...FUCK with my family... Yesterday/early this morning my "sister" called me distressed and on the verge of tears b/c of some bitch that she once called her friend. BEST friend even. Telling me she got into a big fight w her and they're no longer friends. She explained to me the shenanigans that this girl used to do. Now get this scenario...her friend has a b/f, and lives with him. She hasn't seen my sister in 2 weeks but has not seen her b/f in 4 days. Where The Hell Am I?
Fuck it's early... 7am on a Tuesday. Haven't had enough ambition to get the day started yet. So many things to do still no desire to do any of them. With just a few days till my 29th birthday I'm feeling more and more out of place. I haven't talked to so many of the people I used to consider my best friends and have no desire to do that either. I just got back from driving my kids to school... As I drove through the center of town, the street was lined with cars since it is Election Day... Wow Ya never realize just how dangerous our own backyards are. and just how some innocent playing can turn almost deadly.... This past Sunday, my 2 boys & 2 of their friends, were playing all day together outside enjoying the warm weather...in & out of each others yards, doing things boys do. Having a good ole time. Well, an almost fatal accident happened, sending them to the hospital in ambulances,when for some reason or another, the 4 of them picked up a piece of aluminum gutter that was in the neighbors yard and lifted it into the air. When they lost control of the wobbly piece of 20-30' gutter it hit the wires that run across the back yards.... causing an electrical shock to go through their bodies and literally leave 2nd & 3rd degree electrical burns on 2 of the boys. There is a lot of ignorance surrounding Obama and a lot of ignorance and racism that surrounded and clouded this election. So yesterday on the way to work, I was listening to my favorite morning show on the radio and they talked about a story that surfaced from another state. Well its been another election. the first thing I want everyone to know is that this has nothing to do with race because President Elect Obama won the election. My problems is that I know his beliefs. Everyone thinks that he is going to lower taxes on the middle and lower class. Well in the last 20 years there have been promises to lower taxes and its never happened. They have only gone up. Honestly I dont have a problem with my taxes. Where my problem lies is that Obama is going to raise taxes on anyone making more than $250,000 a year. Now I know all of you are thinking that, hey they are rich. They can afford it. But what all of you are missing here is that if you raise the taxes on the wealthy, they will not be able to expand their businesses, Hire more employees, and pay higher wages. I'm Pissed... Here's Why
This is all too fucking ironic! Less than a month ago, i went, in person, to put in an application to work for Amazon thru Integrity. Normally any place you go and put apply for if you can't do it at that time, due to your own personal schedule, they "hold" your application for 6 months. The way integrity works is that you have to call and set up a time to come in and fill out paper work and wait to be interviewed. I had all my paper work finished and had to leave before the interview b/c i had to work that day. I called last week to reschedule and appointment for an interview since i had all my paper work completed. I go in today, and the first person looks for my folder, not there. The they tell me to walk around to talk to someone else. The guy looks for my information on the computer... not found; goes upstairs... can't find it; looks in the same file cabinet the first person looked... can't find it. I've been thinking a lot lately as my life seems to be moving so rapidly in recent months. With graduation around the corner, and the events of summer and early fall finally settling down I have had time for personal reflection. Parts of this year were joyful, then painful, and now returning to a balance of bittersweet memories and newfound happiness. It amazes me just how rapidly life actually changes, and the directions we moove versus where we think we are going. I see a storm approaching as I look out my living room patio window, and it reminds me of the volitility and unstableness of life. I dunno, but what I do know is there has to be a reason for the events in this world and in our lives to happen, it's not just random, it can't be. I'm so thankful for the expieriences I've had, and the people that I've known, loved and disliked...there's meaning in it all if one really thinks about it.

Dinner For Nov 8, 2008
These last few week have been difficult for me and had been affecting me. My family knew it and decided to cheer me up. They made a wonderful meal for me. First course was salad of baby field greens, apples, cranberries, walnuts with a raspberry pomegranate vinaigrette. Second course was home made split pea soup. Main course was grilled brined pork chops, grilled asparagus and cherry tomatoes and mashed butternut squash with marscapone cheese. Dessert, what else.....so'mores over an open fire pit! No More Trains For Me!
This is a slight carry on from yesterdays blog, just incase some didnt see it. I have got a lot on my plate, I am lucky that Porl is here to share what is going on ... I feel so disappointed and let down by the schooling systems and authorities and if your a real friend you will know what is going on. Whilst I enjoyed the trains I also noticed that for every train of say 100 members out of that I'd say I hear from 2-5 people and keep in contact, I also am strict with the no salute no add, due to issues which again real friends will know why I do this,this is why I am calling a holt to the trains, I still screen every person on the train lists to see if they have salutes, I have come across some in the past that dont have salutes so dont RAF and then get off them " you didnt RAF me" and when I explain why they harrass me, and with things how they are for me at the moment I havent got the time to screen everyone on a train. So as from today I am hanging up my "train boots" lol .
