I just finished applying to stateside peacecorps-
"Americorps"... yeah, I know, worst name ever.
Maybe I'm having a midlife crisis.
I've told a girl I'm infatuated with her,
applied for a year long commitment with a compensated volunteer organization
and I'm dumping a good portion of my online friends to make new ones.
All in the last 20 hours.
...And why do I attract so many male admirers?
Do gay men think I'm pretty?
Or does everyone?
Oh well, there's a pot half full of chili in my fridge, and 5 beers.
... Life is good.
As I plop my straw hat over my eyes and lean back.
Also- I'm having loads of fun draining the gunk out of my dog's ear, and staring into a wall of unpleasant in my near future.
...Beer is good.
