Trying so hard to let go
Not let him hurt me any more
But I love him so much
Wanting nothing more than to make him happy
Yet I don't know how
Nothing I do seems right
And I can't figure it out
What am I doing wrong?
I gave him space
Tried being there when he needed me
But that's the only time I'm good enough
When he wants something
Than he comes to me
Not seeing the pain in my eyes
Or feeling the hurt I feel
What more can I do?
