What's The Story
I was on line this morning logged into fubar. Friend came to help with a leaking hose I had and siaid they would take me to the auto store to get the part. So not thinking I grabbed my purse and headed out the door in wheelchair. It takes about 20 min to get there and then back. We then get the hose on and I come in to find that one of my renters who uses my computer at times has put a mumm on. I have never put a mumm on beccause I can never think of any thing to put there. Not only did they put a mumm on but then started deleting comments that people left about it. Guess he was trying to hide it from me. Then when I explain what he did people bash me and say I am lieing and it is bull. Ok that is what they want to think that is fine with me. Remembering Grandpa
Where does one begin when talking about someone as important as their grandpa? The first thing is to recognize how lucky I was to grow up next door to my grandparents and to truly know them on a daily basis. It is some thing most people don't get to do. My grandpa was a railroad engineer, not a conductor but an engineer who worked for the railroad. I remember getting to go out and travel by train with him back when I was very young. At home my grandpa was all about certain things. God, gardening, his shop, family, and watching the occasional sports on tv. He wasn't your average gardener; his garden was huge half acre garden. Sandra E. Hartman, 60, of Sedalia, died Wednesday, September, 12, 2007, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, MO. She was born October 27, 1946, in Sedalia, the daughter of Basil O. and Betty J. Broyles Piers. Ms. Hartman was raised and educated in Sedalia and was a graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. She then earned a degree at State Fair Community College. She attended First Christian Church. Surviving are a son, Darrin Hartman, of Sedalia; two daughters, Karen Staus and husband James, of Tipton, MO and Robin Nyegard and husband Don, of El Dorado Springs, MO; three brothers, William Piers, of Sedalia, Michael Piers, of Raytown, MO and Merle Piers, of Windsor, MO; four sisters, Sharon Wheatley, of Tipton, MO, Cynthia Pebworth, of Lake Ozark, MO, Pamela Hamby, of Smithton and Deborah Betances, of Higginsville, MO; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A Glimpse Into My Brain
I know I haven't written a blog in a while, but I have been very busy. My surgery went fine, and I am feeling completely myself again already. I am amazed to find out more weird things about stupid people. A thread in my message board that I frequent had a subject about stupid things you hear in the news. This got me to thinking about my next topic. First off I am not a Harry Potter fan whatsoever. This is not due to religious beliefs or anything of the like. The main reason is because it was meant to be a children's book yet it has turned women, and men of all ages in to screaming twelve year olds worse than any star wars freak around. I just dont know what to do or believe. Hurricane Season 2007
Well, Thankfully we made it through the first hurricane of the season. Went to bed wednesday night expecting to get a pretty good storm from tropical storm humberto, which was supposed to make landfall south of galveston,,,, Got woke up about 330 am to what sounded like a train bearing down on the house. Shit crashing into the sides and rain trying its best to get inside where we were. Seems humberto decided to become a very strong catagory 1 hurricane before shifting and slamming into us that night. We got a pretty direct hit but we survived a direct hit from catogory 3 Rita a couple years back so this wasnt to bad... I can handle the storm, the rain, the wind, the noise, trees crashing, all that stuff, I just dont like doing it in the dark. And by about 430 we of course were without electricity.... As of the 10th of December I will be getting rid of my VIP for this site. It has increasingly become less and less fun for me. Vegitarian Recipies
1 C. red lentils 3 C. vegitable broth 1 2-3 inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled 1 bulb of garlic 1 red belle pepper 1/4 tsp. tumeric juice of half a lemon 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds 1 medium onion sliced 2 fresh red chilies chopped (take the seeds out to make it mild) 1 large tomato chopped, or 6 cherry tomatoes 1 handfull of fresh cilantro chopped 3 sprigs of fresh mint chopped In a food processor mince the ginger, garlic, red belle pepper and tumeric. Boil the lentils in the broth with the above processed mixture until soft. (About 20 minutes) Add the lemon juice and mash the cooked lentil mixture. In a seperate pan, heat the oil and roast the mustard seeds until they pop. Then add the onion, red chilies and tomato. Sprinkle with salt. Sautee until the onions are tender and clear. Then pour into the lentil mixture and top with thefresh cilantro and mint. I've always made spinach pie with loads of butter (about half a pound)b

When you have been with someone as long as my ex and I have been you have a closeness that cant be explained. Sometimes that is great, but the bad always seems to pop back up. So today I was bored and voting on the Mumms when I came across a Mumm about a mother who helped her 12 yr old daughter create a myspace and is now wondering if she should delete her daughter's myspace because the TWELVE YEAR OLD daughter has been mis-using it. I have to give the mother props for caring enough to watch what her kid does online... but a swift kick in the ass for ever making her daughter a myspace because in order to make your 12 yr old daughter a myspace you would have to intentionally lie your ass of because myspace specifically states you have to be 14 or older to have myspace.... and it wasn't the whole situation that made me sick... it was the fact that over 60 percent of people voted for her to let her daughter keep her myspace AND let her have more freedom with it... and we fucking wonder why America is going to shit?

Ok, so divorce is bad and sad, I get that. But why does one person have to be the bad guy... It just didn't work. I've tried every way possible to see if it could work. However, I don't have the love in my heart that I should have for a husband. If someone in the relationship doesn't love the other person, and they can still remain friends for their child if nothing else, is it right to stay married??? I don't feel it is right to me or my husband to stay in this relationship. He is a good guy and he deserves better. My Kids
Today is a funny day. I have put my son on pottytraining. He is actually doing pretty good. His father pushed him into it this summer and he rebeled againt it for awhile but now he is doing it all by himself. He is such a big boy. Something to look forward to. HAHA We started to "bud" in our blouses at 9 or 10 years old only to find that anything that came in contact with those tender, blooming buds hurt so bad it brought us to tears. Next, we get our periods in our early to mid-teens (or sooner). Well some good news..She is now home.She goes back monday to have the drain tube removed but she is happy to be home. She still has no feeling or use in the right side of her face but hopefully in time it will come back...She is in good spirits though and making jokes. After 12 years in a relationship, I have spent this past year and half trying to get back into the dating scene. I am 51, and have found it so difficult to fit in..... I am in kinda of a confused situation. Well about 2 yrs ago my grandfater passed away that I was really close to. Since then I have been helping take care of my grandmother that has had 3 strokes and 2 heart atacks..B4 my granfather passed he sat down and talked with my mom, and I. He told us that ever since my grandmother has had these strokes she has not been the same. Well its true cause her memory is worse and all that stuff. Well he told us he wanted us to sell the house and put her in a home or have her into a home because we have done so much, and he did not want to be hard on us..Well everytime she goes to the Dr. for checkups or just test she puts on a big front and tells them everything is ok and she is fine.I don't see how the dr/s can see through this. Well we can not talk to the Dr.s and tell them whats best or move her in a home because she will not give us the power of attorney to be able to make suggestions or to do anything in that nature..SO I am just confused on what

I want to make my profile look cool, Cool background,etc. How do you do that? How can I give my profile a nice update, some personality, things like that? The Lockdown!!!
With all of the things going on in my life right now I have made several decisions. First of all my shout box has been set to just family. Remembering Lost Family And Friends
You know thinking today about all the loved ones I have lost in the last 7 years. Seven years ago I had two parents, and two grandparents who I had grown up with my whole life. There wasen't a day that went bye I didn't talk to them or see each and everyone no matter where I lived they where always a phone call away.
