I've been here on fubar for awhile now, and I am totally lost. It seems like a great way to meet people, but I haven't actually done that. I have people on my friends list, but I dont talk to them, there are some who dont respond even if I try. So I guess my question is, what is the use of befriending someone, if you dont actually want to talk to them. so i understand why people flock to the internet to meet mew people...its cheaper and easier than going to the local bar, less fear of rejection, etc, etc, etc. HOWEVER.... I think the people who are in relationships and get on the world-wide web in an attempt to be unfaithful or duplicitous ruin the whole experience for everyone. I've met some GREAT people that are really interesting, and been able to connect with them without sexual pressure, and that's a welcome relief, but then there are the cyber whores that are only about adds and rates, and showing parts and sides of themselves that we'd ALL be better off never seeing.... Wow, ok so I have awesome friends, those at which I consider family now. Despite the crap I seem to keep going through day in and day out with my ex husband and so called friends and everything. "Black Friday" aka day after Thanksgiving. JCPenney opens at 4AM this year. I hope I get 1st shift so I can i get the fuck out of there before noon. They use to open at 5 or 5:30 but this year its 4am. I know a few years down the road they will open at midnight & I hope that im not there to deal with it. hey all, well i figured i would write a blog on here and whatnot. Well to start, I am currently an overnight stocker for walmart and have been for 4 months now so thats going pretty well. Also I've recently quit drinking and started to workout and take care of myself now. I made the decision to do this for a couple of reasons, one i was tired of how i felt both mentally and physically, how i kept gaining weight and it got to the point of just not being fun to drink anymore. Now that doesn't mean that i wont ever drink again, but for now i'm concentrating on cutting out my bad habits, i do smoke still but in time i will be quitting that as well. Another reason i decided to stop drinking and workout is because within the next year or so, i plan on going into the IL Air National Guard. I don't know if it's the medications for viral bronchitis talking, but I am READY TO GO!
