There are alot of days, I wake up, not sure I exists. After all if you have no actual use for something , why have it, and since I seem to be useless , wouldn't it be the same of me. Let's just say.....IT FELT GOOD!!! First of all, thank ya'll for helping me choose my entrance music. It was a hit!! The event was called "Combat Warriors International". It is an event that sponsors both Muay Thai and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). The event hosts two rings. A standard square 18 foot boxing ring, and a 17 foot octagon cage (similar to what you see on UFC). Typically on a fight card, there are up to 26 fights in one night. A LOT of action!!!! The fights are juggled usually.....3 MMA fights, then 1 Muay Thai fight, alternating as such starting with Muay Thai as the first fight of the night. I am 6'3" and when not training for a fight....I weigh about 225lbs on average. For this fight, I had to cut weight down to 185lbs which would put me in the "Light Heavyweight

I was working in North Bergen NJ at the time...for Liz Claiborne. Normally I'd take Route 3 to work but I decided to take route 80 (as I figured less traffic and I'm always a few minutes late to work...much to my bosses chargrin). Well, I thought maybe I would tried to let people know the real me. I am a mother of four children. Amber is seven,Abby is five, Allie is two and Nathan is 10 months. It is just us against the world right now because their dad moved out. I don't know if he will come back. We pray every night that he will have a change of heart and come home. I got the repost of the child that was kidnapped and it's mother's throat slashed. Well, you can't find a child sitting on your behind in front of a computer. The Amber alert went out, and unless you look around when you go out, you're not going to be much help. Monday Night Serenity
The day though beginning as a dreary sleepy day has actually not all been in vein. I started seperating and packing my things up for my upcoming move back home. The elation it gave me is indescribable even though there is still much much more to do. I have hosted three tournaments for our Gamers today with my final one for the day coming up shortly. Than I will return to working on things here until time to play in my babys bowling tourney. If I haven't been around much, there's a reason for that. I am currently working the show "Annie" at the LaSalle Bank Theatre in Chicago. I am working 16 shows in 2 weeks and am making close to three grand in that time. After this show, I may roll right in to another show where I'll make another couple of thousand dollars. Serves 4 3 cups water 1 1/2 cups fresh milk 12 saffron threads 2 cardamoms, crushed 2 tbsp tea powder (or 6 tea bags of your choice) 4 tsp sugar (adjust to taste) 1. If Things Couldnt Get Any Worse
My poor lil girl.. was at a firends house and their dog bit her in the face.. :( OH MY GODS! she had to get 5 stiches on the outside of her cheek and 2 on the inside. Update... i looked at her paper work and it was 9 stitches on the outside 7 on the inside. she has some puncture wounds but they werent deep enough to stich up.. and when he bit her .. she bit down on the inside of her check and now thats cut really bad... She just cant win!!!! They have her on antibiotics and all that.. she has to go back saturday night for a 24 hours check up. shes on a liquid diet for 48 hours untill her inside of her mouth heals. :( I cried and i was freaking out so bad.. i nearly fainted when i saw all the blood and then i threw up when she passed out. shes sleeping now and i am gonna go take a shower..

Place 9 tortillas on a dry surface and spread each evenly with cream cheese mixture. Stack the 9 tortillas on a baking sheet and top with remaining tortilla. 1/2 C. shortening 1/2 C. butter 1/2 C. light brown sugar 2 egg yolks (reserve whites) 1 t. vanilla 2 C. flour 1/2 t. salt Finely chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 375° F. In a medium mixing bowl, cream shortening and butter. Add sugar. Mix well. Then add egg yolks and vanilla. Add dry ingredients all at once. Refrigerate dough for at least one hour or until stiff enough to work with. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then dip in egg whites, then roll in nuts. Place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Working quickly, pull cookies from oven and imprint each cookie with your thumb (if you're heat sensitive, the rounded end of melon baller does nicely), and return to oven. (Some use a thimble.) Although my Mother-in-law cans her own tomatoes from her garden, I don't have that option, so I buy a good canned, chopped tomatoes imported from Italy. Allow cheese to soften to room temperature. Break into pieces. Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Cream and mix thoroughly with electric beater. Stir in 1/4 cup pecans. Chill until firm enough to shape into ball. Cover ball with parsley and other 1/4 cup of nuts. Serve with sturdy crackers and thinly sliced cucumber.

