Weighed in today.. lost the 2 pounds i gained last week pluse a little more

In 7 weeks, I have lost TWENTY pounds... weeee :D


Soooo yeah.. i have 5 weeks to lose 10 pounds so i can get my next tattoo...

BTW.. I am taking donations for it LMAO

Just did the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred 20 minute video on level one and I feel like i am going to die...

that was tough.. really EFFIN TOUGH.... Me and my roommate were telling the tv to fuck off half way through the video...  we did finish it though...

I gotta do it again at some point tomorrow... probably after work or something

2/9 one month into it

Lost another 1.25 pounds this week.

Am at 13 pounds lost in a month :D

Today I bought the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video and the Biggest Loser boot camp video. I think i am going to start Jillian tomorrow. I am TERRIFIED LOL!!

Oh well! I wanna lose 17 more pounds in 2 months. I am sure I can do it if I set my mind to it. I mean.. its only 8.5 pounds a month.....

I weighed in on January 12, 2010. The nutritionists scale said 278.5, mine said 2 pounds lower (276.5).

either way... i fell back a few pounds since October. This is the weight i was in OCTOBER... *growls*

Oh well.. it is expected to gain some back after you split from your significant other..

BUTTT I am back on my plan... 1500-1600 cals a day.. and am keeping a lower carb range of 100-160 carbs a day...

Not really paying attention to the fat and protein... I am keeping an eye on them.. but more watching the calories and the carbs.


I weighed myself today (shouldn't have since weigh-in isn't til tuesday) and MY scale shows 271.8.. could it be correct? could it be that i have already lost almost 5 pounds?

I suppose we will see in a few days.

It feels good to be eating well again... hell it feels good to be working out again.. Oh yeah.. i started that yesterday.. (1/15/2010)

i am all giggly today.. I lost 5 pounds this week sooo

 

4.25 + 5 = 9.25

 

Almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks :D

 

I am doing great to hit my goal of 30 pounds in 12 weeks!

Sooo.. Last Tuesday I was at 278.5...

Today I weighed in at 274.25

I lost 4.25 pounds in the first week... Without even working out much (like twice LOL)

somehow i still lost 2 pounds... that is all i have to say about this today

Calories: 1,270 - 1,620

Fat: 34 - 59

Carbohydrates: 171 - 247

Protein: 60 - 133


you see those? those are my new daily goals for my diet... I rarely hit the higher goals so... i used my website and since i have lost 20 pounds.. this new set of goals should last me for the rest of the way!

It is gonna take a bit of planning until i get used to the smaller portions and the foods... but i am SURE that i can do it :D

I am at a 20 pound loss since Febuary though.. so maybe I can keep it up!


I have decided that for christmas i am going to ask all my family and friends and what not to get me gift cards that are basically the prepaid credit cards (not to a specific store) so that I can buy clothing as i need it LOL

I can't wear my favorite jeans anymore, nor my favorite black work pants... luckily i had some in a smaller size hidden in my closet

I wonder if i can make that 20 pounds into 40 by january! it is possible considering i am down 12 pounds in a month! (the rest of it is what i never gained back after i stopped my diet in april)

Is that my next goal? 245 by January? I am thinking it just may be!
