I sit around and find myself questioning my motives and what drives me to keep going. What Went Wrong?
I've been on this site since December 2006 and things don't seem right anymore. We used to have fun without the drama and childish games that go on here now. You didn't beg for points, gifts, bling, Fubucks and what not. You couldn't buy your way to the top, you had to earn it. It took work and friends not money and empty promises. I don't visit very often because it took me over two years to reach level 22. Now I see people reach it in a few weeks. I've made some friends here and hate the thought of loosing them but at this rate it just might happen. I plan on taking a break to think about what to do. So Kim's driving across country on her way to meet Dan, this really great guy that she met online. They seemed to connect on so many levels, that it was crazy. Since I need to practice my English, I figure doing a blog should be a good tool. You probably know I'm Thai. I live in Bangkok, a huge city, with who knows how many millions of people. But even though it's a big city, it's still kind of country. We have elephants walking the streets wearing tail lights at night. I am having a friend type this because for the last six days I have been blind. I have to fight ALL THE TIME to get my medications due to a shitty insurance. I am out of my most important one for pain right now and they are taking forever to send them. I ended up going through a vicious withdrawl and then I will go through the same thing all over again if they ever show up. It is a very shitty place to be. I have days where I am so exausted that I can't even get out of bed and other where moving is only able to be accomplished with two forearm crutches or a wheelchair. I also have soething called Optic Neurosis which makes my eyes blurry and to go in and out. They are also VERY sensitive to light so I wear sunglasses every where and keep my home dark. I feel like my kids are in a cage just because of me. One day my eyes will go out like this and they will never come back. I Bought A Bird Feeder .
I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back porch and filled it with seed. Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food. But then the birds started building nests in the boards of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue. Then came the poop. It was everywhere: on the patio tile, the chairs, the table...everywhere. Then some of the birds turned mean: They would dive bomb me and try to peck me even though I had fed them out of my own pocket. And others birds were boisterous and loud: They sat on the feeder and squawked and screamed at all hours of the day and night and demanded that I fill it when it got low on food. Christians on CT I feel a need to vent... I have seen many of you..."Christians", here on Cherry Tap. I don't have a problem with Christianity, per se, but do have a problem with your bullshit, to put it bluntly. Let me start by saying that I know you…I know what Christianity entails. I went to a Christian high school, my brother-in-law has a PhD in Theology… my mother will, (if you are all correct), be sitting…right next to Christ himself in Heaven…etc. I have studied religion, religious doctrine, and philosophy for many years and feel that I am quite educated on the subject. Your doctrine…I know all about it, so don’t bother trying to debate with me, on what I am about to say, (and if you choose to, be advised that I will make your head swim)…but…on with it.
