My Accident Details?
For anyone wondering just what happen to me or what my Paralysis might be? I'm a c4/c5 Quad, which basically makes me totally dependant on others even for a simple drink of water and in my case it's my very caring sister Lisa and her two children that take care of me, I do have some movement in my Arms to a certain extent which is how I am able to use the laptop computer that sits next to me in my bed, but my Hands are constricted in a away to where I have to use my thumb and knuckles to type with which is kind of tricky and very slow, so please bare with me if or when you might get an email from me. So... My First Blog..
SO today I went to my big sister's wedding. I now have another bro-in-law named Tony. It's getting quite confusing lol. Way Back When
A few years back there was this old man that lived in my town. He was a tall grey haired old man with alot of wisdom. And i look back at all the things that poor old guy told me. At my job, we listen to talk radio in the morning. I heard this week Louisiana is considering the death penalty for a man who raped an 8 year old girl. If there is anybody in this world who deserves to die its child molesters. I have no pity for them. It makes me so fucking sick to hear that a small child was victimized that way, or in anyway for that matter. No I don't have children of my own, though I do want one so bad. And if some sick motherfucker tries to harm him o her in anyway, I will be the one they deal with. Hell, they better hope the cops get to them before me. I've got a freaking bee in my bonnet!! About 99% of the older albums that I acquire, or re-acquire, that have been re-mastered sound like shit to me! A case in point. I've just bought Joni Mitchells 'Blue' and it sounds like it's been dipped in liquid oxygen. The sound has lost all the warmth of the original recording and it seems like it could shatter into a thousand pieces any minute! Am I just being a grumpy old git or does anybody else out there share this little bug-bear of mine? Or is it that in this time of mp3 and iPod that often produces (depending on the format selected) a sound that would have disgraced a Dansette, that people's ears are changing and brittle is the order of the day! Life's Lessons
I had my hair cut today. Now, this is in no way earth shattering news, but you have to understand that I've had long hair for 10 years now. In fact, I've not had a hair cut in 10 years. I've trimmed it myself a few times, but today was the first time in 10 years that I've let someone else use scissors on my head. Update For Baby Kaleb
Saturday, June 30, 2007 He did GREAT I am so sorry that I haven't updated everybody! KALEB DID GREAT!~ He came out a completely different baby. He was WIDE awake. He was moving a whole bunch. It was great! I was so worried when he went into surgery and through out the whole thing. He was in there for 5 hours! So needless to say I was freaking out! But thank GOD he did great He had a shunt put in and a G/J tube and he had a stomach surgery. The doctors said he did really good. He had to be put back on a ventilator but as of right now they are wheening him off of it. I was so scared for the fact that he was going to be back on a ventilator. But I prayed about and God made everything ok! Thank you for all of your prayers! THANK YOU

Very Sad
I sat here at my old house which I loved but is getting to much to take care of. I know it's for the best to let it go for me and mike but it will always be my house in my heart. The Real Me!
I am a humanitarian and an individualist at the same time. I am usually seen as unconventional and detached. Flighty if you will.. a heart-breaker or player. However, I always seek the truth in any situation, but it sometimes eludes me. Even I don't know how I will respond to change; I realize this, but don't see it as a problem I see it as an asset. Although my thinking is spontaneous and creative it is more fixed and stubborn than others recognize. Having an open mind is an important value for me. I feel that to keep my options open for change only makes sense and to do differently would be to miss something important. My Family
There are times in your life that you think of or just happens when things really gets you down. For me has been trying to get threw this months in one piece, emotionally in one piece. In my past August was a fun month cause it was a reason to celebrate, a reason to be happy. It was the month that held two people that I can say without any doubt, truly and whole hearty that I loved birthdays, my grandmother and my sister. I been slowly dreading this time of years for a few months now, knowing what I have to deal with, not a celebration anymore but the sadness of the loss, the sadness of what could have been and just thinking of whom I lose and that just makes it very painful. My grandmother would have been 99 years old and my sister 38 this month.
