Email Verification :
Go to your black Fubar toolbar and click My then Profile settings. Under your signin email address is a link for Email Verification. Make sure to check your Spam and Bulk mail folders. If your Fubar email verification does not show up in your regular mail, you may also want to add emails@fubar.com to your address book and try it again.

How To Load Photos Into Your Gallery
Photos can easily be uploaded into your gallery by clicking on the “My” link on the gray header bar and then selecting the “Photos” link in the drop down menu. From your Images Page, click the Add Images link at the top right of the page. Unless otherwise specified, the photos will be automatically uploaded to your Default Album.

Uploading Mobile Pictures
To Send a picture from your Mobile (camera phone) go to this page My Mobile Verify and do what option b says it will automatically set itself, but a few carriers don't work on Fubar(i.e. Sprint and some T-Mobile) once verified, send pictures to mobile@fubar.com for NSFW pictures send to mobile-nsfw@fubar.com

Salute Information
What is a Salute?
A salute is a candid photo of yourself holding a HANDWRITTEN sign with your screen name, member ID, and Fubar.com proving to the world that you’re the real person behind your Fubar profile. Members often write their information on their hands, feet or other body parts. Please do not submit NSFW salutes. Your face should be clearly visible, along with a clear HAND WRITTEN note with the following three things: Your SCREEN NAME Your Member ID number ,(which is located in the end of your URL address; www.fubar.com/user/#######) OR you can find it under your BUZZ METER or the top left corner of your internet browser on your home page. AND, the words: Fubar.com or Fubar. More information can be found here Salute help info and in the 'Fubar Bible/Salutes'

Clearly you can tell this is fake by his fake eyes, fake fingers, position of the salute, typed text and his overall demeanor

You can take a picture of you with your homepage but for a Valid Salute you must include a sign with your Username, Userid#, @fubar.com

EDITING YOUR PROFILE/SETTINGS
To get to your Profile Settings, move up to the menu bar at the top of any page on fubar and hover your mouse over {My}, then click {Profile} to go to your 'Profile Settings'. From there you can make the changes you like.

Power Home Page
To set your Home Page Style to 'POWER' go to your grey/black tool bar and click 'MY' then 'PROFILE SETTINGS' Home Page Style should be the 5th option down on the right side of the page. Set it to 'POWER'. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the BOUNCER ID CHECK CODE, then click submit to save the changes.

Filter Your Comments
If you want to filter comments before they hit your profile and all of your other comment areas (pictures, blogs, bulletins, etc...) go to 'PRIVACY SETTINGS' and set all comments to "Approve comments before posting to my pages"...Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the BOUNCER ID CHECK CODE, then click submit to save the changes.

This is for profile look 'SKINZ'
To add a background to your profile, or as we refer to as 'SKINZ', you can browse members skins here 'SKINZ'. Click on preview to see what your profile would look like using that skin, if you like that skin, click on 'rip this skin' and its yours, this blog will explain how to activate the skin you choose Skinz Help Blog . If you have a code for a background from another website, you can enter it here create skin, paste the code in the white box provided and give that skin a name then save the changes. You must use CSS coding for the skins in Fubar.

Privacy
To change your privacy settings, go to your grey/black toolbar then click 'MY' then 'PROFILE SETTINGS'. Click the 'PRIVACY SETTINGS' tab. You can change who can access your profile page and shoutbox from there. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the BOUNCER ID CHECK CODE. Now click "submit" to save the changes.

Sounds
To turn your shout box or alert sounds off or on you need to go to your gray/black toolbar and click 'MY' then 'PROFILE SETTINGS'. The settings for your sounds will be the 1st and 2nd options on the right side of the page, make the changes you want. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the BOUNCER ID CHECK CODE, then click submit to save the changes.
