My Twisted Life
ok you may say your life is difficult but the way i see it you may have had it easy. when i was born i was taken out by c section 1 month early due to a cyst in my head from all the drugs that my mom did when she was pregnant with me. so yeah now i have a tube in my head well i have had it since i was born it was used to drain the fluids from my head. then when i was 2 i was found at the bottom of a hottub and i almost died. oh yeah to top it all off i was a sex revenge baby my mom and dad had sex together cuz their exs at the time had also slept with eachother so yeah and thats how i came into the picture. and then when i was in the 5th grade i was almost killed by a pitbull. So yeah to top it all off i was almost killed in a car wreck at age 16 and then at age 21 on my 21st birthday i got pregnant and the miracle of it all is i got pregnant with my 2 twin boys that will be 2 and they are the loves of my life.

I just have a question. If your birthday fell on Father's Day, what would be more important...spending time with your children, going out with your girlfriend and friends or making time for all of it? Well, I know a particular father that decided to spend time with his girlfriend instead of his children. He called the day before to get his birthday and Father's Day wishes. When asked why his plans changed from spending time with his kids to spending time with his girlfriend...his answer was, she made plans for me a week ago and I don't want to disappoint her. Hmmm... children ...girlfriend Children you are barely around.. a girlfriend that you see every weekend. I guess this is what "good dads" do. As long as they buy things on occasion for their children, they feel they are good fathers and don't need to actually 'be there'. Hmm.. too bad. Letting Someone In My Life
Live and Learn... What I Have To Say!
First off, let me start by saying, Thank God the Clinton - Obama race is over! Congrats to Hillary on a great race and congrats to Obama for his victory tonight. It's been interesting to say the least. As a history lover and a future history teacher the significance of this night is just so overwhelming! I'm so proud that I'll be able to tell my children that I was able to witness this event. While politics can become irritating, I am so anxious to see how this election will unfold. I think it's safe to say that this country is ready for a change and I think both McCain and Obama have inovative and fresh ideas. Both are great great men and I wish both of them the best of luck!

Not What U Were Expecting
when i'm expecting something to go one way and it goes another i am always unhappy with the results. Even if the result on its own would be considered positive. I reached for a cream soda, someone had switched one of the bottles in the 6 pack, i opened and drank it, not seeing it wasn't cream soda. It tasted terrible. Turned out to be black cherry soda. I love black cherry soda, but not when i'm expecting a cream soda. i am not trying to make a moral statement or some philosophical revelation. but the moral to the story is, live without expectation and you'll be disappointed less often.

