With Death Comes Life
October, 2006 saw the death of my mother-in-law…a phenominal lady. She was a music teacher for 30 years in the West Chester, PA. area and had a huge heart of gold…I’ll miss her dearly. Monster Trucks May 26, 2007 Sudbury
Well as some of yous know for easter my oldest got two tickets to the monster truck spectacular from the easter bunny. Tristen & I went together. All day Sunday he asked me when are we going can we go now. He even watched his monster truck dvd that I got off of Q92.We left early in the day to go eat and make sure we got there before the lines where out the door. We where at the gift shop place and I was so upset at the prices talk about out of this world prices. They did have on floor passes for $10.00 each so we could go up and see the trucks up close and he could met the drives where they would all sign his dvd. We have taken a lot of pictures I am going to get some 8X10 and put them up in his room. He had a great time. All he could say was monster trucks I think the kids was in shock. We watched the show it started at 7pm and ended at 9:10pm. We also got our on the floor passes signed. Tristen had a great time to sum it up. I will for sure be bring him back next year to see them. So I'm starting this blog about my work stuff... A way to bitch about some of the hell I work at... Let's see if this works... This week was hell... I know it's not over but my brain has shutdown for the week already. My week began on Monday... Went to work for a normal day... No biggie just a regular Monday... Mondays are never great, are they?? No this day went bad long after it was supposed to be over. Sometime around 7 pm I got this email on my phone (I have a PDA phone, really neat but keeps me tethered to work). This email basically stated an error had occurred on my email server. So I pull out my laptop, connect into work, and check it out. Didn't look good so I figured it was best to get into work and see what the problem was... When I got there (about 8 pm) the server was limping along with errors... And low and behold my file server was blinking red with a hardware failure... What the fuck!! So I fuck with my email server for hours I had to repair a bunch of shit on th

The Laura Peel Benefit Concert
We've organized an event to help a good friend of ours out. Laura Peel is a 22 year-old mother of two whose been recently diagnosed with advanced melanoma. As she's almost constantly undergoing treament one-hundred miles away from her job, she's unable to work to pay for the medical bills she's racking up. She's going to need a community effort behind her to see her through this, and this is what we aim to achieve. She's been an active member of the local music scene since she's been able to get herself into bars(which was in early high school), and we've been friends for just as long. The great thing about this woman is her attitude about her affliction: her disposition hasn't been affected in the least. She's been facing her endeavor with courage and a smile, and she isn't asking for any of this. She doesn't have to. The event will be hosted @ Suck Bang Blow Four Corners in Garden City on saturday, April 21 @ 4 PM. 6 bands including AFTERMATH, CIRCLES IN AUTUMN, PRIMO NOCTIS

Leaving Again
Its almost midnight. I have to leave in a couple of hours to return to West Virginia. I am leaving behind my husband, my son, & my cat. I am doing this for the greater good. I must find suitable housing, work, school, daycare, etc. I am feeling guilty about leaving my husband to handle so much of the work, but I am confident he can handle it. Being A Mom
Being a mom...means giving up partying. Being a mom means giving up your body during the pregnancy. Boobs get bigger..belly gets bigger...and even ur ass. Before I got pregnant I was 5'9 and weighed 140 pounds. Of course, I had toximia. Which is high blood pressure, extreme swelling and weight gain, seizures. I went from 140 pounds to 230. After I had Ian....I went down to 200. Since then I have managed to go down to 180-190. Im not the skinny girl that I used to be, no matter what I do.

Next Summer's Bike Trip
Hello Folks.. Thought we would write this blog and see if there are those that might like to lend a hand next summer. Heres the deal, We plan on going for a long ride heading for the Florida Keys in the early summer. But we plan on making the trip down and back as much of the fun as hitting the beach for a few days snorkeling and the like. Now those friends we have grown close to on here know Paul is a disable vet and we are on a fixed income so we are planning on camping along the way as much as possible and avoiding hotels and the like as much as possible. When To Say When
So how do you know when to say when? Not give up on someone but when too protect yourself from giving in. In the past I have been supportive even when I questioned the direction some of my friends were taking themselves down. Some got lost in drugs and alcohol, others a more personal fight within them. Personal demons as some would say. The substance abuse sometimes you just have to let people go until they are ready to fight back and regain control of their lives.
