Happiness
Today was a very slow day at work and I had a lot of time to think about things and life. I tend to think a lot anyway but what can you do. So back to the subject at hand, what is happiness? Hopefully I'll get a lot of comments about this and I think I'll get a wide varity of definitions for it. To me happiness is having a geat woman at home that you can't wait to get off work and go home to, even after being maried for 20 years. Where Do I Begin
Yesterday it rained. It was wonderful. Hasn't rained here in a while kinda needed it. A lot has gone on with my life. Whether it be good or bad. Yet I'm sitting here. Football Game
Last nite my son had a football game. It started @ 7:30, we were ahead 6-0 at the half time. When halftime was all most over they anounce that the game is delayed because of lightening. Races And Marathons!
My 1st half marathon is tomorrow in Erie, PA...and it starts at 7 am...damn, that means that i have to be up at 330 in the morning to get going at 4 am....hahaha...life's too short so I'm not complaining. Then were two goals behind before Reece McGinley beat three defenders before firing home from a tight angle. The half ended with a two goal margin as Barn scored a third although there was more than a hint of offside. The start to the first half was repeated in the second as Barn grabbed a fourth. The Colts pulled a goal back when Darren Tennant made no mistake after a David Hunter pass. A rasping Thomas Spence free kick brought the score back to 4-3 before captain Robert Watson had a free kick cleared off the line. In a ding dong game, Barn scored their fifth prior to McGinley scoring his second of the game, again from a tight angle. I must say, what Zombie did was nothing short of a masterpiece! For you movie buffs who love remakes, this is for you! The gore, the plot, the thought provoking. About Thailand
Thai people really love animals. This is "Moo Ping". It means BBQ'd pork on a stick. Don't know who named her that. This 7-11 was built in my neighborhood about 6 months ago and Moo Ping has been in front of the door from day one. I was having some teeth problems so i went and had those teeth pulled yesterday. Ok today is Sunday August 9, 2007 and I was sitting here with alot on my mind and I thought I would put some of what Im feeling and thinking in writing just so I could express myself. I was barely sitting down when I heard a voice from the other stall saying: "Hi, how are you?" I'm not the type to start a conversation in the men's restrooms at a rest stop but, I don't know what got into me, so I answered, somewhat embarrassed, "Doin Just Fine!" There I was just walking along the streets of my home town with my best friend. We were talking and laughing just havin a good time when we decide to go to a park and see if anyone we knew was there. So we go the park and as we get further into the park I noticed a couple of people standing aroung and reconized one or two of them, they were the ones I had problems with at a club just a couple weeks before. Losing My Mind!
I just don't get it, am I that bad of a person? I just got totally insulted by a past friend. She came onto my page insulted me because I am liked or at least I think I am by a lot of people and also proceeded to insult some of my friends. Does love ever die? Don't know if it does but I know for me it never does. As those of you know that actually read the about me part of a profile I state that I am divorced. But that isn't true as of yet. Right now I am going through a divorce and when I created my profile I had given up on things. But now that time has progressed I have felt that strong desire to hold on and fight. I don't know if that is the thing to do but I can't seem to help myself. Very Lonely
Life really sux. Your with someone for a long time and you just let the shit keep piling up. Been with her 6 years, married for 1. Enjoyment Of My Deployment
Here I am in Gulfport, Mississippi. Not my idea of a good time, but what I might call a 'necessary evil.' I have to go through this to get to where I want to go. I joined the Seabees -- yeah, that's right, I'm a Seabee (For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about that sounds pretty cool, so far be it from me to disillusion you. It is in fact VERY cool to be a Seabee!) -- to go to Iraq. You see, I am a patriot (for those of you who don't know what THAT is, that also is a very cool thing to be), and I have plenty to offer my country that might come in handy in this current situation we find ourselves thrust into. This is only my first entry -- a sort of first step along what very well might be a thousand-mile journey. This is where I hope to collect my thoughts and kind of wind down of a stressful evening and update my loved ones as to my general whereabouts and my general activities. I hope to meet Iraqis along my journey, and I hope to gain other priceles