Tornadoes
Tornadoes June 4, 2008 Well, today was one for the record books. We had “severe weather” which means (at this particular time of year) severe thunderstorms, lightening and tornadoes. Anyone who has lived here for more than a year knows that’s just what goes on. Sometimes they cause death and destruction; sometimes they don’t. So today was no exception. We woke up to rain and it began storming shortly thereafter. When I arrived at work we had our normal “daily meeting” and discussed where to go in case of a tornado. People started freaking out. I wanted to thank my Fubomber family and my friends for helping me out so much during this contest. I have been working a lot of split shifts with this new job so I haven't been able to bomb as much as I would like to. You guys have really been there for me and stuck by me and I appreciate it. The transition from being with Nathan for 9 years and then suddenly becoming a single mother has made this a difficult time for me. My kids are adjusting well to life without a father. I guess my friend was right when he said kids are resilient. It seems to have been harder on me than them and I am grateful for that as well. Things are getting so much better and for the first time in a long time I don't have to wake up knowing I am going to be pissed or cry because Nathan has hurt me again. Of course living with my parents is no cake walk but we got a bigger house so we will at least have our own personal space soon. Things are going pretty good right now..knock on wood. I often have a hard time explaining to people why I choose to work in an extended care facility. People often think of it as just a place where people shit on themelves and die. Camp Janus Camp For Burn Survivors
Ok so as some of you know I volunteered to attend a camp as a counselor for burn survivors at a camp called Camp Janus on May 29th through June 1st 2008. While there I had an awesome time running and playing with the kids and doing the many different activities with them. All of us there was there as mentors and friends to these kids and was supposed to be teaching them the different things we learned as children and adults but it was the kids that did the teaching to us. Late Night Tripp To The Lake
Well, I got bored the other night, for those you you that don't know I have a night job working security, so I like to stay up at night time, even on my days off. Life Works Mysteriously
Just wanted to say thanks to all you people that had such kind words, thoughts, & prayers, for my Dad, My Family, & myself! Guess the power of prayer really does work.... My dad has been in the hospital since May 19th. He had toxic poisoning from a medication he was taking. The toxic levels were so high in nearly damn killed him. While they were trying to get his toxicity levels down, he had to endure many many uncomfortable tests. One test showed irregularity to his heart rate and pulse, so after even more testing, they decided he needs to have implanted a pacemaker and difibulator. WOW.. that comes as a shocker to us all, including him. Done deal!!! Everything went well!!!! Wahoo I feels better! He has been in a physical therapy rehab now since Sunday, June 1st & is doing great. Im please too announce 2 members of our family will be part of the leadership team with me. They will continue too post level ups and help handle any situations that arise. They are not doing anything new they have actually been this for awhile and so i asked them too help so that level ups still get done and I dont have too worry when im not on here. It is a real illness with a real causes. But the good news is that it can be treated. Some people think you can just will yourself out of a depression. That`s not true. When you`re clinically depressed, one thing that can happen is the level of serotonin ( a chemical in your body) may drop. So you may have trouble sleeping. Feel you unusually sad or irritable. Find it hard to concentrate. Lose your appetite. Lack energy, or have trouble feeling pleasure. These are some of the symptoms that can point to depression- especially if they last for more than a couple of weeks and if normal, everyday life feels like too much to handle.!!!!

Too Much On My Plate
Well let me tell ya'll whats going on in the last month. I have been having some issues at dialysis lately, I have been finishing up on my requirements to get on the National Kidney Transplant list, only to have my bubble busted because, I smoke marIjuana IN MY SYSTEM IN SINCE I SMOKE ONLY FOR MEDICAL REASON THEY ARE USING IT AGAINST ME, DAMN BASTARD!! I have gotten a new boxer puppie for my mothers day gift from my boo, scooter black, and just when I have to train a puppy I now have good news, my macaws have been trying so hard to get the incubation right and we have lost 3 babies, and just had one hatch 2 days ago, like Im goin to have time to handfeed this baby out for the next 4mths, but what a joy it has brought to me and to scooter, he had to put his baby down after 161/2yrs old dog, she was the sweetest dog always aiming to please her daddy or me, no matter how bad she felt at the time. we will miss you my dear so R.I.P. and may the angels guide you to doggy heaven.

Welcome to the page of Shayne and Barbara! We live in a little town in north central West Virginia. We are a happily married couple that views life a little differently then most. Hey folks; I know I didn’t get back to you last week, but it was a bunch of the same old same old, and besides, I needed some serious sleep. As The Crow Flies...
The Nifty... I worked. Not much mind you, only two days. My wife was feeling poorly on Tuesday so I stayed home with her. Things went okay and the workdays went by fast, thank God. Pissed Off At The School
Well I have been bent out of shape for a couple of days. It pisses me off the more I think about it. As you all know I am going to school to get my funeral directors license. I was going to follow that up with classes to get my embalmers license. I am doing it online. I only have 4 classes left for my FD lic. I am currently taking 2 of those during this summer session. Then I will finish up the last 2 in the fall semester. That means this fall I have 2 slots for classes. So I can start my embalming classes. Well I found out that they are droping the online microbiology classes. I was told I would need to find another school to take that at, either attend class locally. (only private colleges here, so nice and expensive, if they allow me to do that, and I would probility be required to get a laptop. stupid for just one class). BEST BUY, MY FOOT Best Buy has some bad policies.... Normally, I would not share this with others, however, since this could happen to you or your friends , I decided to share it. If you purchase something from, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, JC Penny, Sears etc. and you return the item with the receipt they will give you your money back if you paid cash, or credit your account if paid by plastic. Well, I purchased a GPS for my car, a Tom Tom XL.S from 'Best Buy'. They have a policy that it must be returned within 14 days for a refund!
