I discovered a little trick today. If you have ignored some friend requests in the past, you can refresh each and accept and it counts as a new friend. Also, you can UNFAN someone and can fan them and it counts as a new fan!
To rate and like 4000 people with VIPs, on your mobile app go to leaderboards. There you will see hundreds of folks to rate and like! Go for everyone who is not a white name. Various shades of blues, pink, grey. People in fuschia and purple may not have VIPs but get them anyway. You need to do at least 570 a day. Today being Tuesday you need to have 1,140k under your belt. Also, people you got yesterday, you can get again today and it works!! Hugs alll!!
I've written before about reinvites - and how I go about doing them, but today I'm finding that I have to reinvite at LEAST 100 for "80" to count. It's frustrating - but you have to do it for the WC!

When you are done, here is a tip I thought of. When you see someone's wedding ring - especially if the person they fumarried is a white name/no longer active, click on that person. Most likely you wil be able to POLISH and LIKE their wedding ring. So if someone has say 12 wedding rings, click on each person they fu-married - and so forth and so forth and you will get a TON.
