the grocery and as I came out I saw a rainbow. I live on the other side of Lexington from where I went to the grocery, the entire time I drove home that rainbow was in my front window of the car. When I pulled my car into the garage and got out to get my goodies from the trunk I saw that the rainbow actually crossed over the top of my house with the end appearing to generate from the cemetary where my mother is buried.
