Sitting here looking back on my life,
I can see it clearly now,
If only I had known it then,
before it all went to far,
I wouldn't be sitting here now,
hopeing your doing well,
wondering if you think of me,
as I think of you,
you made my world seem real,
you gave meaning to my life,
how could I have been so blind,
to let it all slip away,
I remember every tear you cryed,
as I turned and walked away,
I put you off so many times,
always had a new excuse,
for putting off the one thing,
you so longed for everyday,
if only I could have said I DO,
it would have never ended up this way,
I geuss they all where right,
once again I played the fool,
Just know that I do love you,
not a day goes by,
I don't look back and hate that day,
that changed both our lives,
sad we never see it,
