Once a while I have to drop the things in my hands for a second and take a deep breath to feel the life in me. Like most of us I forgot to catch my breath when I was occupied by the business of the world. When I was driving, working or simply playing my PS3, I have to consciously remind myself of living instead of dying of indulging in those activities. I only have one life in this world. There is a choice I have to make every day, even every minutes to determine if I wanted to be driven my meaningless activities, or to be driven by something matters. Take a deep breath, I rethink my life, I decided to choose to make my work experience edifying; I decided to pray the change of my lazy heart when I am driving; I decided to cut down my PS3 times and raise up the time I spend with my friend and families. I feel alive again because I am living with a breath that brings more than just a breath, but love, life and inspiration...... Have you caught up with your breath recently?

The Halo 3 Tournament
Well in case anyone didn't know, I went to a Halo 3 tournament this weekend. Just got back. It was sponsered by the National Guard so everyone had to deal with recruiters all day but thats not what this blogs about. It's about the tourny. The set up they had there was awesome. They had a military tent sent up with 4 360s on projector screens, and a sound system that made everyone even outside of the building deaf. It was a 4v4 tournament and my team was Me, Nick, Doug, and Brandon. Unfortunately we got 3rd out of the 15 teams that were playing and we lost the second place spot by 1 point.

The Move
Well lets see, house is sold, 75% of house is packed actually probably more than that. Final moving sale is set for the weekend b4 I move 4 more days of fun(yeah right!). I found a place to move to in Oklahoma, its only a 1 bedroom but daughter says the bedrooms are big so am going to have to take her word for it cause she's there I'm here. Its within my budget big time will be able to save for trips and pay off some bills. I am HOPING now that everything is set that I'm going to be able to come up with the money to rent the truck. Status Update
just want you all to know I am not ignoring you. Just been really busy. Classes are keeping me busy and strugling to keep up. Things have been really busy at the funeral home. Add to that I was really sick for a couple of days, still not 100% but close. on top of that I have been trying to make some repairs on my computer and haven't been having a lot of luck with that. Trying to install a new video card, just have gotten tired of my screen always blinking black. I currently have an nvida FX5200 with 256mb of memory, trying to update it with a XFX nvida FX6200 with 512mb of memory. Think I have it narrowed down to either a bad card or I need a new power supply, I hope I don't have to replace the power supply. Not sure my skills are up to that. So anyway that is why I haven't been around. and now I need to get back to my homework. When things slow down I will be back. I am not ignoring any of you on purpose, just not even time in the days or energy in my old body.

Finding Myself
Life is meant to be lived one day at a time. Lately I have been trying to be more, live faster, love harder than I should be. I have taken for granted my own heart and soul for the sake of love or what I think love is supposed to be. This morning at 4:02am PST. My older brother passed away. He was only 29. It was a shock, i have been busy with school and havne't really talked to him in almost 2 years. I can't stop thinking about our childhood, everything we did together. I think about how precouis life is. First was my nephew he was 25 years old and was killed last friday by an IED in Iraq... Second was my baby sister she was 43 years old and the mother of Bradly... Banana Bread
Banana Nut Bread 5 ripe bananas, well mashed 2 eggs 2 cups plain flour ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ cup nuts (can be walnuts, pecans, brazil nuts) Cinnamon Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan. Mix the bananas and eggs together in a large bowl. In another bowl put flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. When the bananas and eggs are mixed up good together, I then sprinkle cinnamon in the mixture. I usually put in a enough till it looks right. (I know that’s not very helpful, but maybe about 4 or 5 shakes) You don’t want it to dark. Then I add the nuts. (I use pecans or whatever nuts I get from my folks.) I have used a mixture of nuts. Now add the remaining ingredients (the flour mixture). Mix well. Spoon in loaf pan and cook for one hour. Remove from pan and cool on baking rack. This is a recipe I got from the Fannie Farmer Cookbook and added some changes of my own.