Mexican Party Dip
1 can refried beans 1 carton sour cream 1 carton avocado flavored party dip 2 med. tomatoes, deseeded and chopped 1 pkg. powdered taco seasoning 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 to 2 c. grated Monterrey Jack cheese (optional) 1 can pitted olives, sliced or chopped This dip should be "built" around a party theme. For example, if for Valentine's party, then arrange ingredients on a tray in a heart shape. Start with refried beans (always use beans as first layer because they are impossible to "spread" on top of other ingredients). Mix the taco seasoning with the beans or avocado dip. Add other layers, so that second layer from top is the sour cream. Add red food color to the sour cream before spreading on that layer. Then sprinkle tomatoes on as top layer. You should have a spicy red heart, ready to serve with tortilla chips. At Halloween, shape and layer ingredients like a Jack-O-Lantern. The grated Cheddar cheese makes an excellent top layer,

Spinach And Artichoke Party Dip
(16 oz.) carton sour cream 1 (1 oz.) env. Hidden Valley Ranch party dip mix 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, rinsed and drained 1 lg. (1 1/2 lb.) round loaf bread, sourdough or any variety 1 lg. round loaf bread, cut in cubes for dipping Assorted vegetables for dipping (optional) Combine sour cream and party dip mix in medium bowl. Stir in artichokes, spinach and pimientos. Cut slice off top of round loaf of bread. Hollow out center of bread leaving a 1 inch shell. Reserve bread pieces for dipping. Spoon dip into bread shell. Serve warm or cold. To serve warm, bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cover loaf with foil if browning too quickly. Serve with bread cubes and or assorted fresh vegetables. Serves about 12.

Party Taco Salad
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained 1 can refried beans 1 can chili without beans 1 pkg. taco seasoning Combine above ingredients. Spread on large round serving tray. Layer on 1 jar salsa sauce. Combine 1-2 mashed avocados, approximately 1 cup sour cream and garlic powder. Layer on ingredients on tray. Continue to add in layers: 1 lg. chopped onion 2 cans chopped jalapeno peppers Chopped lettuce Chopped tomato Grated Cheddar cheese Grated Monterey Jack cheese Serve with tortilla chips. Great at parties since it is a large salad.

Big Party Beans
2 lb. ground meat or turkey 2 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped celery 1 can cream of tomato soup, undiluted 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1/2 c. ketchup 1 can (16 oz.) green beans, drained 1 can (17 oz.) lima beans, drained 1 can wax beans, drained 1 can chili beans, undrained 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard In large pot brown meat. Add celery, onion. Cook until tender and stir in soup tomato paste and ketchup. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour into rooster pan. Add all remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves about 25.

Hawaiian Party Cake
1 box yellow cake mix Mix according to box directions. Pour into jelly roll pan, 12 x 17 inch or therabouts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cake tests done. TOPPING: 1 (20 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. milk 1 box instant vanilla or French vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Soften cream cheese; place in mixing bowl and slowly add milk, mixing well with cream cheese. Add dry pudding mix and beat until thickened. Add drained pineapple, folding in well. Spread on cooled cake. Next, spread on Cool Whip. On top of this, sprinkle coconut, chopped nuts, and chopped maraschino cherries (either of which can be optional).

I have recently taken an interest in piercings, and no I'm not talking about belly button rings. I did that when I was 20 as well. I'm talking about piercings that can add enjoyment to my husband and my activities. So, I took the leap and got my nipples pierced. What To Do...
I flat out refuse to be involved in drama, here just to CHILL OUT from everyday bullshit. So I just come on here to relax and get bombarded. Hopefully, everything is over and done with now... sheesh The good news? Well, I'm in a contest, we'll see what happens with that. Sexy legs woo hooo. More good news, off tomorrow! Baked Fruited Popcorn
Title: Baked Fruited Popcorn Yield: 1 Ingredients: 7 cups Cooked Popcorn 1 cup Pecans pieces 3/4 cups Candied red cherries; cut up 3/4 cups Brown sugar; packed 6 tablespoons Butter or margerine 3 tablespoons Light corn syrup 1/4 teaspoons Baking soda 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Remove all unpopped kernals from popcorn. In a 17x12x12 " baking pan, combine popcorn, pecans and cherries. In a 1 quart saucepan combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter melts and mixture comes to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour mixture over popcorn; gently stir to ccoat popcorn mixture. Bake in 300~ oven for 15 minutes;stir. Bake 5-10 minutes more. French Toast
Ingredients: 4 eggs 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk 1 cup water 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp granulated sugar 6 slices bread (medium thickness*) 2 Tbsp butter - Confectioner's sugar Instructions: In a small bowl beat eggs, nonfat dry milk, water, salt and sugar until smooth and blended. Lay slices of bread in a flat baking dish. Pour mixture over bread, turn to coat evenly; cover; refrigerate overnight. Next morning melt butter in skillet. Saute until golden brown; turn on other side. Add more butter if needed. Serve with syrup. *Raisin bread makes an interesting variation.

