People keep telling me that it's silly to be on Fubar -- I'm on here too much and it's the damn truth. But I have a theory about Fubar. And I think it came into my life at a time when I needed it the most. My theory about Fubar is.... that everyone (whether they admit it or not) wants to be noticed. And who doesn't want people to read what you have to write -- look at your most prized possessions (your photographs) -- see what music you like -- what books you like to read - what movies you love or hate -- what makes you laugh (comedies) and what makes you cry (sad stories). I mean everyone wants to be noticed... and here is a place where you can reach out to people and where people can reach out to you. Even if you only talk for a few minutes -- the thought that you might be able to say something that could touch that person's life? Or change that persons life? I did that with my friend Jamie (i hope) - convinced him to get back on his antidepressant - and I see that he is better able to cope and is so much happier (I work in the medical field). And TODAY David did that for me - he said something that woke me up and helped me cope for today. I mean, my gosh, people --- quit asking for boob pictures and reach out and connect with people. YOU COULD MAKE A FRIEND FOR LIFE HERE. I know I have.....
