I just weighed in... and am at 265.8 :D


I lost 3.6 pounds!

This past week was amazing feeling... i am not eating NEARLY as much.. like.. last night i was helping my friend eva with her kitchen.. and she ordered chinese... i ate.. but while i used to eat TONS of it... now i only ate a little.. and was full... 

I am supposed to start excercise this week.. but i am not sure if that is going to happen.. i wanted to start a walking/running thing.. but it is raining too much


oh well! i will try to incorporate something everyday!

PS: I had to pull some smaller jeans out of my closet to wear... my favorite ones are too big on me! they sag in the butt.. too big in the thighs.. waist is too big...


even finding shirts aren't fitting the same now :D

So... I put on my normal pair of jeans I wear right after they got out of the dryer..

they seemed ok.. so i wore them to the bar... an hour after i get there.. i realize i keep having to pull them up..

 

damn jeans are too big on me!!

Gonna keep wearing them until they are falling off my ass though....

 

 

 

maybe i should get a belt....

Weekly Update (10/7/2009)

Ok soooo... another week down... food is getting much easier to figure out...

Made some YUMMMMY turkey chili :D is super good and the portion size is HUGE...

 

I weighed into day... lost another 1.4 pounds :D:D:D:D:D

Soo I am now at 269.4 which means.. i hit my first mini goal! go me!!

HAVE LOST 8.4 POUNDS TOTAL!!

 

today.. I am off of my diet.. going to have alligator poboys and meat loaf! yum yum

9/30/2009 weigh in

Weighed in today.. i am .8 of a pound away from my first mini goal


I weight 270.8 now.. which means i lost 1.6 pounds last week.

I am on target on my weigh loss! go me :D

 

2 more weeks to go until i start working out again..

My lack of updates is because I have realized that no one really cares about the diet part...

This was my off diet day.. i started logging.. and then decided i didn't care :D

it was a good day though.. except when laura made me dance... i don't dance... my fat jiggles toooooo much

I am going low on my totals and goals still.. but I figure that since I am not working out yet, that is ok (right?)

I feel STUFFED today.. there were things i had to remove because i just couldn't eat it... like i had rice.. i didn't eat my rice at all... i had more hummus and pretzels and another tortilla and and ice cream sandwich thingy by skinny cow... none of that made it in my belly lol

I have decided that after my first month of making food changes, I am going to start incorporating workouts into my day... they may be short... but i am going to try to do SOMETHING every day...

I am going to try to use my total gym 3 days a week plus i have a few other things planned.. but I will tell more about that later after I figure out how i am going to fit it in my day! I do know i want to get into running... but first i must find something to hold my boobs down LMAO

This is really the start of WEEK TWO... amazing.. it went by so quickly!

There are times where I feel really depressed about the way that I look.. like when Laura makes me dance... or i hear/see people talking about fat people... it makes me sad..

I usually snap out of it pretty quick but SOMETIMES... sometimes it really hurts...

I am trying to learn to cope though...

OH! good news stuff :D:D:D:D:D

My sister (7 years older than me) got married a few months ago.. she called me today and said GUESS WHAT! I AM FIVE WEEKS PREGO! i started jumping around all excited and stuff... that over shadowed me telling her about my 6.4 pound weight loss.. but i didn't care at all...

granted.. it did make me realize how long i have been waiting on my husband to decide he is ready for kids... he was at one point.. and then my darling mother in law jumped in.. but that is a whooooollle other blog LOL

As you can see on the log, I have started taking vitamins... yes.. they are really flintstone gummies... but ya know.. i needed something fun...

I am also taking calcium supplements as i am not getting as much as is being recommended. they are chewy chocolate calcium thingies :D i love them :D

 

9/21 &22/2009

First thing first... explanation on why this is a two day blog.

I got off of work and called my friend laura.. she was having a really REALLY bad night with her depression and was HIGHLY drunk... she said she needed me.. so off i went. I was with her (awake) until 10am- we had to go get her 3 year old from his dads and we kinda hung out at my house all day so Laura would have help... basically we stayed in my room on my bed and napped (she passed out from exhaustion) me and evan watched cartoons and he munched on pretzels goldfish and carrots all day.. happy as all get out... Laura woke up at 4pm... i passed out.. i had been dozing and fell asleep with evan for a little while... but they left and i passed out hard... woke up about 2 hours ago and hadn't eaten anything at all.. so i ate eggs and hashbrowns...

so.. that is where the blog is.. now.. i am going to do both but not in the way you would think...  no meal plan posted because i don't feel like trying to figure out two.. just going to put the totals up for the two days combined... (it really REALLY isn't much...)

yeah so.. i had to do the tums for the calcium.. was way below.. sodium levels were high AGAIN.. i haven't had a good day with that...

out of the "big four" totals.. the only one i managed to get in range was the fat... barely.. it starts at 41 for my goals..

I just couldn't eat today.. i had a lot more stuff i could have eaten... i just couldn't do it...

oh well.. tomorrows dinner looks amazing... i am sure i will eat every bite...


BTW.. if you ever see a flatbread called "FLATOUTS" the light italian is NOT very good...  might try the plain though

Lunch: 1.5 cups whole wheat pasta, Chicken breast, 1 tbsp italian dressing

Dinner: .75 cup blueberries, 2 eggo blueberry waffles, 1/4 cup sugar free syrup, 1 egg, 1 oz shredded mexican cheese (2%)

Snacks: 2 gum, 10 oz apple juice, 1.5 oz hard pretzels, 1 banana oatmeal cookie, 1 oatmeal cookie at work (shame on me!), 1 cup cucumber, 10 baby carrots


TOTALS:

Calories: 1852

Carbs: 288

Fat: 47

Protein: 80

I only got in two cups of water though.. opps...

Dinner was AMAZING... basically i cooked the pasta... and on top of that i had some chicken maranated in italian dressing..  but i tossed the dressing in the pan with the chicken when i cooked it.. added water.. cooked it down some.. and then used that as sauce on the pasta... was insanely good. its SOOO going back on the menu :D

So.. i was a naughty girl.. I decided that I had to see my progres.. I know weight goes up and down.. but i had to see what the scale says... SOOO i did an unofficial weigh in..

do you wanna know what it said?

welll... the scale said 274.4 which means at this exact moment i am down 3.4 pounds..

this is UNOFFICIAL though... i don't have an official weight until 530am wed. morning.

but its looking good so far :D