Original recipe yield: 2 servings PREP TIME 8 Min COOK TIME 12 Min READY IN 20 Min INGREDIENTS * 2 eggs * 1/2 cup milk * 1/2 cup sifted all-purpose flour * 1 pinch ground nutmeg * 1 pinch salt * 2 tablespoons butter * 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar for dusting DIRECTIONS 1. Place a 10 inch cast iron skillet inside oven and preheat oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs with a whisk until light. Add milk and stir. Gradually whisk in flour, nutmeg and salt. 3. Remove skillet from oven and reduce oven heat to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Melt butter in hot skillet so that inside of skillet is completely coated with butter. Pour all the batter in the skillet and return skillet to oven. 4. A Million Thoughts!!!
My nerves are pretty fried right about now. I am alittle under 8 hours from having my new baby and I can't seem to quit crying or shaking. I am excited, scared, anxious, you name it, that's me right now. I just got home from leaving my little boy with his Aunty and I have cried this whole time. I guess I have the typical parent fears of how he is going to react to the new baby. I dont really know if he grasps the fact that Momma will have a new baby to take care of besides him. I guess I will never really know and will just play it a day at a time. That little boy has been my world now for almost three years and now I will have a new angel to add to my world. I already love this little girl more then I thought possible before she gets here. More then anything I want to share her with the world, with my family, and with my dear friends.

A Small Introduction

The Four Ring Rule
I cannot stand people who do not follow the damn four ring rule.. When calling someones home you let the phone ring 4 freaking times. If no one picks up you hang up. You do not call back immediately and continue ringing the damn phone. I hate being woken up and having to pick up the damn phone and it's only to hear someone asking me what am I doing? Bitch! Well I finally decided to post my first blog on LostCherry. I still occasionally blog on Catch27 but not as much like I used to. As yall know, I'm a huge Cubs fan. Today, I read on the Chicago Sun-Times site that Lou Pinella will be the Cubs 49th manager and it should be announced before the beginning of the World Series on Saturday...let's keep our fingers crossed. I also found out this week that my best friend and his wife, who have been married now for 13 years are expecting their first child sometime next summer! That is just to freakn awesome! TGIF to all those still in the working world have a cold one and enjoy your weekend. Mine is going to be full of work since we're going to call the realtor and have the house officially listed today. We went over all the information they gave us yesterday and are sure they're going to do a great job for us. I really hate all the kafluffle involved in selling and moving but the long term goal is certainly going to be worth all the effort. Hey Cherries. As of Friday night I returned from California. The trip was very fun, and also very stressful at times. Harvest Pork Roast With Vegetables
Mediterranean flavors and fall harvest vegetables complement this succulent pork roast. This tasty dish is a cinch to prepare and is sure to satisfy any appetite. Looks Like A Pumpkin Cake
INGREDIENTS: * 2 packages chocolate cake mix * oil, water, and eggs as called for on cake mix package * 2 cans cream cheese frosting * 1 banana with peel * 1 package strawberry, raspberry, or cherry fruit roll-ups * red, green, and yellow food coloring PREPARATION: Make the two chocolate cakes in bundt pans, following package directions. Cool as directed on package. When completely cooled, set one cake upside down on a cake plate with the second on top of it, right side up, so that they resemble a pumpkin shape when together. Set aside 1/4 cup of the frosting and tint the remaining frosting orange, using the red and yellow food coloring. Cut the banana in half, leaving the skin on, and place it on the top center of the cake. Tint the reserved frosting green and frost the banana so it looks like a green stem. Cut eyes, nose, mouth and any other features out of the fruit roll-ups and decorate as desired.

Ingredients: 4 sliced potatoes 6 sliced carrots 1 large quartered onion 1 raw chicken - cleaned and cut into pieces, skin removed 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon thyme 1/4 teaspoon pepper Instructions: 1.
