Just to let everyone know, My Mom is home from the hospital now, The doctors found 6 tumors in her brain last wednesday and put her in the hospital for what they referred to as imperative radiation, the tumors are not localized and are cancer, they are all over her brain and already having an effect on her motor skills, she is having trouble speaking and walking and her thought process is not the same. She told me that this is the first time since this all started over a year ago that she is actually scared now. I finally finished my re-enlistment! I leave on August 27th for AIT, and should be at my home duty station by November. Well it sure feels like winter is here in Northern MN. Its about time thats for sure. Tonight is supposed to be our warmest temp in the next several days. Highs are supposed to be in the single digits after tomorrow and lows in the teens below zero every night. Its good to have winter back. All we need now is some snow. Well tomorrow is a big day. I have to go take a test for Hibbing PD to see if I score high enough to get on their eligibilty list for the upcoming year. Its just another test. Then on my way home from that I have to call and let the Chief in virginia know when I will be going through Virginia cause he wants to sit down with me. I can only think that is a good thing. If they weren't interested in hiring me, they would just send me a letter. I also recieved a letter today for Dakota County saying that if I wanted an interview with them that I have to call and make an appointment. So I will wait and see what tomorrow brings and go from their. So how is

Gone But Not Forgotten
Ok so the title is a bit of an overused phrase, in this case I hope it to be a bit prophetic. A friend of mine just died. I'd like to say a close friend but that would be a lie, in ten years I only really started to get to know her in the past 4 or 5. Her name was Debbie Radloff. She is survived by her friends that were the only family she aknowledged. She didn't have any kids, she didn't have any contact with her biological family. She loved and was loved by a man named Bill who died a few years ago. He was easily the best part of her life. Debbie was one of the most selfless people I'd ever met. She thought first of others in everything I've ever seen her do. The smallest things meant the world to her. Once I gave her a small knick-knack I brought back from the Bahamas. I don't think it cost me $5 and it was just an impulse on my part. 5 years later she still had it, and would mention it from time to time. God, Give Me An Answer
So much has happened in the past month. I had to quit my job, which I was making about $400 a week, and I bought a mustang, and life was going good, my bills were paid, I was working, I was happy. Now I have no job, and I can't pay my bills anymore. I am about to lose everything. To make it worse, my mother kicked me out of the house tonight. I guess I am not good enough to be around her anymore. I just need to find two or three job, find some place to live until I can find those jobs and get back on ym feet. I have applied almost everywhere in town. I have applied at: Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Big Lots, Bealls, Blockbuster, and for the city for three different jobs. I dont know where else to go. I am turning in my application to Beef O Bradys tomorrow, and I'm gonna hit my last resort... Wal Mart. I am about to work some 8-12 hour shifts at Gas stations if I have to, which I kinda do.
