To Prepare

When I run a cherry bomb I always start with my family unless I'm going for the Inferno achievement.  So to start you can close all unnecessary windows on your PC and open up your family list - http://fubar.com/myfamily.php

To Open Pages

I leave my fam folder open, (or whatever folder or page you are working from whether family, top friends, top member, or activated bling) I right click on the first person, click "open link in new tab" then go to the next person.  You can open as many other tabs as you like but I would try to keep it to about 5- 10 max at a time or it will make your computer run slower.  

Pic Folder

I always bomb the default folder of any player unless they have no photos in their default folder.  It doesn't matter when cherry bombing whether there is 1 pic or 500 pics in the folder, you get points for 250 pics lol a bomb is a bomb and it doesn't matter which pic folder you use so use whatever is easiest.  Sometimes a different folder may have been recently bombed and not the default folder.  You can usually tell by checking the folders.  A recently bombed folder will be "flaming".  

To Time

You can use a timer or a stop watch.  It depends on how precise you want to be.  To maximize your points or to do the Cherry Inferno - you need a Stopwatch or a Kitchen Timer that counts upward.  Start the timer after you bomb the first folder, and DO NOT STOP IT, just try to bomb on the :00 and the :30 of every minute.  If you get delayed, notate the new time you actually bomb, say :03, then you bomb on the :33 and the :03 of each minute until you are delayed again

To Activate

View your bling- http://fubar.com/mybling.php?  Depending on your homepge style you click My -> Bling and can see it there or go to My Collections -> Bling to see them there with the fSB.  you click or hover your mouse over the cherry bomb and it will pop up a window, click activate bling, then confirm!

Once you activate the cherry bomb, you go to someone's picture folder to bomb.  The easiest way to get there is from their profile page you click on their profile pic.   It will have a link at the top, center that will say Cherry bomb this person.  Click that, and it will tell you how many points you both got. 

Sometimes you'll open a pic folder and it will say "waiting for last bomb to finish" or something like that.  You can only bomb every 30 seconds. If you click on a link before the 30 seconds is up, or in someone's folder that hasn't been recently cherry bombed, it will make you wait and refresh the page before you are able to bomb.  If the person has been bombed in the last 24 hours, it will say bomb this folder, but if you click it too soon, it will say you have to wait.  Then you have to refresh the page to get the link to bomb back!

A good tip, when you go into a folder, if it's someone that's been recently bombed, it will show you the person that last cherry bombed them. If that person is running a bomb, I will right click on their pic and open them in a new tab before I bomb, because bombing people who are also still running a bomb a lot of times will bomb ya back. IMPORTANT, you must right click to open in a new tab before you bomb or their pic will be gone and you will not have the opportunity to open up their page. 

I know that may seem confusing. But opening multiple tabs with people you want to bomb will allow you to bomb more. For example, I use my family list, just right clicking on 5 at a time and opening them into new tabs. Then I can go through that 5 bombing each, closing each tab after I bomb them.  When I've bombed the first 2 or three I open up the next 5 tabs.

Another important page you need is this:  http://fubar.com/whosonline.php?order=bling   That shows everyone running bling. If you bomb someone running auto 11s, you will get double points. So you want that list of people so you can bomb a lot of people that are running auto 11s. 

As far as when to run it, I would wait for a good bonus. If you can find a day that there is 500% (or 1000% or 3000%) bonus or higher for activated bling, you will get more points toward your leveling!!