Well people i got ess than a month, and its time to rock once again on opening weekend in uwharrie national forest. What To Do...
Hi, I just moved about an hour away from my work (from 15 minutes away from my work). I really love my job. I love the people I work for, but the drive kills. I have to leave at least an hour and a half before work to get there in time, and sometimes, depending on traffic, it can take up to two hours to get home. I don't want to quit my job, but I'm spending about half of my paycheck each week for gas. I am thinking about getting a second job, but if I get one, I will have absolutely no time for a life. I am back online after being offline because of something that broke my heart. I was feeling very bad as my heart fell apart, the reason my heart was so broken is the love of my life passed away. My girlfriend died in her sleep two months ago. She had very bad back problems and she was taking a lot of pain meds. The last night of her life she was in a lot of pain and she took to much medication. Well some of you already know the problem I am having with my elbow and hand. But what is going on is I woke uone morning back in September of last year and my fore arm and hand was numb atime I thought nothing of it but it stayed like that all day. Then when I woke up the next morninwas still like that so I started to get concerned that same week I had a yearly check up for my blood pressure and things so I asked the doctor and she said that it was caused from my Ulnar Nerve in my elbow being pinched off from either leaning on it and even from sleeping on with it under my head. Well to make this a little shorter it has been numb now since September 2007 and it is only the ring finger, pinky half my palm and my fore arm that is numb and drives me crazy. Woman Stuck To Toilet 2 Yrs.
Authorities are considering charges in the bizarre case of a woman who sat on her boyfriend's toilet for two years — so long that her body was stuck to the seat by the time the boyfriend finally called police. Hi All! A little birdie told me I was being too quiet and wanted to know if I was staying out of trouble. So I figured I'd shoot out a blog before I go to bed. I wonder who that little birdie is? hehehe Ok, here is the short version...I went to my GP yesterday, and he put me through a range of motion test on both of my shoulders. He came up with strained/possibly torn tendons in both rotator cuffs. As if the back wasn't enough. *eyeroll* So basically, I have no choice but to be good. I can hardly move! LOL I had to do some driving today, and let's just say, you don't realize how much you use your shoulders and arm muscles to steer unless you do something like this. Ugh! At least the left shoulder isn't as bad as the right, and I'm a leftie, so that helps. Here's the freaky thing...I have no idea how I managed to do this. LOL I have to train myself to sleep on my back because I usually sleep on my right side. Not anymore! Ouch! Ok, enough whining for now.

My Cellphone
I've recently had a problem the last couple weeks regarding my cellphone, my Tmobile MDA phone, the screen on it turned white, and I cannot view anything, so I had to spend $177 to buy a new phone. So if I do not respond to anything via my phone for the next few days, I am sorry, it's not that I don't want to, but I can't. If you need to reach me, use messengers. I can SMS to your phone if you have Yahoo and give me your number, I only have a few numbers plugged in. I might still be able to receive incoming calls, because Windows Mobile still works fine on the phone. However, I have to put the phone on speakerphone in order to hear you talking. And obviously I won't know who's calling, so if you try to call the cellphone, please tell me who you are if I don't recognize your voice.

I've been considering nipple piercings. & possibly a vertical lip piercing [b/c I like to think that I have awesome lips, when they're not all chewed up --i pick at my lips compulsively, lol .. and chew off the skin. Very sexy] Maybe a septum, but idk if a septum would compliment my nose, or make it look ... unattractive? Since I can't make a poll yet, I'd like feedback. &, no offense, but i'm going to make my own decision, regardless of what other people say. Here's my first Fubar rant! Are yall excited? Poor MySpace and LJ has put up with enough of em. Ready? Ready? OK, now here we are. Mankind...21st century. I go and watch the news, read blogs and bulletins, and I see this society pretty much going to their own proverbial hell. Ummmm, yeah. Alright, as much as we pretend that mankind has progressed, look at the stats. As a tribal society, yes, we had wars. More wars probably than we have today. Yet said wars lasted about a day or two and then they were over. Done. The hunting grounds were established, like 3 people died....done. 10,000 years of this being all good. OK, "progress" to a governmental society. A few people thinking they can control thousands under one rule. This worked fantastically for a whopping year or so till folks saw that one group of folks could not possibly know what was good for a local buncha folks. Sadly, it almost worked enough that they decided that it was the best way to go. People don't matter, demographics
