I had the best Fathers Day ever today. I woke up this morning after an extended (10 hr) nap to find the sun already shining and I knew my kids were on their way here. Completely Out
of shape!!!! I already knew that but now I'm suffering about it. Working out is such a bitch. I worked out this morning. Running! Jump rope! etc etc. It wasn't even hard core, just for me since i'm lack muscle. I was so done but when I got home I took a 20 minute cool down walk, I was going to do three laps around this field but only did two because I got the urge to go! hahaha. I feel like I should go again in a little while and do the three laps, jogging. Except I know thats not gonna happen because I hate running. The working out isn't bad, but ugh running! haha. I'm such by like friday I'll be fucking running around with out dying. I mean I drink and smoke so my lungs were like killing me even though I haven't smoked since like Saturday. Oh and lunges are evil LOL. Yay to waking up at 430 am and working out. and eating healthy food........ ? Tattoo Shops-where Not To Go
Ok..the people who know me like Mclovin and Dominated Love Slave of McLovin, and a few other friends, know I have quite the 'body' of work of tattoos. Photography
80% of so-called paranormal phenomena can be disproved or debunked. It is very hard to prove a haunting by photographs. Photos of orbs are not impressive due to so many other things it could be such as dust, mist or dew in the air, a bug or simply the light playing tricks. Photos of mists or smoke are equally unimpressive due to cigarette smoke or fog. Photos of shadows, you can see many things in a shadow due to what your mind wants it to be. See thru shadows are a little more impressive. Transparent shadows in human form even more impressive, but remember in this day and age digital photography is easily manipulated.

On A Lighter Note
Sometimes being depressed can bring out the best in people, you find the people who really care, who are patient, understanding, considerate, and caring. People you will always stand by and never allow to be harmed by others. These are special types of people, and unfortunately there arent too many of em.........but I just spent at least half the night with one of them, and she has the biggest heart of anyone Ive ever known.

The Trip Commences..
It's 6:13 pm and I'm sitting on my couch. The apartment for once is clean. The pillows and bedding are stripped from my bed, my dresser drawers are empty and my cats seemed puzzled by the large suitcases at the door. Haunted Areas
It is my opinion that graveyards would be the least haunted area simply because no-one has died there; they were already dead when they got there. This is just my opinion and I may be wrong, but I feel in order for an area to be haunted it would have to had someone either die there or if someone had a strong connection with the area. With someone having a strong connection would most likely cause a residual haunt, which is a moment in time that keeps playing over and over.

Getting Back To Me
As I sit here in a sleepy mood with so much on my mind. The main thing that is on my mind is all the crap that has been happening. Frankly I'm tired of it. Knee Fracture
At the beginning of the month of June 2008 I decided to get back into the gym and get healthy after finding out I weighed 201.5 lbs. 4 days into getting back into the gym I felt something in my left knee pull while I was jogging at a steady pace on the treadmill. After taking 2 weeks to see if maybe it was just a simple strain. I was scheduled for an MRI on June 26th. After the MRI that took 45 minutes. The technician said that she wanted to have xrays taken of my knee. After the MRI and X-ray I made an appointment to see an Orthopedic Specialist. Which was to be on July 11th. I received a phone call from my dr saying that I have a fracture and that they wanted me to see a Specialist before the 11th. So I will be going in this Thursday the 3rd to find out how bad the fracture is and what the next step in the process will be. Which I believe will be surgery.

I am absolutely disgusted when I hear someone say that they support our troops but not the war, or that they won't support anyone who joins a group of "baby killers." Saddness Into Bright Happy
I saw my ex-army guy last night while driving around midnighy….he saw me too during our moments of enchantment**oddly I was just telling my friend who is leaving for army his brief history outside of high school earlier that night…. It was beautiful though the experience. I was sitting at the red light and looked over and then I knew it was him on the motorcycle, I continued to stare as he gradually went left in front of my car & when I thought he wasn’t going to look at me (to confirm that was really him by eye contact since he had on a helmet) and I look down for a nanosecond he and I met “souls” and then he passed me, in my rear window he continued to look back at me while driving on his motorcycle for a good 5+seconds or so –we don’t live very far from each other, literal blocks-then I knew he knew it was me. All of memories from high school and then thereafter came rushing back… It was beautiful, I can be content in knowing that he knew it was me Plus it was doubled conf

Praying For A Miracle
Well I took Zack to his pediatrician today for his swollen lymphnode. They put him on medication and in a week I have to go back and if its still swollen they r gonna do bloodwork. Leukemia is on the list of why its swollen but its at the bottom. I dont think I am strong enough to handle this. I am losing my mind. Id give my life for my son, both of them. All I can do is pray that the medicine helps shrink the swollen thing or if they have to do bloodwork it comes back as something more manageable. I cry and cry b/c I dont want my son goin through this. I feel like a bad mother b/c for 2 weeks he told me his arm hurt and I always thought it was his lower arm and maybe he slept on it wrong or fell, and when he finally told me it was under his armpit it raised red flags. All I can do is pray and put this in God's hands. Other than that....

i was at work tonight. Minding my own business and these random thoughts came to mind. so i just jotted them down. i really thought nothing more of them till after break when i sat down and looked at what i wrote down. and i was like wow..... you are really starting to understand that you are no where near where you want to be. Its like i dont want to leave this place in my mind that is safe and continue to grow. its like i have a fear of.... well ... living life. being something more than i am now. being better than i am. i am by no means a good person... but i am not the worst. so i let you read this.. and feel that i am crazy.. and its ok... thoughts rambling through my head is something i used to love.. it meant i was alive and i embraced it.
