All these people talking about so and so is stalking me, this person is pervert, this one is a loser, watch out for this one.. blah blah blah .. have made me think..remember proof is > all. For what proof really is and how to establish your case, feel free to check out any of the 400+ postings over the past three years, and stay tuned for a future info-mercial in the future, but without proof well, it's basically just he said she said drama. One person saying something is one thing, two even eh, but when you start approaching double digits of the same people sayin the same stuff that don't know each other, yeah that's a sign of bigger things...so with that in mind...

1. READ profiles!! if they don't have any info in their profile, very few photos, one 'real' photo and a bunch of fake photos, or no Salutes be leery when talking to them or adding them. (and I know there are people on here that refuse to put a Salute for whatever reason) but still knowing that the person in the photos is the person behind the PC helps a lot.

1a. READ EVERYTHING in the profiles. if you're looking at a photo of a hot chick/guy, make sure they are who they say. The Gender, Age, and sometimes location are posted right there on the FRONT page! Think with your brains first and not your hormones!!! geeze!!

2. If they make nasty, rude, sexual comments & advances that are not welcome. Don't continue talking to them, by doing so, you're merely enabling the behavior.

3. DO NOT give out your personal email or messenger unless you know for SURE this person is genuine. (I can count on one hand the # of people that have my yahoo and they are people that I talk to on a regular or semi-regular basis)

4. If they look too good to be true, they more then likely are!! Yes there are some REAL hot people on here, but there are more fake hot people then real. DO NOT engage in a relationship or spend money on someone who will not verify who they are. The attention isn't worth it.

5. If the ask you to do something and you say no, don't let them push you into giving in. See last sentence of #4.

6. Protect yourself!! Ok, so some people like to post NSFW pictures of themselves on here. It's your choice. But if you don't want just anyone wacking off to them, then make them private, friends only, or family only. Don't go whining to others when they get ripped and shared all over the net!! You put them there!! That's a risk you are taking. And Fubar TOS clearly says this.

7. For family/kids photos same rules apply as in number 6!! There's are real sickos ALL OVER the internet. This is nothing new, they've been around for years, so don't sit and think "oh it wont happen to me" Because it can and it WILL if you allow it.

8. Last, one of the most important, have FUN!! don't take this too seriously, or you'll start neglecting the things that really matter or bringing things and people into your real life with well, not the best of intentions no matter what they might say. Points & bling don't buy you food for pay your bills. And they sure as hell aren't taking care of your kids right now!!

And remember, above all.... "Dude! It's the Internet!!!"
