Lately, I've been thinking about that a lot. What's love? Well, you know. In my opinion, you cannot "think" love. It can't be rationalized. Love is an emotion and it's not quantifiable. To love is a state of mind, it is an emotion you have towards someone. I am on this new path called single, with kids. No, not sole caretaker of my children. Unfortunately a mainly weekend father. I am amazed at the depths of stupidity I have gone to, yet I am still here. I have sucessfully ruined my relationship with their mothers'.....yes that is plural. I have an ex-wife who has my son, and doesn't really want me to see him. And now I have an ex-fiancee, who has our daughters. I know time will move on and so will I. New Mom Of A 13yo Teen
Well I am now a "mommy" to a 13yo teenager. My mom is getting married to his grandpa. His mom passed away when he was 5. He was bounced from a ton of his family members. Finally the last chance was my mom and his grandpa. But they are getting too old. So my mom called on me to come down and help raise him. So bam here I am. I finally got my girlfriend back with me so now the power couple is back together thank goodness. The three of us me, my g/f, and Mav are all gonna be moving in together after the wedding next weekend. So yea that should be fun. But right now he's spending the week with us to test the waters to see how well everyone gets along. He's a really great kid. Very smart. He does have ADHD which I have never personally dealt with so that is the only really hard thing for me to deal with right now. But other than that I'll be adding more soon I have a school fieldtrip that I went on and chaperoned for his school. I'll be adding those pics and blog more about him as time goes

WEll, I found out something today. My husbands best friend from school is getting yet another divorce...This makes his 3rd one. This time, he was not even married 6 months. My Thoughts
what I have found out from people on here is that most everyone is very insecure and cannot except honesty. We as people are much like a blow pop.....First when we are born, we are soft, cuddly, very light hearted, easily amused, and very loving to anybody and everybody. Then as we grow and grow we begin to become hard shelled with everybody based on the life experiences each one of us has. The Last In Iraq
So today my small team of Marines and I went out on a mission, you know like any other day, not expecting really anything to happen. Oh well nothing did happen, but we stopped at a tribal leaders house to gather some intel about some 'stuff'. And of course this Iraqi man being in the position that he is, loves the Marines and the things we do for them. so he offered us some food and we gladly accepted. I was quite amazed at the quanity and quality of food he brought us. It was an out of this world experience... well of course for being in Iraq. The point that i am getting at in this is that this man gave us all this food without any hesitation had it preparred and to us we ate. It was amazing!! I guess Iraq this time around wasnt a bad choice.....

Why Do Things Happen
Things happen for a reason, like my baby niece. Never knew she was coming... never knew she was born the other day. Now i know about her... held her for a couple minutes, to find she was taken by social services. Things happen for a reason. Now i know in time things will have to get better, because in every book the endings do. So life in general has to one day... just don't know when, or how soon. My Blog
So, I finally finished the rewire of my 61 Willys. Got everything back together, put the tank back in and filled it with 5 gallons. After remembering to pull the choke, it started right up, such a beautiful sound! Then, turn the key to the off position, and nothing happens, The Beast keeps running. Pull the battery cable and it shuts off. Have either a wiring issue or a bad ignition switch...going to determine which today. Last night, me and the wife went shopping for christmas stuff, had a pretty good time and got 90% of our shopping done. On the way home, mom calls, she smells gas, went into the garage and said there is a puddle under The Beast. Get home, leaking like a sieve. Get the tank out, kitty litter down on the ground to soak up spilled gas, then notice that part of the JB Weld that I put on a seam to seal a leak has broken off, must have happened during install...going to order a new gas tank this week sometime... dont ya just love those little surprises!

According to a Marine Pilot: In addition to communicating with the local Air Traffic Control facility, all aircraft in the Persian Gulf AOR are required to give the Iranian Air Defense Radar (military) a ten minute 'heads up' if they will be transiting Iranian airspace.
