As I am about to head to bed, a few thoughts have run through my mind that has been parading around on and off the past few days that I have questioned people about that I know, that are couples.
How do you share your space?
I have been single for so long, and not that I haven't been involved, but nothing has developed enough to such sharing living quarters has been an issue needing to be discussed. If the topic does arise, does one worry about loosing their independence to come and go as they wish? What made me think of this is because one day as I was getting up for work at that OMG 330am, I turn on the light, get in the shower, turn on the TV, etc.. I don't worry about noise, or having to leave the light off or anything, I go about my business and do my thing.
I blow dry my hair with the bathroom door open to my bedroom and so on.. I don't always work such hours, but when I do, good lord, what the hell? LOL
Are some of us just predestined to lead a single life style? I don't mean it in such a way as parties and stuff, but I guess a quiet solitude one. Peace and quiet. I guess that is when compromise comes in. If one is truly ready and wanting to be in a relationship it doesn't matter what obstacles there may be, things will naturally fall in to place and everything else will seem secondary.
Is it possible to be so set in ones ways to not be able to change or it there always a way as long as one is open to it? It is also all about personal growth too isn't it?
