An Embarrassing Encounter
The other day I had an encounter with an "ex" that proved to be most embarassing. I use the term "ex" loosely as Kyle and I had only dated briefly, going out several times over the course of a few months . When I knew Kyle, he was a sweet shy, bespecticled intellectual, with a scaggelly beard and tweed jacket. He would talk on endlessly about e.e. cummings and Kurosawa films. His cerebral approach to life was quirky but charming. Nothing serious developed out of the relationship. Calls and get togethers became less and less frequent and slowly we drifted apart without any animosity or drama. Then the other day I saw him again for the first time in almost a year. I was on my way to the laundry mat, wearing sweats, hair in a scruntch, toting a bag of dirty clothes (i.e. looking HORRIBLE) when he passed me on the street. I'm Ok!
Many of you know that I was in a serious car accident earlier this week. It is very apparent that i had a guardian angel with me at the time. The car was totalled and I had to be removed with the jaws of life. Miraculously I sustained no broken bones or serious injury. I am just bruised and banged up pretty good, and very sore right now! I want to thank everyone for their support and good wishes for a speedy recovery. At this time I can only sit at the computer for short periods, and most of that time is spent chatting. A Bad Day
I am having a really bad day. If I didn't have a seizure today the medicine work lol.. Started off. I was just stressed so I went to the gym...After my workout I decieded to go for a awim to relax. My First Real Visit To The Fu

Last weekend I had what I would say is the honor to be able to hang with the band Del Mar in a music/club setting, and the following day/night in a personal setting just hangin. these members are very cool and very laid back, and if you are into surf/punk type music then they are the band to check out. their music is very alive, if you know what i mean. ok so seriously im starting to go crazy....everytime ma niece (ma mom has custody of) comes to ma dad they want me to take care of her. i mean i have no problem taking care of her i love her to death but thats tha only time they want me to talk to her. shes three how am i suppose to ignore her. im not supposed to play with her or talk to her unless im getting her something to eat or drink. or taking her to tha bathroom. they could see her jus as much as i do if they wanted to but they never ask ma mom to have her. i always have to ask for her. and they dont even play with her they say hi to her and thats about it. then ma lil sister plays with her but ma lil sis is usually mean to her. she makes her play tha games she wants and tells her shes not gon play with her. i cant even step in to make sure shes not. they dont want me near her when shes here. they dont let her scream or run or play like lil kids do. this is really aggravating.

He had a massive myocardial infarction that stopped his heart, we had chosen AND which is allow natural death instead of resuscitation we felt that he had suffered and he had already made his peace with god. Fear is what everyone in the world has. Depression is caused by a great fear that scares you into insanity. Yelling for instance can lead to rage. Allowing people at young ages to hear there parents yell can affect them in a severe way. Parents who argue and yell in front of young adults show the minors that fighting and screaming is the only way to get there point across. Which is not true. Yelling can influence a person in 2 ways. Second Story
It was late Saturday evening and the wife was still at work. All day long thoughts of her pretty eyes and beautiful face were running through my mind. I could barely hold in my total desire for her to be near me. I knew it was a hard day for her at work from when we talked at lunch. After getting the children to bed I devised a plan to make her night extra special. Before she got off work I went out to the garden and selected the most fragrant of the roses there. Taking those to the bathroom I ran a steaming hot bath for her to enjoy. While the water was running I took four of the smallest roses’ petals and placed them into the water. The heat of the water pulled the rose’s oils out of the petals to infuse the water with a wonderful scent. I know she would truly love that scent in her bath. I have recently lost my mother and I miss her very much. Ever since my dad passed away 4 years ago all she has wanted was to be with him. I ask you what happend to that kind of love. Coming Home
So yeah. I'm on my way home from driving over the road and I can't wait to get back to Chicago. Life out here is boring but at least I got the trusty PSP and my knowledge of hacking wi-fi networks. I lost my husband on 03.19.08 he took his own life without even a word to anyone. There past several days have been very trying on me. I don't know if I am coming or going, I am very confused. I just want to hide under a rock and never come out. I hurt in so many ways. Oh, the joys of politics. As many of you know, the Republican National Convention is in town here in St. Paul, Minnesota. What's even worse, is that it is litterally right down the road from my house. I love about a hundred feet from a busy street (Marion) that goes directly to the Excel Energy Center, where the convention is being held. YAAAAYYYYY!!!!! I'm so happy I could just puke. The traffic around here is bad enough with the fast food restaruant directly across the street, but then to add the convention idiots to it, too. The security guards they hired to provide additional security aren't too bright, either. On Friday night (about 9:15), I had to go out to get some photographs for my Digital Photography class, so I decided to get one of our State Cathedral, and I had one of these idiots tell me that I couldn't take pictures of the building. W.T.F. is that all about? Since when is it against the law to photograph a church? And since when is photographing a church a security risk?

Ok here it goes. In 2 days it will the 1 year anniversary of my deceased boyfriend. I haven't thought about it much, with taking care of the kids and getting a new job. I have Wednesday off. Ok so I moved into a house with 3 men. The eldest is father to 2 young men. the oldest of the sons still lives here. The youngest moved out. I've been here 3 yrs. come November. these are some immature, stubborn , nasty people. I'm a huge documentary fan from way back. Is it just me or does it seem like scientists are less intelligent than they used to be ? I have a decent IQ. Actually a superior IQ in a few categories. More and more as I watch documentaries, I am finding that I am better qualified to do the job than the scientist getting paid. Keep in mind that I am a 10th grade drop out with a GED. A Sad Time Of Year
This time of year is very hard for me. My dad's birthday was August 20th. He would have been 79. On October 5th it will be the 11th anniversary of his death. On November 29th my mom would have turned 69. December 21st was my parents wedding anniversary. It is also the 5th anniversary of my mom's death. How interesting that she died on their anniversary. Also in December is my mother in law's birthday and the 7th anniversary of her death. I try to focus on the positives but it still hard sometimes to celebrate holidays without them.

New Browser From Google Just Released
If anyone is interested google released a new browser called Google Chrome. We have been testing it all day and it works great, allows you to import your settings from other browsers, is very lightweight. By lightweight I mean it uses very little ram. In comparison with firefox it uses only around 50MB of Ram compared with firefox using hundreds of Megabytes of Ram. Surgery
I am having surgery on the 19th of this month. They are going to fix my hernia and do an abdominal plasty at the same time. Also i have to have a mamogram they have found lumps in my chest. I got back from lunch a couple minutes ago... always end up having late lunches but this one turned into a meeting. I was looking out my window and noticed how the sun is shining, and the shadows are so different. I mentioned while we were walking back from lunch how hot the sun felt, but it is still that 'not summer' sun. The shadows look lower, colder... the sun doesn't have that bright-eyed, bushy-tailed way about it anymore. That means it's too close to autumn for comfort. I like the fall for the pretty colors and harvest time and Halloween but ugh... it gets cold and wet and rainy. I can't like that. And the sun, the sun goes away... it gets to shine brighter somewhere else, on someone else. I get that overcast where the hell is the sun sun in the fall. I miss it - it does a body good.
