About the Spotlight...
Well, in case you haven't already seen, today is Ms. Kristina's Birthday. And of course, she gets a blog. I mean...if...you've known someone for six years...was originally bought to you as a fake...then proven clearly not to be...has had every hair color under creation...every style under creation....thrown every kind of emotion to and at people around here...if you've had crazy late night conversations with them debating just about everything....when you've seem them be underestimated....when you've seen them underestimate themselves...when you've seen her go through ( lost track ) of multiple accounts...when they left Fubar once when it was my fault...and still came back...when you've seen them so confused with boys...and times like now when you've seen them not so confused...when you've seem them make the nicest and emotional voice blogs....when you've seen them be afraid of being blogged themselves....when you've witnessed some of the most spiritied and random mumms posted...when it's time to realize that the person you are blogging about today is one of the most enigmatic characters ever to grace this "bar" with her presence...yes, it's more than appropriate to wish Kristen Victoria, no wait, Krissy Ice, no wait, Emo Krissy Ice, umm maybe it was NOH8?...no wait Kristina Dior, or maybe today we'll just call her the Birthday Girl. And with that I am saying that today is a good day to celebrate the one and only Kristina on her special day...(how old?)..lol...

I'll make this easy by posting it this way. What this means is:
1. You can get pimped every 10 mins instead of an hour.
2. Both Angels and Demons can do it.
3. It's cheaper to reset your ability points for demons to reset someone's 11's now.
4. You have to be a level 45 to do it at all.
No, the promoted members box isn't going away any time soon.

*FYI* The image above was plucked from a blog comment in a public forum regarding the new rules regarding NSFW style picture flagging policy, thus it is not NSFW.
Is this mindset the common point of view? So, people that spend on Fubar are sluts? Or is it a jealousy issue because of the people that spend and play the game better than others? What exactly has prompted this backlash toward high spenders and bling runners? Is this a 99% vs. 1% issue? That's what comments like this look like to me. What's funny is the vast majority of the people that are "oh so offended" by the "Nsfw" variety of defaults really don't do a god damn thing to support the site in general. Anyone else also notice the drastic drop off in ability bling being run? Does anyone else realize this?..
I read that blog by admin referring to it and if you take a look at the variety of commenters, you will note a common quasi theme there, now won't you. Alot of those people are simply hypocrytes. They are here "just for mafia" or "just for mumms" or "just for friends." Here's a hint then : Why do you even feel the need to care about it in the first place? Or even better yet, those commenting have vicously and personally attatcked others for no reason in the past. But hey personal degradation of others in public forums is better than a FuWhore right?..really?
Now reread the comment above: "rest of us who can't afford to spend..", "to me it's a....site where we can meet and make friends."
Think about it. If you're so worried about the "sluts" then would you want the "friends" that they supposedly have?...or is the reality of what's going on more like "they are getting the attention" that people like this want.
I'd bet moreso on the latter.
So think about what and who you are getting in bed with as a vast majority of fubarians go on a witch hunt against the "sluts." This is reality kids. Not everyone is pretty, and no, not everyone can spend like most of the everyday reds and greens do. But now that you have your victory against the "sluts" how long before it shifts to the high spenders and people that play the game better than others,you know the other people that -always- get attention? With this kind of momentum, I'd bet not long.
The goal in these people's minds is for everyone to have a "fair shot." And to maybe "spread the wealth around." Sounds a little Socialist to me.
