I wanted to spread the good news, I spent this last 11 weeks work'n my butt of to stress out and feel I failed. All my hard work paid off, I got an A on my major term paper for buisiness and over all an A for the class, and in Accounting which is a little more then I thougt I pulled out a B, now the Computer class which drove me nuts 7 days a week, mainly cus I knew I need to make to get my degree, I really did surprise my self with that mid term and the final the midterm was an 89 and the Final exam was a 97 , and all the dailey projects and word papers showed just how hard I worked, I got a High B in that class, only because I really messed up in it at the End of Sept. Too much going on at home and not putting my head in what I had to do. Stranded In South Carolina
Well, Feronia and Hermes, have turned their heads on me. It looks like I will be Stuck in SC for the weekend. Have any of you ever heard of BitDefender? It is an antivirus program. I installed it recently. It meets the requirements of my computer but the computer doesnt "recognize" it. So here it is March and Caleb is coming home on leave in April, which I am totally excited about. But now with this new troop surge, and then the 4,800 more troops on top of that, he's probably going to get extended a lot longer than June. June is supposed to be when he was coming home for good. If he gets extended I have no idea when he's coming home, but most likely it won't be in time for the wedding. Well, yesterday was my first day off in a months time... I am exhausted. A Restful Day Spent Thinking...

I Have Been Offline
I havent been online for a couple of days. One of the ferrets, Sly, is in his finale days of life. For his sake I hope it wont be much longer now. He isnt very coherant and he is not in any pain. But stomach cancer and dehydration cant be comfortable. He is slowly slipping away. He came to me through the rescue almost two years ago with his buddies Spectra and Agnes and has been a light in my life... it is just like him to do things slowly and in his own time. Agnes and Spectra are not doing too well. They are falling into depression...they know their buddy is dying so my days are split between holding sly and keeping him comfortable and trying to get them to play as much as possible so they dont die from the depressio. OMG can i say that everyone was in pissy ass moods today at work? Always stumped and always flumoxed. I have to say that I can't wait to get out of dodge so to speak. It has been nice here, but it is time to move on. One thing that I am pretty sure of is that I am most likely going to spend a long time by myself. That is just the nature of the beast. You have high hopes about life, but you can never count on it. People are a constance source of pain and disappointment. I am glad that I don't have to deal with too many of them. Plus, the sooner that I get out of here, the better. But there are times it's not the truth and it doesn't work that way Sometimes there is that someone who comes into your heart When you don't even notice and that is when it starts That seed is planted deep within and then it starts to grow And then before much time has passed you're aware, and then you know This love becomes your passion and fight it as you will Your dreams, your thoughts, your waking hours keep trying to fulfill.. A poem that was in a Dear Abby Column in Tucson,Az. Come in. But don't expect to find all the dishes done; all the floors ashine. Observe the crumpled rug, the toys galore, the smudgy fingerprinted door. The little ones we shelter here don't thrive on spotless atmosphere. They're more inclined to disarray and care free, even messy play. Their needs are great, their patience small. All day I'm at their beck and call. It's "Mommie come, Mommie see!" Wiggly worms and red scraped knee, painted pictures, blocks piled high. My floors unshined the days go by. Some future day they'll flee this nest. And I, at last will have a rest. And which really matters more? A happy child or a polished floor? MAKE MEMORIES THAT MATTER!!!
